My husband and I purchased a bull frog spa from Robert Allen pools about 3 years ago. We absolutely love it and use it daily. Sarah at Robert Allen pools has been incredibly helpful any time we have called with questions. We highly recommend buying a spa from them. At the time we bought they were offering a military discount. Great company.

After shopping around at multiple hot tub dealers we settled on a Bullfrog spa from Robert Allen. We appreciated their hassle free approach. Unlike other dealerships where we felt pressured to purchase a spa, at Robert Allen they gave us the info we needed and let us make the decision. Installation was easy. We have had the spa for 3 months now and it’s been great no issues at all.

We went to Robert Allen Pools & Spas when we learned that the previous homeowner bought the installed hot tub there. We were warmly and sincerely greeted by Sarah. She spent an hour explaining some of the features of the Bullfrog Hot Tub of which we were unaware. She tested a sample of our water and gave cogent, understandable advice on how to care of the water and spa going forward. We rate Robert Allen Pools & Spas at the top because of the excellent customer service, their patience and customer focus, their knowledge of the product and their very low pricing of supplies. We are committed customers.
