I had a short time to request a large number of T-​shirts for a work project. While, due to other circumstances, I was not able to follow through with the order, I highly appreciated their professionalism and expedience in responding to my request!

I have had such a great experience with this company! The first time I utilized their services was the day before a big event. I attempted to use iron on logos to make shirts which was a disaster!!! I showed up to big frog at 10 am almost in tears not knowing what I was going to do. The staff immediately calmed me down and they were able to have my shirts printed by the end of the day! My event was saved I have since worked with them several times and every time they impress me more. They have worked with me on artistic design to make my company shirts beautiful! I highly recommend this company for any event or business!

They really know how to customize a tshirt here! I had a vision of what I wanted for my friend Cait’s 30^th birthday & they nailed it perfectly. Not only did my shirts turn out perfect, they were super accommodating to me and they went the extra mile to get my shirts done fast –Anthony in particular you rock for waiting for me to pick them up coming from south Lake Tahoe. And on top of it all the shirts were a huge hit at the Giants game — tons of compliments!

These guys did a great job with a quick order of t-​shirts, a hat, and bandanas we needed for an event a few days later. The material used was top notch and looked great and we are all excited to continue using our stuff. I am uploading a pic of what we had done (with the dogs).

I purchased a black cap and had them ‘print’ a word on it. I am jazzed about the outcome. Staff is very professional and the job was done quickly. I like it that they have a good supply of misc. Fast and easy to get things set up and ready to go, great product and great friendly staff

The staff at Big Frog in Reno are amazing. Very helpful, really service-​oriented, and they make sure that you get what you want (and they’ll help you figure out what you want if you are not entirely sure!) at a totally reasonable price. They are fast and knowledgeable, and you get the feeling that they are just as excited about your project as you are. Great service, wonderful selection of styles, brands and different products (hats and whatnot — not just t-​shirts), and most importantly, you end up with something you love and it didn’t break the bank. Highly recommended!

Here’s the background… my boss emailed me on a Friday morning asking if I could have a tshirt made for him and shipped internationally by Monday. Ah!
Anthony at Big Frog was amazing! He not only got the tshirt printed in 24 hrs, he worked with the artwork I gave him to make sure it would look good on the shirt. He and the rest of the team at Big Frog were lifesavers, and the shirts turned out great given the short time line we had to work with. They even threw in an extra shirt for free because they weren’t happy with how the first print turned out and fixed it.
I love that this is a local family operation, and given my recent experience with them I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who has an urgent tshirt emergency like I did!

We were out and about just having a little bit of a family day and stopped in here to see what they offered in T-​Shirts for my daughter. She plays soccer and I was hoping to get some practice shirts with her name on them.
Well they had a ton of stuff to choose from. They do a printing process to get the shirts design, so if you do a darker grey or even red shirt you will have to settle for dark colors. But they do have lots of nice quality shirts in many colors. The other cool thing is that they will make you up a shirt right on the spot and even help you with the design. We couldn’t make are decision right there and we had some designs in mind to come back with later to put on a bandana.
The customer service was friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to help us with my numerous questions.
One thing that sets this place apart from other «T-​Shirt Shops» is the clean sharp appearance of the place. Too many T-​shirt places are a disaster and cluttered and dusty.
Can’t wait to bring back my designs and have them come to reality.
