Round Table Pizza

I just wanna start with review with I have always loved round table. I have tried so many times to like the round table in Reno but I have had disappointment everywhere in Reno. This round table I just wanna say made me forever hate round table. I had such a bad experience I didn’t order pizza for months and I finally talked myself into it. It was the worse pizza I have ever had I will never have round table again because of this round table! Save ur money and drive up the street and have blind onion!

Wow. This place is soooooooo disgusting. Literally every inch. The pizza is actually good but this location has an issue with cleanliness. It has been that was for quite some time. Stay clear of the restrooms.

I have gone here multiple times for pizza either dine in or take multiple pizzas back for a party. Service was great, the employees were helpful with helping me finding the best option. Honestly Round Table is my most favorite place for pizza.

Pizza dudes! I always get the same order and it comes with a decent sized ranch, today you delivered a sub par ranch effort, A half filled up tiny cup. Also I just discovered you forgot to put the buffalo sauce on my buffalo wings…

This was my second time trying this place with online ordering for pick up. First off the odor that hits you when you walk in is an immediate deterrent foul musty etc. also the store looks generally un clean. I saw leftover items from lunch buffet still sitting out (or at least that area had not been cleaned) at 430 and the buffet ends at 2. The Counter staff was friendly. Pizza: tasted alright. Though not prepared correctly. One ingredient from order was Left off. The 2^nd employee said «oh yeah, green onions». Wrong, I said. «No «as He Proceeded to walk over n place bare un washed /​sanitized hand. (After Touching the countertop and other things) in container. And attempted to dump green onion over my pizza I said. «NO! Just forget it I had asked for zucchini! «At this point. Neither apologized for the error nor offered to rectify the situation Not cool! Won’t be back.

The food was very good, service was good too. Waaaaaaay too overpriced. $ 2 per topping? What a ripoff. This would be four stars if it wasn’t so freakin expensive. Come on round table! So expensive!

Staff not very helpful at all or even friendly for that matter. We will be ordering from Pizza Plus from now on.

This round table location is the best one that I have been to. Manny and Todd were very helpful and it was a great all around experience. They did a great job keeping up with the buffet and they had wonderful customer service! My family and I will be making this location our place to go for sure!!!

Ordered pizza, wings, dipping sauce for pizza, and Salad online. It said 40 minutes. After 55 minutes i called and they said it was just finishing up. I asked them to check my receipt because i should have gotten the wings for free using code WINGSONLINE. They said that I did not get charged. The delivery person arrived 70 minutes after i ordered. I checked the receipt and i was charged for the wings. I called righy away and asked to speak with the supervisor. He said he was the supervisor. I told him i did not get my dipping sauce and asked for a refund for the wings and sauce. He said he could only refund the sauce and not the wings. But he would give me free wings next time. There will be no next time. I tried something new and should have just stayed with Dominos. I am never disappointed with them and my food is always on time or they call and give me a discount.

This is an update for my last review. RT management kindly sent me a coupon for a free pizza. When I went in this time the male assistant manager helped me. (I don’t remember his name) He was very nice and my pizza was wonderful. Perhaps last time, I just caught them on a bad night. I will happily return to this RT next time we are wanting a pizza.

I have tried this location 4 different times (my mother in law keeps thinking it’s a fluke), and every time is worse than the last. This last time our pizza was 25 mins late with no apology, the pizza was cold and dry, and there was NO sauce on either pizza. After writing into their website every time to let them know about our experiences, never heard a thing back from customer service. We switched to Dominos, which is actually BETTER than this location, somehow.

Through the nice contact a company person made, I was given a freebie to try the buffet again. Well, try is the correct word. Went by again with my wife today around 12:15pm and the «buffet» is supposed to run 11am-​2pm… the buffet was completely empty and there was a dining area full of folks still waiting for anything to be put out.
And by nothing, I mean –nothing-​, not a single pizza or dessert item. Round Table had its chance and they blew it again.
If you support this location you deserve to have your money taken at this point. The problem has to lie higher than just poor workers when you lunch buffer consists of nothing.

The pizza and twist were actual really good, but… the place is a disaster! The walls are dirty, the floors are dirty, salad bar and counter were trashed, bathrooms were flat out scary and there was garbage on almost every table while management napped in the booth in the front. Would recommend take out if anything!

I have been ordering pizza with this Round Table for a long time. The thin crust pizzas are very good, but the customer service is very poor. The last time I called to make an order the young lady who answered the phone got my number wrong and insisted that I wasn’t in the system when I know I am. She then continued by having a conversation with a co-​worker while still on the phone with me. She was rude and spoke very inappropriately. I was extremely disappointed and may take my business elsewhere in the future.
If this location really worked on their customer service skills they may actually make customers want to return or order again. Hope things change.

I love Round Table pizza. Its been my favorite pizza for a god 10 years now. The service at this location is hit and miss. Something has happened because it has only been recent that orders are mixed up or pizza is undercooked when it shows up to my door.
The buffet is always good and cooked thoroughly. Its on the higher scale of price for a pizza but worth every dollar as long as things are done right.

I’ve gone to this Round Table multiple times and had an alright experience, It wasn’t until my last visit several weeks ago when it was just awful, these guys couldn’t get it together, it was a bad night for them in general and I’m sure it didn’t help when I let my frustration get the better of me.
Anyways after waiting 5 hours for my pizza, which ended up being blah, we were told that it would be comped for the inconvenience. I wasn’t. So I sent an email to their corp, within the hour I was contacted by the manager and my pizza was refunded while I was on the phone. I’ve dined there since then, another comped pizza, and the food was what you expect from Round Table.
I appreciated the effort they went through to make things right it and hopefully things get better for them!
tl:dr order during non busy times

SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!!! Not only did I place an order online (with a timely pickup), but I showed up a fashionable 10 minutes late only to be told my pizza hadn’t been started yet. So I waited another 15 minutes (during which time said pizza makers put my pizza I a fridge)… And I waited… And waited… And waited… While 3 more customers complained because their pizzas vanished into thin air. At this point I asked for a refund — and my pizza appeared. So I asked for blue cheese sauce. Big mistake… There was none. I waited 5 minutes for the sauce, which never appeared, and then I left the food on the counter and waked out. Worst customer service EVER

This place is awful. It doesn’t smell very good, the pizza is worse than it smells… honestly, I don’t understand how they managed to mess up pizza. The employees aren’t very nice; they became short with us while ordering. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired, as if they are in the middle of demolishing the place. We won’t be coming back here. Ever.

Stay away! Not good at anything: food, service… Nothing!

One additional note: The location was not busy when we were ordering, most of our issues have been while the store was busy.
Now to the review…
My wife and I were given a voucher for a meal because of our previous experiences with this restaurant. We got their Ham sandwich, the garlic twists and an all meat pizza (For this order, we walked in and got carry out). The quality was excellent and the taste of the food was excellent.
The service was also much above what I’ve received in the past. The supervisor who dealt with me seemed noticeably nervous (both myself and my wife noted this, and it seemed to start when we handed her our voucher, almost as if she knew what the voucher was for).
Overall, I’m not displeased with the quality of the food or the level of service I received for this particular visit. I sincerely hope that this location is able to get its act together otherwise they will lose in the long run.
