We have been going here for the past year and the staff(younger aged) have been pretty good. Our only problem and major complaint is the Manager. She is middle aged with short light brown hair(Normally wears in pony tail). She has been consistently rude to us as well as other customers we see when waiting for our pizzas. She won’t Crack a smile if her life depended on it and has no customer service at all. Every time we go in she is there and every time she tells us something different about how we can order our pizza. It’s not rocket science so there shouldn’t be the inconsistencies we keep having with her. And all about substituting ingredients on the pizza. Bottom line is she is just plain rude! Keeps changing her mind on what can and can’t be allowed. The younger employees have more class than her.

Easy, fast, convenient online ordering, customer service is bleh! Two employees, noon, no customers yet I waited 10 extra min despite advanced ordering online.?? The lady takes a break while the guy scurries to assemble my order._. lol disorganized no team work. Overall, excluding employees, great experience !

They have a 30% military discount! We’ve been going to Papa Murphy’s for years and didn’t know about the discount — luckily an observant employee happened to see my husband’s ID as he opened his wallet and let us know — great eye, and very nice of him to let us know! Papa Murphy’s has pretty good pizza, especially for the price — the sauce is very good. Our habit is to get a one-item pizza then add some extra when we get home before baking.

been a very long time since I’ve done the«take and bake» thing. but I needed something easy while I watched my 49ers suffer through their so far, dismal season… first off, the 2 young men behind the counter were very helpful and politely mannered. I so appreciate polite from the younger sorts! I ordered the thin crust, and this would be my only avenue of complaint. didn’t taste bad, and the glutens were free!, but it was«limp wristed». the outside edge was fine, but the pie, under the toppings, was less than I had hoped for. other than that, it beat the heck out of the 5 $ offer across the street. will I go back? more than likely. they deserve another go!

So I called my order in and told them I cannot have tomatoes on my Chicago style pizza as my niece is allergic. The guy taking my order his name is j. c he says no problem. I get home with the pizza and put it in the oven not checking if there were tomatoes on the pizza because I made it clear enough I didn’t want them. So I pull the pizza out and apon cutting it I notice tomatoes all over the top of it. Yeah I should have looked but I didn’t so I call and j. c says well bring the pizza back and we will re make it. Now I have 4 kids under the age of 3 and I’m the only adult babysitting these guys so you want me to pack up a hot pizza and 4 kids in my car to have it replaced so come back and delay feeding little monsters who are hungry? He says I don’t know what else you want me to do sounds like you just want a free pizza. I cannot believe it. Needless to say I will not be going back there and I’ll just scrape off the tomatoes and deal with it but he was absolutely rude

This place used to be a friendly well ran place to get take and bake. The African American manager made you feel like an old friend, instead of someone tolerated for their money. Tonight I went in and my order was incorrect, that happens and is understandable. Being treated badly was not understandable. A cold blonde lady was pretty rude about it and offered no apologies whatsoever. What would have been nice was a coupon but after that I don’t think I would need it anyway. I would would just go somewhere else, it’s not like it used to be.

We have in the past at our Arizona home would pick up one of these pizza’s and always enjoyed it. Today I went on line and ordered on to be picked up at 2pm. I arrived they were just finishing up with the pizza and off I went. Friendly folks working today. When it was time to eat I popped it in the oven. It was a thin crust pizza and after a few minutes took the tray out to finish it off on the rack of the oven. It turned out perfectly cooked. Each topping was in good proportion and each could be tasted making a perfect bite. Now that I remembered this place exists again and having a great experience and pizza, we will be back.

My husband and I just love this place. We couldn’t make a dinner for as cheap as we can get thier pizza. They are always friendly and have our pizza ready to take in no time.

Papa Murphy’s Pizza is the best value in pizza, the toppings are GOOD, they are ABUNDANT, the CHEESE is always PROPER, and my most FAVORITE thing is every pizza is CONSISTENT! I always get a pizza that’s the same. Also, I really like the de-lite crust, because it’s smaller, and gets crispier, but I’ll eat either crust. All the toppings I have had there are SPOTON, the only topping that is nasty is spinach, it tastes like chemicals, I get it removed and they are happy to replace with any topping. The best part about PM is you are looking for a deal, they always have one, coupons come in the mailbox often, and they just started $ 10 any large pizza on Tuesday. Personally I love turning on my oven, run down there, pick up my pizza, then when I get home put the pizza in there, after about 8 minutes, I use my cutter, and pot holders or silicone, and get it on the rack without the tray, so the crust, gets done proper. I cook it well done and by the time it comes out the crust is golden, and eat piece holds up it’s weight with one hand since it’s crispy. The only thing that could be better is an organic sauce/crust options, I would DIG that!

First, let me start this review by saying that I am a big fan of Papa Murphy’s! Until today, I went to the So. VA location by the pink Scolari’s. This place is 4 – 5 stars all day long. To avoid construction snags, traffic, etc., I went to the Moana Ln. location, as I was in the neighborhood. Big mistake! I was«greeted» by someone who must have walked off the set from the movie remake of «Deliverance»! I swear I heard the banjo playing as he casually walked up from Lord knows what he was doing in the back to attempt to take my order. He was so rude, brusk and totally lacking in anything remotely akin to customer service skills, I walked out. I told him I’ll stick to the other locations, unless he moonlights there too. The saving grace was it was a couple of doors down from one of my favorite restaurants in town, Palis d Jade, which may have cost me four times what I was thinking of spending at Billy Bob’s next door, but the food and service is always stell
