The best KFC I have ever been to. Clean, excellent service and great chicken, they had just made a batch. Toilets are clean too. Very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am an avid no carb eater. I don’t have a wife that cooks. I don’t cook either. I’m not bashing my wife but simply put if I want food I go out to get it or I don’t eat. I have to walk to this place because the car is otherwise occupied. Having to walk to get some grilled chicken to be told too bad we are out it will be 45minutes to make more. I know for a fact it takes less than 20 to make. So I just walk away and go without because I would rather stay within my dietary restrictions. Oh did I forget to mention that it was on 4pm when this happened. Sorry it inconveniences you to do your job to the point of lying to me. My mistake and I won’t ever be a patron of your establishment again. I will just walk over to another place.

I was surprised how nice this restaurant looked when I walked in. I usually don’t pay attention to that kind of thing but it looked clean, inviting and comfortable. From what little contact I had with the staff, they were also friendly and helpful. They also offer free wifi. The food is still KFC food. I wasn’t unhappy with my chicken or mashed potatoes, but the food isn’t reason enough for me to drive all the way over here.

The food was okay but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I won’t be coming back here ever again. I come here with my friend and she orders gravy and mashed potatoes while I have some wings and ask for water. We leave the drive thru and go into the parking lot only to realize not only did they give my friend her food without a spoon or fork, I received no water and they didn’t give us any napkins. It was really frustrating that they were unable to satisfy basic requests and fail to give us things we need. Had to go through the drive thru AGAIN to receive what we should have gotten the first time around. Absolutely frustrating.

My boyfriend and I wanted KFC(I think we temporarily lost our reasoning capabilities) so I Unilocaled KFC in Reno and saw this one had the best rating. We pulled into the parking lot and sitting on the curb right, smack-dab in front of the door was an employee smoking a cigarette. How positively appetizing. KFC is already a questionable choice, so when we saw that, we put it in reverse and were out of there. Whew, that was a close one. Who actually CHOOSESKFC as dinner? In ending, isn’t there a law or some kind of health code that says smoking right outside a place of business is NASTY? If not, there should be! Way to draw those customers in, KFC!

This is the only KFC I’ve been in. The corn on the cob here is the long one and they don’t serve it here in San Francisco unless if its only in Nevada. Service is good. I can remember a few years ago there was this nice cute filipina and she was very helpful, good customer service and great smile. Wish I got here number. lol!!! Overall I like this KFC.

If you like KFC, than this is one of their better locations. Would you believe it’s been here for more than 30 years? Located adjacent to my neighborhood, the quality is consistent at this location. Unlike some KFCs, I’ve only gotten fresh coleslaw and chicken here. I took me years to figure out why KFC’s coleslaw has an addictive kick. It has a dollop of horseradish mixed into the sweet slaw sauce. Now that I know this, I can duplicate their slaw at home. I’m not much of a chicken fan, and fried chicken is my least favorite preparation. But I’ve found that if I peel off KFC’s fried skin, the meat beneath is tender and moist. I like the new grilled chicken, and KFC’s mashed potatoes are perfectly calibrated to go with its chicken. Cons: For some years now instead of honey to go with their biscuits, KFC gives«Honey blend.» This is essentially half honey, half corn syrup. You’d think that when you pay $ 18 for a chicken meal, this chain would spring for little packets of real honey. Here’s something I always do when ordering to go at KFC. Ask the order taker for some of their paper plates. KFC uses the thick, sturdy ones that I’m too cheap to buy. Tell them you’ve got double the people you really have eating because the food usually lasts for more than one meal. Also, ask for extra napkins because you’re going to need them. KFC chicken is messy eating.
