This space is now called«Pebblez Pit Stop.» It is located in the lobby of 200 E 2nd Street, which is accessed via the road between the building and the Courtyard by Marriott. It is hard to find Pebblez as it is designed mainly for the workers in the office building. The place is a Reno cultural experience as when I arrived at about 8:30 am, the lady working there was blasting country music full volume, and I was the only customer. The place is small and cramped and the menu is printed on a sheet of paper and not posted anywhere – ask for it. I ordered the breakfast burrito which was a basic but flavorful combination of eggs, cheese, and hash browns for $ 6. It took about 15 minutes to prepare. Not a bad price for what you get, but does take awhile. In sum, this is a very basic snack shop catering to the office workers above. The only reason to come here is because breakfast options in downtown are so weak. The food isn’t bad and price is reasonable. If anything, come here for a slice of Reno«culture».

Update. New owner again. Seems. More expensive and less on the menu. One pastrami and a bag of chips was 8.95. Food doesn’t taste bad.

I’ve biked by this café for months without knowing it existed! It’s right behind Slice by the Aces stadium. There’s really no exterior signage except a small sandwich board, and even that is tucked in on the small side road off of 2nd. I ordered a regular coffee and a veggie breakfast burrito. The coffee is ok, the burrito was GREAT. Good fresh ingredients and it was all carefully put together while I waited. The staff(owner?) was really friendly. I’ll be back!

This place appears to be closed? Gone. I walked all round the building and couldn’t find it.

I don’t 5 star very often but the combination of good food, great service, and just a general feel good atmosphere left me very happy. The owner was the only one working there and she was friendly and professional.

I’ve been here twice and had great experiences! The place, as previously mentioned, is small – and can be a little hard to find. It is next to the Ace’s Ballpark and a pizza joint, if I remember correctly. Parking can be found in the parking garage to the left of the café(if facing the entrance door). The service was wonderful and the sandwiches are delish! Plus, the owner gave me some amazing cupcakes for free so they wouldn’t go to waste. heck yes! I will be coming in when I’m in the area!

Was visiting Reno and decided to try out a new café. I saw the Unilocal deal and decided to give it a shot. I had a hard time finding this little café at first because it was tucked in under this parking garage with little to no signs on the outside. You’ll only notice it if you parked in the garage, and walked by it, or really look at what’s inside those glass doors. Nonetheless this is theee joint. Their bagels with egg and bacon were delicious. I also got their chai and was yummy. I’ll be returning when I’m in the area.

Read about this place on Facebook, thought I’d check it out. It’s a very tiny little café, seeming to more serve the lunch needs of the employees of the building(Great Basin Properties, which also houses Slice pizza). Could not see the place from the road, but the address was right, so we used the parking garage. I ordered a chicken caeser wrap, which was tasty. Boyfriend ordered a cranberry wrap. I got my food and we waited another five minutes for his, because two people before us had also ordered cranberry wraps. They did not put onions on, as per his request, but they also did not put lettuce on, and they did put ham on(description on menu said with lettuce, and just turkey)… Also, we used the Unilocal 10% discount, which neither gal there knew how to use. My boyfriend showed them the Unilocal on his phone, and the order taker then took his phone to ask the other gal there about it… I heard the other gal say«I don’t know… it must be Unilocal… just write it down.» So we did get our discount, but the employees there did not know to use it, plus we didn’t appreciate them taking his phone and walking away with it… So, all in all: food was good but service was just okay. Probably won’t be going back.

Awesome coffee!!! I had the café Americano and it was great and the pricing is very reasonable. The Café is located in the Jones-Vargas building parking garage area, so their is plenty of parking its under new ownership 9I understand they will be offering fresh baked goods very soon). I cant wait till Baseball season, so I can load up on goodies, before I hit up the game. Thanks for the great service and great coffee.

This little café is great and super convenient if you are in the area. I’ve had their salad and their veggie panini. Both were excellent! Even when busy, the service is always friendly.

This little place is hard to find but worth the hunt. It is in the building across the street from the Aces ballpark and next to the parking entrance. I had a veggie wrap and it was so good. There was a nice menu variety. It is very small, seats about 12, but the atmosphere is friendly. There was a little bit of a wait as they are getting so busy.
