I highly recommend this place. I’ve been going here not so consistently over the last 8 months when I get a chance. The bartenders are all really nice and fast paced to get everyone’s drinks to them in a timely manner. We came here one Wedneday night to enjoy their half off canned beers and planned on making a night out of it so we ordered a round of shots first. It was insanely busy that night. We didn’t see our bartender again for another 20 minutes(bless her, she was the only on working the insane crowd that night). When she came back we decided to call it a night there and were planning on asking for our check(proved to be a little to packed in there for us). When she came back to us before we could ask she poured us another round of shots on the house for waiting. That’s great customer service! We ended up staying longer and drinking more simply for that kind action. The location is incredible on the river, their cocktails are delicious, and their prices are very competitive.

I went here on a Friday night with my friends for some after dinner drinks. Their drink menu is great — I had a Moscow Mule and it was the best that I’ve ever had! This pub is totally fun… it has shuffle board too! The bar was pretty crowded but the bartenders were on top of it and we never had to wait too long for drinks.

My favorite Happy Hour bar in Midtown. Small and inviting, but not too divey or hipster. They have TV’s making it a great place to watch sports. I remember going once after getting off work early and the Syfy network was on… Anyways, A GREATMULTITUDEOFBEER, GOODGOD. Loving the specials that they have on the wall. The location is great, right along the Truckee River. Typical bar seating, but instead of having to fight to get the bartender’s attention, they actually acknowledge the patron and either attend in a reasonable time or make one of those signals that they’ll be with you promptly, a small gesture that really means a lot. Wednesday’s are half-off cans, which might not sound appetizing, but they’ve got a decent selection making it somewhat appealing. Most, if not all, the beers are craft so you ain’t gonna find a Coors lite or Corona. Cannot stress enough that the selection is great which is the reason for the 5⁄5 stars. They’ve got everything a good beer connossieur could ask for. So yummy. Keep it up Olé Friend. Tip: Definitely try the sour beer they have

Love this badass bar! Great selection of craftbeers from mostly the west coast. Great bottle selections from the world with 20% off for the road. Shuffle board to play. Great lookin ladies for ur eyes to admire. A young crowd mostly but U.S. Old guys allowed in for good craftbeers. Tuesday nite is Happy Hours for Nevada residents so come on down for fun.

It’s been a while, but two recent visits have improved my view of this bar. Husband really loves the craft beer selection, and the cocktail menu is pretty nice, too! On a summer evening before or after a movie across the street, this is a terrific spot to hang out and drink.

First line of the review is the most read so I’ll say this GOHEREFORHAPPYHOUR. Place is always a good time and the bar seems to have a nice mix of cliental. No one too snooty, not a bro I mean bruh fest, and small hipster vibe. The happy hour is a $ 2 off so stop by for the discount. Selection as others have stated is great, just be prepared to shell out some cash for hard to find brews, on the flip side great choice in every price range. They have started showing soccer matches witch never interested me but the environment they created with this is pretty fun. Parking sucks but the patio overlooks the river(are we still calling the Truckee a river?) and is a good view to sip a cocktail for sure. Oh and the cocktails are on point did a Moscow mule and Texas tea try them both. Cheers

Great beer and liquor selection. Seating inside and out. We really enjoyed he pick up games of shuffleboard with random people in the pub. Barring the occasional bearded, hipster, D-bag wandering in and wanting to pontificate with the bartender about various whiskeys, ryes, and bourbons while I’m trying to order another round, this place is a lot of fun.

Great location and patio, many beers and cocktails to choose from. Service kinda sucks, and the place has an overwhelming smell of PineSol.

We love Olé Bridge. We’ve been going for years to get delicious beers and excellent cocktails. I love playing shuffle board, darts, or just sitting out on the patio overlooking the river. They’ve made great efforts to put TV’s outside for popular sporting events like the world cup, although those TV’s are not always out there, it’s really nice during those seasons. Bartenders are always friendly and knowledgeable which is appreciated as several of us are«beer snobs» and really like variety, quality, and trying new micros. A true testament for a beer drinker is definitely a CLEAN glass. Never had a dirty pint handed to me as I have at other places in Reno. We love to take our doxie with us and enjoy a cool drink outside.

Local watering hole in Reno. Always a good time, with good folks and beer. No food, but you can play a mean game of shuffle board.

What a surprise as I left the movie theatre! I stopped here and had a couple Sam Smith’s Chocolate Stouts! Yummy! The prices range from, «You better bring a C-note» to «A Panhandlers Haven for Basic Craft Brew». My place of choice now in Reno.

I’m not really a bar person, but I actually really like this place when I’m with a group of friends and out for the night. They have shuffle board and darts, and most importantly, an outdoor seating area right on the river. Service is typically prompt, and they have a nice variety of drinks whether you’re a mixed drinker, a beer drinker or a wine drinker. It can get quite crowded on the weekends, but again, the outside area fixes that problem when the weather is nice! The location is great — right next to all of the great river-front restaurants, right across from the movie theater, and near the events that take place at Wingfield Park!

Comfortable old style pub over looking the Truckee River. Dave is enjoying an Alpine Brewery Happy Birthday IPA. He likes it, but way too hoppy for me. So he doesn’t have to share LOL.

Great pub, excellent service, and happy hour drinks prices. The best part is the view of the river and the fact they are dog friendly. They have water bowls for your pet and are not snobby like Campo’s next door. Enjoy a pint with you pooch!

I write this as someone who visits Reno for one-nighters to unwind and do something different coming up from SF. If you are up in Reno and want a classy/chill place to have some beers then this is your spot. It’s right by all the Downtown Casinos, and it is nestled on the Truckee River.(Check out my picture of the gorgeous Truckee River and their Patio Area.) It’s a good space to come and stop in when your looking for a spot to try — good views of the TV’s if you’re there for sports. I came about a half hour before the kickoff of the Big Game. I stayed through the Halftime Show because they had a good range of local beers and some cool, low-key local folks hanging out. They have an interesting, if somewhat limited Tap selection, but they also have an extensive range of bottles. This is a solid spot in Reno if you want to try some new stuff. The bartender was willing to provide some tips and let me sample things before ordering. Beers were in the $ 6 – 8 range for Taps, but they have a $ 2-off Happy Hour, and it was Happy Hour for the game. Overall: Good Service. Good Prices. The Cocktail Menu also looks legit. They have no food. But!, they DO have a Shotski, which was my first time seeing that since living in Colorado.

May 7, 2014 Wednesday — drinks 5:30PM 2 adults Atmosphere — 5 stars Food — no food here Service — 5 stars Background — Beer night with my friend. Atmosphere — Small bar next to Campo. Love the shuffle board they have along the one wall. An L shape bar with some additional tables. We found a space at the bar and had some good beer. Drinks — I had a beer from the tap and split a bomber with my friend. Both were good IPA’s but what do you expect from Stone and Deschutes. Service — Our bartender was great working the crowd. It was pretty full for a Wednesday night after work. We split a bomber and he poured it into two pint glasses evenly for us. Future — Yeah I could see getting some more beer from here.
