McDonald’s

Disclaimer;I’m a 99% lacto-​ovo vegetarian due to a neurological condition so I can not comment on most of the menu. My purchases are mainly coffee, an occasional ice cream treat, or oatmeal. In the roughly 3 years I’ve been a 3 times a week guest I’ve noticed very little turn-​over in this well balanced staff of many persuasions. When both staff and managers stay any length of time in this segment of the business I’m impressed and know many factors are working well. Initially when people are first greeted they receive the professional friendliness one expects. Once you are recognized as a regular the hospitality becomes more personalized. They’re very good at cleaning for it seems someone is always out and about wiping down some area. This is the 1^st time I’ve endeared myself to a franchise unit.

I found the service very slow;
Had to wait 20mins for one salad, 20 chicken nuggets and 1 burger meal. There werent even many customer so I didnt have to queu up to order but to get what you ordered was a different story.
The south west salad was good but the nacho strips were not so pleasant but it is my personal opinion. I asked to have it opt– out from the next order and it was no problem.

Clean and big facility. Staff seemed pretty new but friendly. We did get overcharged on our food but everything was fresh and tasted good! Food came out quickly. Lots of parking not much more I can really say…

This is the best McDonald’s and all of Reno’s to get chocolate dipped cones from. They must teach their employees how to make them and how to make them right because my kids and I never go away I’m happy. They are always good size and always delicious. I will drive from across town on my way home to stop by this McDonald’s knowing that they make them right over here instead of getting a small one at a different McDonald’s. It is definitely worth the drive. The workers are always polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

I came at 5 am dark and closed another car behind me left also i came back i was planing on honking but lights were on and i pull up menu is lunches menu a guy comes out and changes it now im waiting for over 10 mins theu haven’t even taken my money and they are running around inside shaking my head

The only McDonald’s I go to in Reno… it’s super convenient on my way in and out of town, or I can buzz by for a 20-​minute lunch break. They get my order right, treat customers well, and you can always work out your existential crises by jockeying for front runner position in the bifurcated drive-​thru. The salads here are always fresh, love the lattes, smoothies, and always, the burgers and fries. If I have time I sit inside and study or catch up on my emails.
I am an unashamed fan of McDonald’s: despite being guilt-​tripped about their accused complicity in rainforest destruction and styrofoam container use in the 80’s, to factory farm bitching and sustainable farm-​to-​fork whining today, this is a business model that rocks: give people what they want in a timely and efficient manner, have consistency, cleanliness, and value. Take that, eco-​freaks. I haven’t seen lines snaking around that tempeh-​on-​a-​stick drive-​thru you thought of.

This store is super slow. I have been in the drive thru for 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. 60% of the time orders are wrong. Staff is not very friendly.

McDonald’s is always good but 90% of the time they’re getting my order wrong. I mean really wrong. I go there really late a lot because I work nights and the kids who work that shift are always laughing through the drive-​thru speaker and it’s really unprofessional.

Given that it’s after checkout from the hotels on a Sunday, we had to wait 30+ minutes for fast food… this is ridiculous. I understand that there is a lot of people but are they not competent enough to prepare for the rush? Don’t go here when it’s busy because they don’t know how to accommodate more than 10 people.
Also we had to tell them about our order because they gave it to the people before us it just deleted it. Drive thru would have been faster. Never coming to this McDonald’s again.

As far as McDonald’s go, this one is a-​ok. The service is smooth, efficient, and friendly and they never mess up my order. Food is always properly prepared, as ordered. Restaurant itself is clean and tidy. 4 stars on the fast food scale.

Crappy Service. Management does nothing and collects a paycheck. They have no idea what to do with the poisoned Shrek glasses or how to give me my money back.

With moderate customer service, and a constant high-​pitched beeping in the kitchen, I tend to avoid McDonald’s. It seems that every couple orders or so, they give you the wrong thing. Don’t get me wrong — if greasy fast food is your thing, you will love their food. But you might not be so satisfied with their customer service.
