This was my favorite bar in all of Reno when I lived there. At the time they had 1 $ Sam Addams drafts at 6am when I got off work, and 10cent wings. I learned many valuable life lessons at that bar, including that if its early in the morning and your one of the only ones there, they will put cartoons on the tv for you instead of sports. So good. I don’t know if they work there anymore but a shout out to, Brett, Vicky, Vicky and the rest that were there back in 01. Try the Sweet Hot wings, I have never found a more perfect wing flavor. It makes me hungry and my tongue burn just thinking about it.

This place closed this last summer. RIP, Scruples. Sadly, you didn’t go out with a bang.

annoying me. Dirty, and I have been trying to call them for 3 days to ask about gift certificates(even though I think this is not a great place, the gift is for someone who Does) and NOONEANSWERSTHEPHONE!

Hmmmm… this place used to have the bomb wings and chicken nachos but this time when we visited they were terrible. The wings were well overcooked, almost like shoe leather. The wife’s nachos were cold by the time she got them and you couldn’t even see the chicken or cheese. Maybe they are cutting costs but come on… Won’t be going back soon. Too bad, I used to love this place. Plus on top of that, they were out of almost all their beer on tap! Really?!

It’s too crowded for a place to eat. The menu is just for bar people. I’ve gone to other bar and grill places and seen a bigger menu selections for the whole place. The thing that got me was that I had an iced tea and there were no free refills on the iced teas or sodas, but I think that the alcoholic drinks have an unlimited refill to them, I would think that they would want to sell the iced tea and soda more when people go in and don’t drink. It’s really dark in there at night, even with lights on. There are too many tv’s on in one row, like 7 or 8. The music was odd for a bar to be playing.

I used to go to this place nearly 20 years ago, and it was a happening spot. Not anymore. It was like a graveyard this evening. And, I can see why. It’s dumpy and rundown inside, and the food has gone way downhill. In fact, I’ll be surprised if it’s open much longer. The two stars are for the friendly bartender/server. I felt bad for the guy, as there was some drunk, obnoxious homeless looking woman he had to deal with.

WOW! Bad, BAD waitress!!! Four friends and I went to this silly lil’ place because we were craving some good bar food and when we went in we were greeted with a dirty look by the lil’ blonde waitress that was working there. Must have had her panties on backwards or something… The five of us were hungry and we are big boys so we even looked like we would be spending some money in here but she didn’t care. I know nothing about the food or booze or beer in this place and I intend on never stopping back in because of that awful lil’ waitress. Save your time, go somewhere else…

Count me in as another former fan who is really sick of seeing the chain and padlock around the door handles right under the«Open 24 Hours» sign.

I was really impressed with the food here. My blackened Cajun chicken sandwich was great and my boyfriend said his chicken wings were almost as good as the ones from his favorite place. The atmosphere is exactly what one might expect at a sports bar and grill, and the service was wonderful. I definitely want to go back for a big game or something.

One of my favorite ‘Home away from Home’s, Reno’s version of ‘Cheers’. Excellent service, friendly locals, plenty of screens to catch the game!
