Round Table Pizza

Picked up the pizza and brought it back to the house. It was an Extra Large, Pepperoni, Black Olive and Jalapeño pizza. It was big, it was hot, it was delicious. The toppings were plentiful and of high quality. The people were friendly and our service was prompt.
My only criticism would be the irregular way the pizza was cut. I am OCD and I like the pizza to be cut in equal sized slices. In this case there were large slices and tiny slices and a few medium slices — maybe thats better (variety) but not my preference.
Oversll the pizza was really good and I will be back — The next time I’m in Reno that is…

This place is the worse. Dirty tables we ended up busing ourselves. Pizza full of grease.

Not sure why there are so many terrible reviews. Roundtable has good pizza and this location is fine. Lunch buffet it good and I recommend the garlic twists. As the far as the location itself, it is fine. The bathrooms are pretty bad but the rest of the looked clean.

I am in Reno once a month for work. After a long day I was tired and went back to my hotel and decided to order delivery. I am a huge fan of Round Table so I ordered online and this was the closet location. I was given 7:09 pm as my delivery time. At 7:30 still no pizza so I called and was told the driver was out with my pizza. This place is a little over a mile from the hotel. Finally at 7:50 my pizza arrived. When I opened the box it looked as if the pizza was turned on its side and squished. The driver was already gone and I was starving at that point so I ate the unsquished part. It wasn’t the best tasting. Next time I will have to drive to another location and pick it up.

This substandard place intentionally serves cold pizza. I was told that the heater broke; however, they served the crap anyway. What happened to integrity, and customer satisfaction?

This for the Skinny Crust I ordered at this location. I got the Hearty Meat Supreme, I tried to order 3 times before, 1^st time I was put on hold, for 4 minutes, so I hung up, then I called again and again, asking to hold, waiting briefly then hanging up. I finally called a 4^th time, and got my order taken. I was going to order online but they want 1 hour, and you cannot tell them how to cook your pizza, and I always order it well done. So 1 star for the website ordering too.
I order by phone and I am told about 30 minutes, so I show up about 5 minutes before, wait in line, tons of young people in there for some reason, when I am ready to pay, my pizza is up. I check over the pizza, it looks okay, outside is dark brown and almost burnt as it should be, toppings look well cooked, so I am stoked. Well at this point I am very hungry, as I was trying for order for a long time, so I decide to grab a piece while I am walking back to my house.
I cannot grab a slice, it’s all floppy and falling all over the place. The crust is as soft as baby’s bottom, and this after ordering it well done. I am quite shocked as this has never happened to me before. So I create a foundation with my whole hand and shovel the piece into my mouth. The toppings are good, but the whole point of a pizza is to be able to eat a slice without using a fork and knife to keep it from falling over, ESPECIALLY when your ORDER WELL DONE i.e. CRISPY. This pizza was the farthest thing from Crispy. I was so hungry, I didn’t turn around to get another pizza. I got home and had to make pizza roll ups, just to eat the damn thing. Big Fail and if this normal for Skinny Crust, I am shocked that Round Table rolled out this product. I thought it was going to be thinner and less bread, but super crispy, more like a cracker crispy.

I have not had a round table pizza for years because the store in Fallon closed years ago. I decided to get a pizza for myself as I did not have the family with me and I could decide on a place to eat based on my preferences.
The customer service was horrible. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes to try and place my order. The wait would have been fine if my presence had been acknowledged but any of the passing employees (there were at least 5 in the general area of the counter.) Not one acknowledged I was there or said they would get with me on a minute. I ended up leaving to spend my money elsewhere. They lost my business.

I used to like Round Table Pizza back before I grew up and learned the difference between chain pies and the real deal. Although this particular location serves up a crispy pie, the service is non-​existent and the wait time is unreal. On our most recent visit, my wife and I made two trips to the salad bar before our shared mini pizza showed up. Though it’s not the bee’s knees, it’s a sad state of affairs when the salad bar at a franchise pizza shop outshines the actual pizza.
I’m willing to be I could have gone to another place, ordered, eaten, and then come back just as our little pie was being served. The place had maybe two other tables occupied and I saw two take-​out orders picked up while we waited. Over half an hour to produce a mini pizza at the slowest part of the day, with at least 4 people working.

Its a ok place to get a pizza from a chain. I would not recommend the buffet to anyone. But do love what they have.

Decided to eat here today, food was good, staff was nice, but place was very dirty, floors were trashed, tables dirty (i had to clean my own table), but then a tall skinny lady came out to put silverwear away and had her hair everywhere yuck, touching her hair, touching her ponytail ! Grossed me out!

Don’t expect them to remember the ranch dressing for your order. Do they not realize how important this is?

To start this would be zero stars but they make you give at least 1 star. My husband ordered a pizza online and was quoted 1 hour wait time. After an hour and a half he called and was told the driver already delivered the pizza the our house, he told them we live in an apartment, so the girl asked what the address was and he told her. She said she needed to call the driver cause that was not the address on file. After she called the driver she called back and started yelling at my husband that he put in the wrong address, cause we don’t know where we live. When he was able to get a word in he told her that the conformation address is our apartment and that it looks like the website has problems and again she stared yelling and saying no you put the wrong address.
Needless to say he told her just cancel the order cause we are going to wait and pay for the pizza.
Overall «Mary» was VERY RUDE and needs to learn customer service.
We will never order from them again.

Dirty tables found one table that was semi clean, counters all dirty, salad bar, crumbs all around made me almost afraid to eat.
Since then the Round Table sent me a coupon for a free pizza I will be back to let you know how it went, I hope good I’ve always loved their pizza.

Such a rude person on the phone!!! I mean come on. I’m trying to be polite but then there’s a point where I just can’t do it anymore because girl on the phone is being so rude!!!

The pizza here was so on point and cheesy. The service was quick, fast and professional. When ever I want pizza and I am in Reno. I will be back

I had bad experiences with this location, resulting in late orders and wrong orders. I eventually quit going to them for awhile and then get lured back because I like the pizza. My last bad experience resulted in the company offering a free pizza if I would try them again. Although this location pretty much ignores the customer until someone decides they are ready to talk to you, the person that waited on me was very courteous. The pizza was ready close to on time. The order was incorrect. It was an Xlarge instead of a large, but they still gave it to me for free. The pizza was delicious.

One star is being generous. The first thing that came to mind was, CiCis Pizza, for those of you who know that. There was a little kid walking down the buffet line touching the pizza with his hand, while his mom looked on and the cashier, without saying anything. The «salad» bar was meh. The pizza was just a joke, and the diet coke was out and producing air and some kind of non-​diet coke liquid, but the guy working there with dirty nails didn’t seem to believe us.

We ordered a pizza on New Year’s Day, it never came. We called a few times and was told it was on the way. After 2.5 hours we told them to forget it! I don’t want a anything that’s been driving around for an hour and a half!
Thought tonight we would try again! The pizza did show up RAW! It’s baking in MY oven now! Very frustrating!
We ordered wings as well, 12 wings. 4 of them had sauce.

I was out of town, on business and staying in a hotel. I’m starving, so I order a Pizza.
1. It took an hour and ten minutes before the delivery guy got the pizza to my hotel.
2. When I got the pizza to my room, the pizza was cold.
3. The pizza sucked. The sauce was gross. The crust taste funny.
DO NOT Order from this place. The only reason I gave this place one star, is because the app made me put something.

I ordered online with tremendous trepidation. I don’t like ordering food for delivery because you have no recourse when it comes to getting the order right. It either is or isn’t, and it can’t be corrected in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of a painting project and in no condition to leave the house.
So I ordered a pizza online at 5:50pm. I got the garlic chicken pizza (which I’ve had before and it was delicious) as well as an order of 6 of their cinnamon twists. I should have known there was going to be a problem when I couldn’t get their website to take either coupon I had (one for $ 3 off my pizza, the other for a free dessert). My order was $ 28. $ 28 for a large pizza and some cinnamon sticks. Talk about overpriced.
I got a phone call 10 minutes after I ordered. They couldn’t find my house in their system. My house is 6 years old and in the middle of the city, so it’s not exactly new or suburban. I gave the guy on the phone some directions, and he muttered something about their system needing updating, and that the driver would call me if they needed more detailed directions. He also mentioned that even though I was quoted a 40 minute delivery window on the website, it would be closer to an hour. I ordered a pizza on a Friday, so I knew that it would probably take longer than usual.
7pm rolls around, and by this point, I’m getting hungry. I keep looking out my windows, thinking that maybe the driver is lost and trying to find the house. Nothing…
At 7:30, I finally get a knock at the front door, I open it, and the delivery girl is too busy texting to even acknowledge my presence. She hands me a receipt and says, «sign this» while continuing her text conversation.
I give the receipt back to her, and get my order. Before I have a chance to even check it, she’s gone.
I take the order to the kitchen and open it up. The pizza looks delicious! I was impressed by round table in the past, so I knew to expect good quality.
I open up the dessert box, and it’s not dessert. It’s some kind of garlic bread, without any kind of sauce to dip it in. No marinara, or ranch, or even garlic butter.
then I notice that everything is cold, stale, and hard. The heat that I felt on the boxes must have been from someone else’s (correct) order.
The only reason this is 2 stars instead of one is because of the flavor of the pizza. The service aspect of this meal was awful. I should have came to Unilocal before I even ordered from this particular location. The only positive review is from someone that ate in the restaurant. Never again, Round Table!
