If I don’t ask them to make it fresh everything is cold. Often just thrown together… And when I finally do get my order I check everything to make sure it was included or made correctly. I don’t come here often because they really encourage how much people to stand outside of their building and ask you for money.

Well, it’s McD’s… What can you really say? The restaurant is clean and pretty well maintained. The staff are friendly. My fries were freshly fried and my nuggets too. They have all kinds of promos going on, $ 5 for 2 nuggets, 2 for $ 4 sausage mc muffin with egg sandwiches, $ 1 any size fountain drink or drip coffee. Breakfast is served all day. You may find some crumbs on the table tops but it’s nothing a single swipe of your napkin can’t handle.

Hey a Mc Donald’s that actually did not forget any piece of my order! In addition, friendly staff!

Remodeled restaurant with nice pendant lights and bar-style seating. Bathroom also upgraded with new tiles. Flat panel tv in the corner. Quick and friendly service. They had someone mopping the floors right after the snow. Definitely a nice Mc-E-D!

Who hired the manager here? The customer service is terrible for one, because anytime you do anything they have to go get a manager. Who also doesn’t know how to do anything

Man why is shitty food so good. One thing I like about my diet is I get to eat all the protein and fat I want and that means burgers burgers burgers. I love me some Mickey Ds. I dunno what happened, I used to be such a healthy eater, but this past year I’ve just been eating everything. It’s like my will power finally broke. Anyway. This place is no different than any other location. I asked for a burger with no bun and they didn’t give me the regular lettuce wrap so I had to eat it with a fork which was mildly annoying. But I got a free drink since the cashier was new so it was alright. It was an OK end to a disappointing and slightly creepy night.

This place needs to be completely closed down until new management can be brought in. Horrible service, we waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We left without our food because they still couldn’t get it right and the employees gave us attitude. The manager needs to be fired.

Absolutely Terrible service, I approach the counter give my order and then get told to hold on as the register worker asks someone else to take my order while she wipes off food trays. Then I get served medium fries after I ordered large. My mc muffins had no cheese and my chicken nuggets were cold. Never planning to return again

Got to the drive-thru ordering at 10:25am this morning and was told I couldn’t order breakfast. I voiced my complaint, and suddenly the background noise from the employee’s microphone went blank as if she just turned me off. I waited a moment, fuming by this point with the unprofessional, discourteous«service,» when she turned her microphone back on to reiterate the«no breakfast.» I told her how angry I was and that I would Unilocal about this, to which she replied, «All right.» That fueled my anger even more. I told her, «It’s NOT all right!» How very, very rude and dismissive! Now, isn’t it enough that still every McDonald’s I know of won’t serve breakfast past a certain time despite the corporate giant’s advertising that they are now serving breakfast 24⁄7? But when you show up before their cutoff time for breakfast and will not be served breakfast and finally are treated with less than common rules of polite human interaction — it’s time(if it weren’t already way past time) to boycott all McDonald’s. This evil corporation is a disgrace.

Skip this one. It is the most inhospitable McDonald’s I’ve visited… and that is a large sample. I understand they might have a few issues with stray humans here in Reno, but there are nicer methods than slapping huge No Loitering signs where your paying customers have to stare at them the whole time they are hurriedly eating fast food. At the restroom, you’re greeted with an unfriendly«Go get a key from a cashier» sign. I’m not travelling with small children any more, but when I was at that life stage, clean, quickly accessible restrooms were one reason I chose McD’s. I can just imagine dealing with an unexpected kiddie wardrobe change here. The staff tries to manage by hitting the unlock buzzer if they notice a person who looks customer-y enough headed that way. But that distracts from real work. One of us had his order put together wrong twice. Once is not too unusual, but twice? Want a refill for the road? This place welcomes you to the soda dispenser with a curt«only 1 refill!». Given what the product costs the franchise, this choice mainly hurts the store(by eliminating a marketing draw) while annoying the customers. Reno is a city that prides itself on a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. You won’t find that at this particular McD’s. If you live here, just x this off your list of fav quick-coffee/burger/WiFi spots. If you’re travelling, try the next one down the road. If you own the place, get yourself a kinder, friendlier attitude and maybe you won’t be so distracted by a few needy neighbors that you drive away your potential customers.

Well well well… During the day, the employees are very courteous, friendly, and polite. They smile back at you, ask you if you need anything else, the whole nine yards. The night crew is what irritates me is the night crew. They act like it hurts them to take your order and they are SLOW. One night, I just wanted a cold drink after work and I waited in line for 10 minutes for an iced tea. 10MINUTES! I only had two cars in front of me. Whats the gold up? Had to go kill the cow! And would it kill them to smile once in a while?

You think ordering a double cheese burger in a bowl with no bun and no condiments including onions would be easy. You would be right unless you tried getting it from this McDonald’s. They have messed it up so many times I officially have given up. If I could give zero stars I would. There has been other numerous times they have messed up my wife’s orders as well. So it’s not just me being a nitpick about my personal experiences.

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s and the other ones in town, and have had way better food AND customer service. Tonight, my mom and I did the drive through, and there were two people that were working the second window of drive through, and were not into the whole customer service idea tonight. The one that was taking the order thought that my mom had said that we wanted an un-sweet tea, when my mom said very clearly that we wanted a sweet tea. My mom gave our money to the person that took the money didn’t count it when my mom handed it over. Then another person came over and first told my mom that she had given them $ 14 and some odd cents, counted and then came and said that there was $ 15 and some odd cents, not the right amount. My mom started to call them out on their mistake, by not counting the money before getting to the other people in the drive through to make sure that there was the correct money. We think that my mom may have dropped a coin when handing the money over to them. We also think that the first person was starting to put the money in the drawer before ever counting it to make sure that the amount was correct. The fries that my mom and I got taste really bad, like the oil didn’t get changed yet, my big mac had no lettuce on it. I think that for all of the good service that we got here before, this experience will really let rethink coming here in the future. They never asked us if we wanted any of the new seasonings that they have out now. My mom basically got mad at two people and cussed them out on the things that they should have done way before we got blamed for the wrong amount of money twice. It seems like they were more in to wanting to party or something than being nice and respectful to their customers tonight. I think that this one location really needs to do better staff training, and not let the unexperienced employees work the drive through at night. If there was a way to say either how good or bad the customer service on line, I would have done it tonight, by giving this McDonald’s the lowest star raiting for just customer service, but there’s not, and I’ve had better customer service at the other locations where the employees made me want to go back to that location. I had to get a bottle of ketchup out and drench my fries with it, and my mom used it with her fries too.

Hate the dual lines for drive thru. But, that’s okay, I’m getting used to it. Usually the Egg McMuffin is great but once in a while you get an egg shell– ick! I wish they would extend breakfast until 11:00am. Most of the people I see working there change rapidly, but they seem cheerful. I was taken aback though when at 45 years old, a young man asked me if I wanted the senior coffee. It’s cheaper but it made me feel old and that he lacked tact. Off Keystone Avenue and 4th Street in the lot that also houses Jack in the Box.

If I could give this mcdonalds negative stars I would. I went in the night of October 11 to get a snack I usually go through drive through so this was only the second time I’ve gone inside the restaurant. After we ordered our food we were standing by the counter waiting for them to give it to us and I saw a MANAGER touching the Big Mac with his bare hands he was adding veggies and the top bun. He didn’t even bother to wash them before touching the food. He was wearing a maroon shirt and looked middle aged. We were all completely disgusted by this and felt horrible for whoever got that Big Mac. I will not be going to this mcdonalds again. There is a jack and the box, wendys, Burger King, Taco Bell, and little ceasers all right next to this mcdonalds so there are plenty of other options nearby.

I’m not sure how McDonald’s decided which stores should get to sell their new menu items, and which locations should be skipped, but after seeing several billboards and a big McD’s truck with pictures of their new fries and chicken nugget flavors, we were very disappointed to hear that this Reno spot doesn’t carry either the buffalo or parmesan ranch flavors. I’m guessing that the fries are dusted in seasoning. I have no idea though, because after driving for hours and seeing their ads, we were never able to buy the fries. Perhaps I’ll get motivated to hit up a drive through around home and see what the new potato sticks look like. Service at the counter was pleasant. We didn’t end up ordering anything but did ask if they had a veggie burger on their menu. They do not.(Is Burger King the only fast food place that sells one? And a good one!) We left to find somewhere else to eat, and walked past the people sitting out front in the shade near the entrance asking for money. They didn’t look homeless, more like the sort of people that don’t plan to buy food with that gifted money. I’m surprised the McDonald’s staff allows them to sit there.

If I could give negative stars I would. Total incompetence. I’ve worked at McDonald’s several times and couldnt imagine treating guests with such disrespect. Breana on graveyard needs to be fired. Not once, twice or three times, but four times she has somehow managed to mess up my order, and is always beyond rude. Bitch, there’s 300 McDonald’s i don’t have to spend my money at that one. The owner of this franchise needs to focus on accuracy and friendliness.

McDonalds is known for their monopolization on fast food and how they have systematically created a way to make food fast, hot, and with a smile. Sorry, but you are not going to get it here. Sometimes they can get away with service when it is late night and you are dealing with a car of drunkies. However, the food should at least be hot. I totally agree with the other comments about the food being left out to COLD. I got COLD fries and a COLD big mac, I even got weirded and couldn’t even stomach it down. I was pretty annoyed :(Plus the person who took our order said 4 words total and a grouch. I knew there was something weird when the bag came out cold and there wasn’t even that french fry smell. The fries tasted oily and grainy. Weird!

If you like weird chicken nugget shapes and high calorie food and drinks… then hit this place up. I will say that sometimes you cant go wrong with a sausage biscuit with cheese and hot mustard combo. Especially before a sunrise hike. Other than that I stay away.
