Burger King

We just went to this drive thru. We didn’t want combos, just sandwiches and we’re going to split a fry. The speaker gal got confused when we ordered JUST the sandwich and even said so. We ordered. I got the Big King WITH NO PICKLES, he got an original chicken sammich and we got a large fry. She REPEATED the order back to us, gave us our total and we drove around. BK, «have it YOUR WAY?» Took awfully fast to get to us. I mean, it is fast food, I get it but if it’s made «our way» id expect to wait a second
…1 mile up the street to our house, my sammich had pickles on it, his looked like it was run over, BOTH of ours were probably made hours ago and just sat under heat lamps. I never eat fast food, just had a junk food craving today after receiving some not so good medical news. THIS DID NOT SATISFY MY CRAVING. Just ruined it. there’s a reason I don’t eat this stuff but once every 5 years or so. Now it’ll just be never.

Why do you charge for extra lettuce and vegetables and not actually put them on the burger? I only eat you once a year because I forget how not awesome you are. Please adopt the idea of making your food look like your advertisements.

Absolutely the worst «fast food» out there… I don’t think the disgusting quality of food is limited to this one location…

I seriously had to write a review for this.
So we went throught the drive through at 10:00 at night. We were greeted with the most non-​enthusiastic boy ever. Just think about the voice on Monsters Inc… that slug screatary lady.
So I wanted a milkshake and he said «we are not making those at this time». Then I asked for the Mocha Frappé… he paused… then I had to ask again… and then he said” «yes, woudl like anything else». I SAID no.
Then we got the Frappé for $ 3.19. I tried it and it was the most disguting coffee drink I’d ever tasted. It didnt’ even taast like coffee or chocolate. I can’t even describe what the flavor was. My boyfriend tried it and he gave the same facial expressions I gave. We went over to Jack in the Box and got a milkshake and through the frappé away.
We got a funny story out of it THOUGH.

FUCKING HORRIBLE SERVICE! They got this teenage looking Harry Potter nerd working as their daytime manager. First off he should be fired. Both times i walked in there they were 30 fucking minutes late with my meal. He wastes the time of his employees and DOESNT DO ANYTHING TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS! HE IS OF NO HELP AND HE ACTS LIKE HES THE BEST THING SINCE AIR WAS DISCOVERED. Basically hes getting paid to do absolutly nothing and he demonstrates that very well. And when he talks i just to throw him through something. Secondly this place always gets your orders wrong. I know you dont need that much of an education to work here but COME ON! GET WITH THE FUCKING GAME!

This is pretty much a standard BK. Its been modernized and updated inside and out, so it actually looks pretty nice. We had breakfast here last week (breakfast bagels with sausage and cheese). Those were quite tasty, hot and fresh. Hash browns were just ok, kind of meh really. Also, BK is (or was) running a promotion where you got two breakfast sandwiches for $ 3. I ordered the two but then had to remind the cashier about the promotion, which is kind of annoying. She took the money off, but if you are going to have a special, train your staff so they know what’s going on!

i went to the drive thru late night and was already excited because i was the only car in line… fast food right?! nope…4 items from the dollar, or close to dollar menu, and i waited at least 5 minutes for my food! seriously.5 minutes. ive only waited longer than that at in-​and-​out burger. finally got my food and was all happy again. the window worker was very nice though.

We recently stopped in at this Burger King and were pleased to see that the recent remodel has completely transformed the interior! Everything is updated, clean, useable and attractive. The menu has been replaced with sharp, bright and colorful flatpanel screens displaying the usual menu choices along with whatever special items they’re highlighting at the moment. The staff was all friendly and attentive and the food was decent. I would certainly rate their burgers above that of McDonald’s and the fries tasted better too.
They don’t hand out toys with their kids meals here either. Which is a blessing because if you have small children like I do, those toys tend to pile up and become annoyances back at home. Plus the kids seem more interested in playing with their toy (the only time they get played with, by the way!) than eating their food! They instead give an option of a «treat». This can be cookies or fresh fruit (which is what we chose and the kids enjoyed!).
It’s no «In n’ Out» but when looking for fast food in Northwest Reno, I would be likely to pick this before any where else nearby. I look forward to going back.
