Wendy’s

This is by far the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. Wendy’s is my favorite fast food restaurant. This location succeeds at one thing, and that’s being consistently bad. I have been here three times at different hours of the day and my food has not once been made to order, or made correctly. I never get the cheese I ask for on my sandwich, and the fries taste like they have been sitting out all day. Today I ordered nuggets as well, and they were terrible. My food came out almost immediately, so did they just microwave it or what? My sandwich was not cooked to order either. Get it together. This Wendy’s is many steps below any other Wendy’s I have been to. I gave it three strikes, and you’re out. You should consider new management, or closing the store.

When I write a review about a chain restaurant like this I am usually looking at service as food is more or less consistent. The time food is usually mentioned is if it was not good. In this case, the manager is perfect. I come here on lunch and so speed is key, the food comes our fresh and fast, what else could you ask for. Love it!

Immediately upon walking in, I noticed that the place is a dump. They should tear it down or and rebuild it from the ground up. That’s a big negative.
I also noticed that there’s no soda machine in the lobby. I like to get free refills. That’s another big negative.
But the biggest negative of all was that there were no employees visible much less anyone taking orders. Eventaully, the supervisor showed up, but not to take orders. He was putting together the order for the customer already waiting. I left and went to Burger King!

Ordered a single with cheese and a fish sandwich.
The single was so sloppily put together everything was wrapped up on the outside of the bun.
The fish was a dried up little piece of nothing with the very slightest of I assume tarter sauce on it and a brown piece of lettuce They should have been embarrassed to serve let alone charge the amount they do for this piece of yuck.
I wonder what would they do if I brought a picture of what I ordered and what I got and asked them to make it just as I see it? I mean this was just bad bad bad…

Took awhile for me to get service from the people working because they were busy talking in the back so that made me kinda annoyed, but other then that it was a good meal. Nothing really special.

I can’t understand how with double digit unemployment that they would have problems finding someone fluent in English to take orders from customers.
