I don’t understand why the employees are always so mad and act like it’s an inconvenience for them to make your drink. They really need to get a new staff in there. They hardly ever smile and say anything to anyone. It’s rediculous

This Starbucks is the one I go to because it’s the closest to my house. It’s also the BEST in every category I can think of! I’m told that every Starbucks’ drinks should taste the same-but they don’t. Starbucks on South Meadows is superior in taste! It’s also superior in customer service, friendliness, speed and professionalism! I’ve been to a number of Reno Starbucks and South Meadows beats them all! Lucky for me it’s the closest!

This Starbucks is in my neighborhood. A go-to place, in case of emergency, when I needed coffee pronto. I came here somewhat early in the morning, on our way to a day trip to Sacramento, and there was a line. But, I’m happy to say, the line moved fast, and my coffee was prepared quickly. Now I can stay awake during the 2-hr drive.

So I brought a few drinks. Then went back and asked the lady if I can just have a ice water. She respond yes but it will cost you .25. I don’t carry cash at all so I just hand her my credit card. She dosent charge it and end up saying it’s fine. You can owe us. This place is really odd. I wanted to reload my gold card with 100 bucks but the lady says we don’t partake in that.

Best local Starbucks! The super friendly baristas make our Starbucks experience super enjoyable. Drinks have always been made perfect and tasty! My son loves the cake pops and there is always a good selection of pastries. Always very clean! Thank you!

I just love the Starbucks location they are so friendly and the manager Tiffany is very helpful. My favorite of all time has to be the green tea frappé on warmer days or the flat white on colder days. They always seem to have a good stock of pastries sandwiches and salads and are seldom out of any item except very late in the afternoon which is very understandable.

I went to the ladies room looking for the changing table to change my 3 month olds diaper and guess what?! NOCHANGINGTABLEORCOUNTERSPACE!!! I checked the men’s room &NONE in there either! I asked the employees where the changing table was and was told there is none & when I asked where do I change her diaper the girl snipped and me and said I can change her when I leave!!! With all the money I spend at Starbucks and they can’t even install a changing table?! OMG! I’ve been to just about every Starbucks in Reno & seek out Starbucks when I travel too. I buy an over priced coffee(or two) just about every day! If I have to choose between changing her on the bathroom floor or one of the table tops I’m choosing THETABLETOP! Maybe then they’ll get a changing table! Why is this the only Starbucks without a changing table!!! This is Starbucks where talking about here. Not what I’d expect from them at all !!! I did call corporate to inform them of the lack of a changing table & how tacky it was.

Super awesome baristas and also a super busy Starbucks in the AM. I probably come here at least 2−3x a week to grab a caffeine fix for myself and the office. They always get all the drinks right and are done on a timely manner. All the baristas here are friendly and usually always have someone on hand to hear food at the bar. I just wish parking wasn’t such a pain in the butt but that’s not really a Starbucks issue than the property management. They do have quite a few comfy chairs to lounge at and a few tables for chit chat. The lines do get long during peak hours but the baristas can only do so much with an espresso machine.

Today I went in and got the usual, venti mocha. Like always ¾s full. I never like going to this starbucks I just drive to the one on Dalmonte Ranch. And I work ACROSSTHEPARKINGLOT from this starbucks. No other starbucks has done this to me. They always fill it up, and I pay for it. What is this! I only came here today because I had no car to drive to the other one. But I knew this would happen. I shouldn’t of went! This will definitely be the last time I come to this location. Open up your drinks as they hand them to you and let them know. They only do it with hot drinks and not the cold. Cause you can see threw the cold coffee cups.

Calm Down people it’s just Starbucks. Can’t believes people are writing 2000 word reviews on Starbucks It’s your typically Starbucks, normally I don’t review Starbucks but I was here and the experience was like any other Starbucks. Starbucks.

Today I got my usual drink, it’s the venti Caffe vanilla Frappuccino. Man oh man I have never had my coffee taste so good. I like my drinks sweet but I also like to taste of coffee and I could taste both this time. Service was wasn’t really as friendly as other experiences but it was definitely efficient I didn’t have to wait very long. I’ve been to this location a couple of times before and never had any complaints. I don’t really live in south Reno so its not a Starbucks that I would frequent but if I’m in the area I will return.

«Vergina? Vergina your coffee’s ready! VERGINA!» — Is what I WISH the barista had said. Instead she looked at the sad-ass attempt at my name on the cup and said«Uh… the iced coffee is up?». If it were me? I’d’ve yelled it. I’d’ve yelled it out with a pointed tone of «you’ve gotta be kidding me» while staring judging-ly at my dingus coworker who can’t spell the name of a state(plus about 16253516 street signs in Reno + a city + a lake) making her cringe. As a former barista, I get that after a long morning full of tripleshot-halfcaff-twopumpsvanilla-extrahot(readmymindandgetitright bull hockey that turns what should be a 30sec cup of coffee into a goddamn act of Congress) …you’re a little exhausted. I also GET that you probably didn’t have to take a spelling test to get your job. I also get that there are some names out there that are impossible to spell correctly phonetically. Like Lynnea, or Mirahndah, or Westynne. But there is just no letting this one go because the cheat sheet is practically right out the window. I mean, there are more«Virginia» signs in this town than in friggin’ Richmond. But that’s okay because you know what? I do like your coffee. And when I’m in a hurry and can’t make it to one of my favorite local spots(because Bibo and Hub are my first two loves) I’m fine to swing on in. This location is convenient and the Baristas are very sweet. I just read that Starbucks might soon be contributing to its employee’s college tuitions? I’d say… that’s a good call, Starbucks. Good call.

So this is my «local» SBUX… meaning…it’s super close walking distance to work. I’m not a coffee drinker anymore but I do love me some tea! My order? I’ve got a hot and a cold fave… Hot: Grande calm with steamed soy. Cold: Iced Venti 2 pumps classic with strawberry black tea lemonade. This location is friendly and I’ve never encountered a line. My only complaint? My hot drink of choice usually has way too much foam… almost like a wet cappuccino. 4 stars.

The first time she forgot to add my mocha chips so she added them and double blended my drink which is a big no no for me. The second time tho it was spot on. Even tho I always order the same thing a tall they were gonna charge me for a venti at this location because«the extra ice was going to make it fill the venti cup»(I asked for a larger cup because of the ice. I didn’t realize ice cost money? They let it slide… THISTIME! Whew ;-)

Ok so while in Reno I needed coffee of course. This SB was right up the street so I got to visit pretty much every day I was there. This was a well run SB. Clean with a very professional staff. They always got my orders right and each drink was made well. They had free samples to try also. Of course they had all the usual SB stuff like WiFI and chairs and tables. Overall this Starbucks was a notch above your typical SB and if I lived here I would visit every day.

Pretty average Bux — lots of room, few tables, friendly baristas and drinks that vary in taste by location.
