This is a great place to get quick pizza for work. A group of us wanted pizza and not only was this close but its good.

We have tried the several time. Every time me or my son have been since or sometime both of us. It’s the only pizza places so we keep hopping it gets better. We will not be going back. I

We ordered an extra large pepperoni, an order of twisted breadsticks, and salad bar. Everything tasted amazing but the pizza was super greasy. My husband originally wanted the Wolf Pack (all meat) and I’m glad we didn’t get it just based on how greasy the pepperoni was. The breadsticks were absolutely perfect and the veggies on the salad bar were fresh and crisp. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the service was quick. I will definitely go back but I’ll get a pizza with lighter toppings.

Here we are at home… Me with the flu, my girlfriends son with the flu and sounding like her daughter is getting sick now too, we needed to eat so I looked up the ol Eat24 app and saw Pizza Factory and so before I ordered I checked them out on Unilocal and saw they had good reviews and I could order right from within Unilocal.We ordered a large Silver State Combo Pizza, the twisted breadsticks (free with large pizza order) and BBQ wings. Although the wings weren’t that big they were very yummy, the pizza was packed with veggies and meat and the breadsticks are amazing!
The app said 45 – 60 minutes for delivery and they made it in 29 minutes.
Only 4 stars because we ordered honey BBQ wings and I guess all the locations don’t sell the same wings (we ordered host BBQ but the location closest to us only had regular BBQ)
This definitely hit the spot and we will definitely be ordering from them again.

I think every Pizza Factory we’ve been to has been consistently good, and this is one is no exception. Good crust, great energetic service. I even ordered online (which I’ve always been skeptical of) and the delivery was within 3 minutes of the time I picked hours earlier! I’m glad to have them around the block!

I took the opportunity to stop in and have the Pizza Factory’s lunch buffet this morning at a little past 11:00. The building had been remodeled well after having a Godfathers in it for many years. Friendlier and broken up well.
The lunch buffet was typical of other area offerings. A salad bar, the usual, an offering of their pizzas– a thin crust with whole slices of ingredients– not chopped up pieces. I’m much prefer whole slices of bell pepper and mushrooms. Crust good, ingredients good, and sauce good.
The buffet offerings included large potato wedges that were baked not deep fried, really good! Bread sticks short ones. And a desert pizza nearly finished the experience. One big surprise was a steaming pot of soup! In this case it was French, OK, as I Am not French!
All and all not bad for $ 7.95 including a refillable drink (4different ice teas). Not busy so I can not report on how often pizzas are made but three or four were always there and hot!

I have eaten here several times and have never been disappointed with any pizza I have ordered. Delivery is always on time and the staff are always polite and respectful. Best pizza place in Reno that I have ordered from to date.

Well I’m disappointed in my pizza… been my number one choice for a couple of months now. I always order the solver state combo it ALWAYS comes over loaded with yummy yummy goodness. Tonight it took an hour and I called the store right away when I saw my practically naked pizza… such sadness I felt. Oh then my dad had a slice and we’ll pizza factory he can’t chew it because you cooked it and let it sit too long… the manager was nice enough to replace my order and threw in bread sticks

Great food, great service! I’ll be back, for sure! The crust is amazing and tons of toppings!

First i want to state that the ingredients used are fresh, you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. Second the dough has a good taste and is hand tossed which i liked. Third the price is well worth the quality. Fourth the employees were friendly. In all price + quality + customer service were all great which is why it gets a 5 out of 5 from me.
P.s if you are into salads do try their salad bar.

We came for the salad bar and to watch the game. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The seating is a little funky and awkward for my tall hubby but fine for the kids and I. Pizza was decent and had adequate toppings. The price is moderate for the quality. I did enjoy the salad bar however, it’s small but efficient. Items in the salad bar were fresh, clean containers and the ranch was good. For the salad bar pricing I would go back :) we also love not to far Away and delivery is an option.

First time here and I am beyond satisfied. I ordered a WolfPack Pizza which is absolutely delicious. The whole staff was very friendly and very attentive. Came in near closing time and the manager assured us the dining room stays open for us to finish and that there was no rush. Nothing like a great reassurance to top off great customer service. Two thumbs up!

Pizza Factory? More like crap factory…
Can’t rate the service as we called in an order for pickup. Over the phone we asked about breadsticks and they told us they had twisted breadsticks (FYI — the only thing twisted about them was the flavor and the fact that they were the hardest breadsticks I’ve ever had).
We ordered the pesto, garlic and sun-​dried tomato pizza. Sounds great right? Wrong… Way, way, way too much cheese.
Would not recommend going and I’ll never be back. Which really sucks as they are right down the street. :(

Was excited to try Pizza Factory, have been hearing about the outlying locations for years, and I love pizza, especially a great value such as pizza buffets offer, unfortunately today’s buffet experience left much to be desired.
First the pizza is okay, I would give it 3 stars, the dough is quite thick, and super chewy, personally I like thin and crispy or even thin and chewy. The tomato sauce had a good flavor, and the toppings were good. Something doesn’t work for me though, although the dough isn’t bad in flavor, I think it’s just too much dough, so the pizza overall, doesn’t feel in balance for my tastes. I would recommend to try the buffet and see if you like the pizza, it’s definitely different, and it seems like the style would fit some folks palates.
I tried the potatoes and these were very very dry. I usually don’t get a drink with my meals, and I could barely swallow it. I tried the soup and it was luke warm, and not very tasty. I am not sure if it was meant to be served this way.
The salad bar was actually pretty good. I did like the blue cheese dressing. Last they had breadsticks that remind me of crazy bread. Pretty good, but again too much bread with the pizza already being so dough full.
My last gripe was they have these plastic pie serving utensils, and these are flimsy and feel very cheap, and this pizza is thick and heavy. The pizza was not cut through, and I was trying to cut up with this flimsy cheap plastic, which is actually very hot from the warming lights, just awkward, and strange. They should put out metal ones, and make sure the pizza is well cut.
So that’s the food experience. Now the place itself looks really good. It’s a great remodel, but there’s one HUGE ERROR, and I don’t know how it wasn’t noticed, and that’s the chair to table height. It’s seriously out of balance unless you are child.
I have never been so uncomfortable eating. You have to seriously hunch over, unless, you are not worried about food falling all over yourself. All the chairs and the tables are the same height. My back hurt after eating today and I had to undo my belt because I had to hunch forward excessively. I had my hand on my knee supporting myself at one point too. I just don’t get it. I feel like this could sink the place, because being uncomfortable is no way to eat, especially a casual place like pizza. There’s a ton of chairs in there too.
I gave it two stars, because I don’t ever see myself going back, nor could I ever dine any on those tables. My back hurts right now thinking about it again.
