Great location. And they have a DRIVETHRU. Starbuvks is consistent no matter where you go. I like this location due to its proximity to Mount Rose Ski Area. Enjoy.

My favorite Starbucks around town! The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and competent! They know what they are doing, and are very good at it. This location is always clean and has a warm, welcoming feeling to it. Sipping some peppermint mocha latte while enjoying the snowy mountain view in the winter is always a treat for me

I’m not a Starbucks regular, but sometimes, a girl’s just gotta have a frappucino on that mountain drive up to Tahoe to keep her awake. I generally prefer to come in and order so I can order my drink, pay for it, then run to the loo or use the free wifi while It’s being made. Multi-tasking Mode Complete! The staff here are super friendly and nice, which is a bonus.

It’s Starbucks. I like Starbucks. Don’t hate me! It’s coffee and they have free wifi. I also earn lots of reward points because we buy it for brewing at home. This particular store is my usual stopping spot when I have to go south. The staff there is young, friendly and have been helpful in getting me started with going digital for cashing in my reward points. The coffee is the usual Starbucks coffee. I have come to depend on the consistency. The food items are OK. The breakfast sandwich is moderately healthy. All I can say is the Egg McMuffin has nothing to worry about. This particular store is very small, and can get crowded during busy commute times. I usually just get my treat to go, so the lack of indoor seating is not a huge minus. What bumps it up for me from an «OK just another Starbucks» 3 star rating is the staff. Over the last three years I have been stopping here, they have always been courteous, cheerful and friendly. I have also always gotten my order correct. That has to count for something.

Fast, friendly service! Always seems like everyone is in a good mood and is upbeat. Don’t have any complaints! My order had always been correct! I’d say this is a good Starbucks to visit if you’re in the area!

Great service at the drive through! Not only did she offer my dog a pup cup of whip cream but she was very pleasant with a nice smile! My husband was so entertained giving our two dogs the pup cup that he actually started to drive off with out my Americano! We all got a good laugh at that!

This location is home to some of the best service at any Reno-area Starbucks. It’s also conveniently located on the way to Mt. Rose, the Meadows, or Sky Tavern so you can get a hot cup of coffee on your way to the slopes.

They’re always out of breakfast wraps and Protein Plates. Yack. Service is great, though!

March 18, 2012 Sunday — a drink 14:15PM 1 adult(aka just me) Atmosphere — 4 stars Food — 5 stars Service — 5 stars Background — I ended up here because the South Valley Library is closed on Sunday’s. I understand budget cuts buy close the place on a Sunday. Okay that statement says I do not understand budget cuts. Atmosphere — Very clean small location but the problem is hard to work on the laptop with the very loud herds of skiers coming in after a day on the slopes. It is the very first Starbucks in Reno on the Mt. Rose highway. Food I went with just a cup of frou-frou coffee for me, as I can not stand plain black coffee. I had a tall Skinny Caramel Macchiato. It was really good, got to keep that girlie figure with the low calorie. Service — As you can tell I do not order coffees that much and they were paitent and help. I told them I wanted the low calorie version, no problem. Later as my computer was shutting down I looked and the pre-package coffee section looking for K-cups for my fiancé. I was promptly created by one of the employees who helped me look for the K-cups, after explained what they are. I normally find them at Target/WalMarts and grocery stores. Future — Sure if I am in the area and need a coffee or caffeine fix.

This SBUX is great! Nice location(close to my office) and they have a drive through. Inside is small but warm and inviting store. Mornings can be busy here since there is a school right up the street and teachers are in line getting their coffee(had one yell at me to get out of the drive through line because she was in a hurry but thats Galena High School not this sbux). Highly recommended — they are one of the few SBUX I drink at frequently and they have NEVER gotten my drink wrong.
