Taco Bell

Stopped roughly about 11:15pm to order something after work and they were closed! Advertise to be open till midnight. Really disappointed.

This one is down the street from my house and the service is really hit or miss. about ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ will the time spent in drive through take longer than 10 minutes (which is not good for drive throug).
Food is always the same, just ok, but when you have a teenager, this is what they want for dinner and it is cheap and sometimes fast.

I have eaten Taco bell for years, from back in the 70’s.
At this location: Wife and I stopped for a quick bite, the wife ordered a cheese and streak casadia, she took her second bite of it and out came a hear, I brought the items to the manager and show him, he tried to tell me it was melted cheese, i pointed to the hair follicle. He said he would remake the item: LOL i looked into the prep area and no hair nets to be found or gloves, the person in the prep area had a lot of facial hair. I asked for a refund, he said he would refund the item, not the entire meals.
I walked out without a refund never to return to this place again!
I will not /​Can not recommend this store to any one!

First of all the Manager on duty lied to me when I asked for the phone number for customer complaints as he provided 1−800-taco-bell. As I explained to the manager that number has too many characters and therefore is not valid. Also, when I asked the manager for the store number he lied to me and told me «store number 30» which is clearly not the store number. I will never return as this location has had issues every time I have made a visit to this location. There is absolutely NO customer service; if they have ever heard the term i would be shocked! In-​addition the customer has to wait twice as long as any other fast food restaurant or ever other Taco Bell locations for that matter! I told my ONE item order to the representative in the drive thru THREE times, none of which did she get the order right nor did she even attempt to listen to me after she is the one that asked me if I was ready to place my order. I would think that a one item order should be easy to take but this location has proven that to be a challenge they cannot accomplish. After this experience as well as many other frustrating experiences at this location I am finally fed up. I will never return and I will be spreading the word of all my horrible experiences at this location (5165 Mae Anne Avenue Reno, NV) to all I know. I’m sure that no reviews are received regarding this location due to the fact the manager is a liar and treats customer as if we are mentally challenged due to the fact he refuses to give any valid information for the store i.e. phone number, store number, his REAL name. To say the staff at this location are incompetent would be a severe understatement. I truly hope this review/​complaint does not fall on deaf ears/​eyes, however if it does I will not be surprised.

Every time I have been to this location the service has been terrible. I guess it would also be unreasonable to say that a Taco Bell should have better service due to the fast food oriented environment, yet I have been to other locations that treat their customers much better.

BEWARE: Taco Bell is no longer fast food, it is now boring food. Fast food is a fun splurge that we all enjoy. Last night my food was so bland I thought I was getting a cold. Taco Bell «Where’s the salt??? Taco Bell was sooo confident in their decision to significantly reduce the salt in their food that they decided not to warn us. Shame on you Taco Bell! If you thought we wouldn’t mind the salt reduction, why didn’t you tell us up front instead of disappointing us with bland boring food after we had already paid for it? Now the franchise owners are the ones that are going to be hurt by corporation’s poorly thought out decision.

Love this Taco Bell! Food Is always fresh. They always get my order right. The manager is very friendly! All of the employees treat us kindly. They are always fast with our orders. Nice clean place too eat. I eat there often. Highly recomend this Taco Bell.

I am really hoping the Owner or GM of this Taco Bell will read this and take this one simple suggestion:
Call over to the Keystone & 4^th St TACO BELL and have them instruct you on how to adjust syrup/​carbonation on your sodas. They have it down.
I find myself going out of my way to go to other locations further away from my house because the Mountain Dew is almost always way off and barely drinkable. Being that you get same materials, it should be an easy fix.
Also, let me compliment the Mgr I’ve seen most days I’ve visited as he is more attentive than many fine dining restaurant Mgrs I have seen.
Taco Bell is what you expect it to be-​but if you’re gonna splurge and have a soda it helps that it actually tastes good! ;)

I feel odd writing a review for a Taco Bell, but the current reviews seem old and don’t reflect my recent experiences with this location so what the heck.
The food is as expected. You know what you’re getting when you go to Taco Bell. What I will say is that everything has tasted fresh, is made well, and even when I have placed large orders for many people with special requests, nothing has come out wrong.
Service is fast and friendly and when you ask for lots of sauce, they give handfuls! Just for fun, check that Hack the Menu site and order something weird next time you go. And one word of advice: avoid lunch around when McQueen lets out; it’s a nightmare. Damn kids, get off my Taco Bell! *shakes fist*
Tl:dr– Yes, it’s a Taco Bell, but it’s a good one.

Yes, it’s clean and fast. And it even tastes pretty good. However, some 30 minutes after eating I had the after-​meal regret followed up by the 24 hour angina and possibly a slight loss of vision.
I cannot and wont go back. It’s just not good for me.

Figured it was time for an update on this Taco Hell. I don’t frequent fast food at all, but this is my occasional «secret indulgence». I usually get the loaded grillers and a volcano taco or 2. I have always received freshly made, hot food, and the orders have been spot on. The employees I have encountered at the drive-​thru have been very friendly and personable. Handy location for a ‘post-​Walfart household item stock-​up extravaganza’ snack.

I am not opposed to Taco Bell in general — but this store is ridiculous. Not only will you receive the wrong order, but they charge you for what you originally ordered and give you a menu item that is cheaper. Apparently after you’ve waited in this drive through for 10, 15, 20 minutes, it is still impossible for them to get your order correct.
The employees greet you with the air that not only are you scum for coming into the store how dare you even think to order food from them. And god forbid you dare to alter what you are ordering in any way.
AVOID this Taco Bell, it one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to in regards to customer service.

This place is full of fail. Soda always tastes off-​especially the diet pepsi. Food offerings are nasty, even for a Toxic Hell. Vile. Stay away. Stay far far away.
