McDonald’s

They have a indoor play area at this location and my daughter loves it. Being a father and having a 8 month old not the best. Having a diaper to change is inconvenient. I asked the manager for help and she appointed an employee to watch guard the door to women’s bathroom. Waiting for women to come out so I can enter I sit and wait at a table. My helper explains to me that there is a lounge and a lady is sitting on it. While all this was taking place hoping the other parent who I didn’t know at this time was watching my other one in play area. I ended up explaining my story to manager and changed diaper in car. I will never be back for the inconvenience.

Just ordered a chicken sandwich from here with cheese and onions. Opened it up to check and no cheese and there’s dark spots on my chicken patty that looks sketchy! Called em back since we were already pretty far out of Reno. Manager said it’s probably just from the «bread». She then offered to replace it if we came back. Um yeah NO THANKS! That’s a first. Well that’ll be the last time I’m ever eating Mc Donald’s again!

Slowest drive thru ever. I came at 10:50 AM and with two cars in front of me, I was stuck there until 11:25 AM. I don’t know how that’s even possible, unless they actually had to pluck the chicken to make the McNuggets. Further, they gave me 1 BBQ sauce for three people splitting a 20 piece. I never review fast food joints unless they’re particularly bad. This was bizarrely slow. The first time I went, I ordered inside and it took my food 30 minutes inside as well. So if you want to kill 30 minutes waiting for «fast» food, come here.

Friendly Staff! Specially the Manager. She was very generous. Food tasted good. The same flavor compared to all the Mc Donald’s in San Jose where I come from.

If I could give negative stars I would. Total incompetence. I’ve worked at McDonald’s several times and couldnt imagine treating guests with such disrespect. Breana on graveyard needs to be fired. Not once, twice or three times, but four times she has somehow managed to mess up my order, and is always beyond rude. Bitch, there’s 300 McDonald’s i don’t have to spend my money at that one. The owner of this franchise needs to focus on accuracy and friendliness.

Wow! Terrible service! First the cashier had the biggest attitude ever. Then when I finally got my order it was completely wrong even though the receipt on the things said it right! Took it back and got it wrong again! Really?? Is it that hard to not add mustard or cheese!!! I know it’s a fast food place and I should definitely not have high expectations but c’mon!

Ho. Lee. Crap. Slowest, most inattentive service I’ve ever gotten. And don’t start with that whole, ‘Well, heh, you went to McDonald’s, so what did you expect?’ Bullship. I’ve been to my fare share of McDonny’s in my time and on average, the service is just fine — quick and efficient — especially the drive-​thru. No no, not this one.
First of all, a few factors weighing into this situation but not necessarily the review rating:
1) You know how they have one of those split drive-​thru ordering thingamabobs? One of them was coned off.
2) Their order screens were down and were doing some Matrix-​y type number sequence. Kept wanting to pick up a phone and Dial in ala’ Keanu but I was busy being super pissed off because I was speaking with a moron… which leads to…
3) The moron taking my order. The car line was from the pick-​up window through the one semi-​working order screen out through the parking lot. I’m three cars back and I look ahead to see what the hold up is. You know when you make those late night food runs and there’s always the perpetual car full of college kids who just had their first beer trying to order one of everything? Yeah. I’m like, ‘WTF IS GOING ON. JUST ORDER YOUR GOD DAMNED HAPPY MEALS AND GTFO OF THE WAY, KIDS.’ I felt like yelling it out but I’m glad I didn’t… cause it wasn’t their fault. It was the jackoff working the drive-​thru. When it was my turn, I spent ten minutes reading my order to him repeatedly (two #3, regular size, one with no pickles or mustard, the other with no onions, and two regular cheeseburgers). Finally we go for the finish:
He goes, ‘Does your order appear correctly on the screen?‘
Me: ‘The screen’s not working.‘
Him: ‘Huhhuh, oh yeah. That’ll be $ 9.37 at the first window.‘
Me: ‘So can you read my order back to me?‘
Him: ‘Yeah, one second. (long pause) I have a number three and three Diet Cokes, and that’s all I got.‘
That’s the problem with these drive-​thrus: you’re trapped. Nothing you can do. You’re stuck at the mercy of this dipstick and his ADD. Another couple of minutes working out the order, I get my food — my burgers are cold.
I thought nothing could make my sleep deprived, two hour drive back to Sacramento from Reno at 11:30 PM more enjoyable, but boy was I wrong. When I took my first bite of the first of the two lukewarm cheeseburgers made sloppily and without care, I realized that my night was complete. Thank you, halftard, for driving up my cholesterol and my stress level.

We stopped here in a hurry to feed the kids. Problem was we were in a hurry… The service was pretty slow and it took them FOREVER to actually take our order. Despite how big it looks on the outside its pretty small on the inside with 75% of the resturant being the play place. It is also EXTREMELY COLD if you sit anywhere near that playplace. Food wise — it’s a McDonalds so the factory created food all tastes the same.

I had the extreme pleasure of meeting the above Unilocaler and she is right on the money… EWWWW. It was starting to rain, so the inside Play Place at a McDonalds seemed like the happening place to go so we could talk while my little one played. Besides smelling like urine, not one table was cleaned! No one ever came in! My daughters socks were BLACK when we were done and she only went up and down two or three times. I like totally disinfected her from head to toe when we got home!
