Round Table Pizza

Used to love their Pizza but this particular location has suffered from poor quality and I refused to every go there again. Last two times i went there there were numerous large bubbles in the pizza which were burnt as well. I told them I wanted them to remake it because I wasn’t going to pay for it and was refused. This was 7 or 8 months ago. I made the mistake of going there again a few days ago because my son wanted to and I only had a salad and shared a small Pizza with my son. No bubbles in Pizza but my son (he’s 9) even commented that the pizza didn’t taste good abs he was sorry he wanted to go there. Suggest frequenting Lamppost pizza or Firecreek pizza in the area. Would even go to Little Caesars first.

I’m cursed when it comes to taking my boyfriend anywhere. I talked about how good the twists were. Are you kidding me? They didn’t even try mine were burnt black. My pizza was undercooked and my twists can’t even be eaten.

My go to pizza place! Love the pizza but more importantly love the customer service and their delivery. This location is always on time, friendly and helpful.
Quality of ingredients on the pizza is excellent. One of the other pizza places in south (Lampost) is inedible and far from appetizing.
Will take Roundtable any day! Love!

Establishment a mess. Few tables cleared, counters filthy. At noon with only 8 – 10 customers buffet didn’t have any pizza available. As soon as one became available it was gone before everyone got a slice. Waste of time. Don’t eat here. Plenty of other options in area with better customer service.

The pizza here is pretty good, however the customer service here is so awful I would recommend going elsewhere for pizza. Even if you place your order over the phone or online they still expect you to wait in the long ordering line. Doesn’t matter if there is an entire little league team in front of you. The have a window that says carry out, yet every time I’ve been to this location they tell me to wait in the long line. I’ve given this location multiple chances as one bad experience can be a fluke but when you receive terrible service almost every visit that can’t be a coincidence. Our last visit here we went to pick up our pizza when it was due to be ready and they had no idea where it was. Perhaps it was given to someone else or perhaps it was never made. Either way it was a complete waste of time. My family and I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Such great service with these guys. I was able to witness all their customer interactions and all were so genuine. Came in just expecting to wait for a pizza but ended up getting a great customer experience as well. Keep it up guys!

I ordered delivery on a snowy evening, fully expecting to wait a while. The pizza and twists were delivered within the expected time. The pizza was hot and delicious. However, the twists were already cold and too chewy to eat. I called the restaurant to ask if there was anything they could do. Paul immediately credited my card for the twists without question. He apologized about my order over and over even though I told him I completely understand it was mainly due to with the bad weather.
This type of customer service will ensure repeat business from me. Thanks, Paul.

Very poor customer service. We ordered a pizza at 4:50 Halloween night and knew it might take a little longer. 3.5 hours later after 3 phone calls it finally showed up. We had gone out to dinner by then, leaving grandma to babysit a sleeping child. If you hadn’t kept telling us it would be there in 10 minutes, you might not had to eaten the pizza yourself.

Placed my order for delivery @ 5:55 pm, now is 7:30 pm, still havn’t recieve it yet! Really!!!
Called the place, was placed on hold for a good 15 mins, finally get to talk to someone @ 7:50 pm, cancelled my order. DONE!

I ordered on line to pick up at 6:15 when I arrived early someone had thrown the ticket away. I was told with no smile or apology to come back in 30 minutes. I did my grocery shopping, came back and still no order. It is It is now 6:50 and the entry is dirty and guys in back are yelling at each other while the phone rings off the hook. I would say they need a service overhaul, hopefully pizza soon.

Decent pizza, always a goto if you just want a good pepperoni pie or a hawaiian.

For about the last year it has gotten even worse. Ordered a King Arthur again tonight, and would’ve thought they brought the wrong order. Except this has become the norm, same toppings as a small pepperoni at any other location. You just get charged more.
Save your cash and just go to Dominos, or Little Cesar’s. You’ll at least get what you pay for.

I unfortunately have not had good experiences. I have ordered three times in the last 3 months.
The first time we had delivery and they forgot one of the pizzas and the extras like plates and things. They did go back and get them.
The second time the pizza was wrong and the wings were soggy.
The third and final time I ordered the Italian Artisan Pizza and wings. The pizza came burnt and with only pepperoni and sausage. No toppings no mozzarella cheese.
They did refund the pizza but it’s the continuous mistakes that make me not return.
I gave two stars because the delivery guys have always been super nice.

Meagan at the Damonte Ranch Round Table is Outstanding! She took my order knowing I’m outside of the delivery radius. I ordered from the Damonte Ranch location rather than the Old Town branch BC the Old Town branch is TERRIBLE! The wait time there is ridiculous, the food arrives cold and the people you’re forced to talk to have half the IQ of a toddler. So thank you Meagan! These stars are for you!

We have been coming here for 12 years… It’s had it’s ups and downs with management. For now? It’s clean, employees are cautious and uniforms are nice. A manager always seems to be on duty making sure things are going well. And the pizza is pretty darn good!

Okay, it would take me a lifetime to write about all my experiences with this particular RTP. I have NEVER seen a business with SO MUCH INCONSISTENCY, except when they are consistently making mistakes. It’s a shame, really, because they have some of the best pizza around here, in my opinion.
Anyway, since 2011 I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had the wrong pizza delivered by this location. I have been given TONS of FREE FOOD because they make stupid mistakes over & over & over!!! Order green onions on your pizza — they are SUPPOSED to put those on AFTER your pizza is cooked, so SERIOUSLY, 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES THEY FORGET THE GREEN O’S. COME ON YOU GUYS, NO QUALITY CHECKING BEFORE IT GOES OUT THE DOOR?! I ask for double cut; rarely get it; I ask for another sauce for our wings; don’t get it. While in a hotel room, asked them for plates and napkins BEFORE they delivered the pizza; never got them. They deliver a pizza in a box; good luck getting any other condiments or otherwise out of them!
When it comes to expediting, this location is a HOT MESS and needs some SERIOUS CORPORATE MANAGEMENT ATTENTION. As I said, I’ve had more WRONG orders than correct ones — and I am NOT exaggerating. It is RIDICULOUS. And all «new» managers tell me the SAME THING — they put the green o’s on AFTER the pizza has been cooked and they miss it — all the time. Then don’t freaking offer green onions, dumbo.
I have NO TOLERANCE for REPEAT ERRORS AND BAD MANAGEMENT. If you cannot get a simple pizza out the door right, bury yourself now. Life is clearly way too much for you.

Atmosphere — This is an out dated pizza parlor, with a need of a remodeling. The place was clean except for the greasy finger prints of small hands plastered against the windows. When was the last time they cleaned the windows? The place was empty when we walked in.
Food
Drinks — Just water today for me, I am working.
My Meal — Buffet style.
Salad — They had a nice mix of greens, nothing crazy. They also had a small bowl of spinach leafs which I added. Everything was fresh in the salad bar. With a good variety of dressings, I had the zesty Italian. Shhhhh do not tell my wife.
Main Course –When I went up after my salad a fresh who pepperoni pizza screamed for me to eat the whole thing. Sorry maybe five years ago I would have tried. Now I know better, really wish I did not. So I stuck to two slices of solid pizza. Nothing that makes you go take home freezer pizza or the makes you go WOW, but solid and flavor full. I love they have the two major shakers at the table, cheese and crushed red peppers.
Service — Wham bam paid for the meal. They politely took the dirty plates from the table as we progressed through the meal.
Future — $ 7.95 for a pizza buffet with salad, breads and desserts this is not bad, drinks extra.

So I’ve actually never written a review before ever on Unilocal but I felt it necessary after several low quality pizzas from here. Not sure if it’s a round table thing or just this location but they never put sauce on their pizzas, and the crusts are always thin as can be! I have found myself ordering pan crust with extra sauce for a halfway decent pizza after several failed attempts. Well last time I was charged $ 2.50 extra for the tomatoes sauce! Tonight I ordered a standard Hawaiian pizza cause I didn’t want the extra fees, they never asked which crust I wanted and I received a super thin crust (which is impossible to feed a family and be satisfied) with no sauce yet again! I think I will go with bj’s pick up for a pizza next time to get my money’s worth and a yummy pizza as well.

So after writing my last review I received a comment from Round Table and they offered to have me come back. The second time, the food came out quickly and the waitstaff were overly nice. I can’t in my right mind give them 5 stars because part of me believes the reason for the better service was the fact that Round Table makes sure the card we received in the mail says we had a bad visit and are returning to see if things have improved. Did I get better service? Yes. Was it because their company mandates they do better the second time rather than the first? Perhaps. But make your own decision, it could be hit and miss.

We have ordered pizzas from this round table several times. The last couple times it’s taken over an hour and a half to deliver. Once the pizza was received it was not very hot, and not worth the wait. We have been going other places when we want pizza delivered.
