We come to this jack in the box because it’s most convenient for us, but they almost never get my order right. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. The employees are rude and impatient, and almost always cut you off before you finish your order. You can tell they hate their lives. I always order a spicy chicken sandwich and I ask them to add cheese… They always have it on the order screen yet it rarely actually ends up on my sandwich. We will have to start going to another location.

Always friendly. Always get my order correct. Food always taste like it is fresh. Do not have the heating lamp taste to it.

Order my food 2 go and received it for their then they mess up the order and didn’t even know that I wanted a combo even though I said combo multiple times

A typical fast food restaurant.
Food is quickly prepared without any care as to what it is supposed to look like.
Slapped into the paper wrapper and handed to you in a bag as you drive away.
Little simple things would make it more enjoyable… napkins in the bag… also the correct order in the bag!!!
I should have known better when the car in front of me gave her back 3 different bags when they were paying!!!

Normally I love Jack in the Box, but this location is full of incompetent employees. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve screwed up my order. Just now I went IN and placed an order for two sirloin burgers, jalapeño poppers, 4 regular tacos and bacon cheddar potato wedges. All that was given to me was the burgers and the poppers.

So I have maybe only been to Jack in the Box 3x in my whole life. I was driving nearby at around 9PM and was hungry and too lazy to get out of my car so I went here after hearing that their $ 0.99 tacos were good.
The tacos sucked! Who puts American cheese on tacos?! The shells were also stale. I also got a kid’s meal (granted it was only $ 3.00). The fries were okay, and the burger was okay. Where was the toy?!
I really doubt I will ever return to Jack in the Box. Bland food.
The positives are the prices and that they worked really fast and were friendly.

This place looks to me like a cafeteria in a prison, not that I have ever been to one mind you.
Friendly folks taking the order, quick service and accurate in bagging.
I love those mystery meat tacos. The chicken sandwich too was tasty.

The fries taste «off» here from any other Jack I’ve ever been to. Like a mildly stale taste. Might be using a different frying oil, might be letting them sit forever and re-​heating. I dunno. Whatever the case, ick.
Otherwise it’s a typical Jack In The Crack.

Never had an issues here. We love the dollar menu stuff when we are low on cash. They have always been good to us and never messed up an order or anything. we come here about once a month.
