I’m not a big fan of fast food but I have a teenager who loves the boneless wings here to death. This branch is very closed to our home. Small space with very limited number of tables. Clean floor, tables and restroom. Free Wi-Fi. Their Coca Cola machine is a lot of fun. A lot of flavors with free refills. Very friendly staff. 50 cents/boneless wing on Monday and Tuesday. You have to order them in increment of 5. Don’t forget to order your dip while you are ordering(extra charge). Expect some waiting time between 10 – 15 mins. Her favorite flavors are original hot and BBQ + ranch and blue cheese dips. The wings were fresh, golden and tasty. The dips were very rich with heavy texture and amazing taste. The hand cut with skin french Fries were delicious and not oily. There is usually a younger crowd there. Damonte high students all over the place lol. A lot of them act so maturely and pick up after themselves and clean up their mess(thumb up). The lady on the cashier will give you a big smile and show a lot of apperception when You leave a tip in the tip jar, so please do.

Having grown up in upstate New York, I’m hard to please where wings are concerned. Their traditional hot(Buffalo-style) wings are really close to the real thing. meaty, moist and just the right amount of sauce with good tang and heat. Most of the places back east allow you to select the heat level(usually 1 – 5) and although this is not offered they hit the middle ground well. Buffalo wings are not typically served with fries, but these are some darn tasty fries. Fresh cut, dark golden, lightly salted. Best fast food fries i’ve had. My only criticism is that they offer blue cheese dressing with the combo, but the celery sticks are extra. The dressing is not meant for dipping the wings, its meant for dipping celery to cut the heat of the wings. If you’ve ever had level 5 Buffalo hot wings, you understand the concept. Staff is young, friendly and service is prompt and efficient. I prefer the Carson City location for seating and space, but the food is comparable, so I order take out at this location.

Ok I’m mixed in my opinions here. I’ve always had the food to go, and it’s been good. We decided to eat in the restaurant today. We got the 30-pack with original, BBQ, and teriyaki, all in boneless. They were out of blue cheese dressing, which is a huge BOO because I love it with my wings. But ranch will do in a pinch. The wings were good. I mean… Besides the teriyaki which is my son’s favorite for whatever reason– I think that flavor is terrible! I like their fries and the BBQ wings are my favorite. So we are just eating our way through all this food and all of a sudden I bite into a BBQ wing and there’s a big green weird clump in it. I don’t know what this is, I spit out my mouthful before I have a chance to even chew it once I see the green. Upon really close inspection, it looks a little like a piece of artichoke? Imbedded in chicken though? So weird. I still have no idea what it could have been. But huge kudos to the manager, whose name my husband cannot remember. My husband brought the offending wing to the front counter and the manager was summoned. He apologized profusely and offered to buy our next meal here. He explained that the boneless wings come pre-breaded and frozen, which makes sense. So we will be coming back again. The weird chicken wing was a fluke and he handled it gracefully.

I ordered 20 lemon pepper wings fries and soda. I eat Wingstop about 3 – 4 times a month and all I order is lemon pepper. These wings tasted like my grandma ordered them. BARELY any lemon pepper at all on the wings. If I wouldn’t have placed an order to go I would have said something in store. I mean they were that bad. Come to think about it as I’m writing this review. They didn’t give me my drink, and I totally forgot to ask.

First let me rate the food, I like the boneless wings I usually get Orignial Hot once in a while I’ll get the Atomic ones which in my opinion aren’t as spicey as people make them out to be. I will advise you to stay away from the new Korean spicey flavor that was a mistake. I don’t know what it is about the fries here but I like them for some reason they have this different tangy flavor. Now the staff is ok I’ve never really had a problem they just do their job and move on with their lives, but when I order I only give my initials since people always butcher my name and the girl messed up two letters no big deal. The part that bothered me was when the guy called my name or rather initials, since they were wrong he said something different but I knew it was me, so I go get my food and he says did I say that right and I said well actually it was wrong but no problem and he just looks at me like I’m retarded and says so is this your food and repeats the order to me and I was like ya and he just looked at me with a blank stare.

The wings are okay but everything else is pretty bad. Their potato salad is hands down the worst I’ve ever had, anywhere. Their fries are soggy and tasteless which is likely why they are smothered in grease and powdered seasoning. Their«fresh baked» rolls are definitely not fresh and I have a very hard time believing they are baked in house like the menu says. I’ve had packaged rolls from Walmart that taste fresher. The worst thing is that everything they serve seems to be bathed in oil/butter before serving. If you want a cheap place to get wings and only wings they do the job but there are much better places to get your wing fix in Reno.

First time ever trying one of these. Not bad, but in my book, nothing spectacular either. I tried the 8 pc combo… with the Habanero Mango and the Cajun style boneless wings. The HM should have been much hotter in my opinion. Regardless, they were good. The french fries have a sweetness to them… sort of like a honey roasted taste… different and good also. If you’re into wings, I think you’ll like this place.

What do you do when you’re not in the mood to cook and it’s National Chicken Wing Day? Visit Wingstop of course! We normally visit another chicken wing establishment in town, but Wingstop has online ordering(which is way too convenient for its own good). We’ve been to this location many times and we can count on the quality and correctness of our order. We always order ahead and pick up to take home, so I can’t speak to service when you dine in. You can get your wings cooked any way you like(mmm, extra crispy) and they have a great selection of sauces and rubs. I’m not a fan of their French fries but that’s just my personal thing. They get soggy when you order them to go so we do extra veggies instead. We’ve had most of their sauces and rubs except for the really HOT ones. We like to do their family packs and mix the traditional with the boneless. It’s a good value and you can still make it the way you want.

Love the boneless wings! The ranch is soooo good! I am bummed that the potato salad recipe has changed it used to be one of my favorite go to sides. Service is good. Ordering Online is wonderful

So good! They have really delicious boneless chicken and the French fries are fresh and yummy. Lots of flavors to choose from, my favorite is the Louisiana rub. It’s amazing!!! The staff is always friendly and they always get the order right.

So I’ve been here a million times and it’s been great every time. Today was different though… I ordered bbq and I took a big bite into a wing and it was still pink and slimy because it WASN’T COOKEDALLTHEWAY. So gross never again.

great wings… hot as hell in the summer… spend a dollar and turn on the a.c. The place is always dirty. The kids that work there never want to clean tables and they don’t have a trash can so you can’t even do it yourself.(spend a dollar, get a trash can) try the cheese fries.

Pretty good! It takes a while to get your food, but that’s because they prepare it when you order it. Fries are really limp if you don’t eat them immediately, but still tasty. I love that they always give you a little extra. I usually order 5 wings and get about 7 – 8. And their yeast rolls, AMAZING! Nothing but buttery melt in your mouth goodness.

My husband and I frequent this Wing Stop quite often as this place is right down the street. We really like Wing-Stop wings and have found some new favorite flavors. Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper are the best. We usually do the meal for two(15 wings, 2 drinks, large fries, and 2 sauces). You used to be able to add 5 wings and they would just do half and half. Now when you order the extra wings, you have to only pick one kind and they put them in a separate box. It seems like a waste of Styrofoam and I like to have my wing flavors equal. We used to do the online ordering, but it seems to mess up quite often at this particular location. There’s been numerous time the system is down or that they say your order can’t be completed(and then charge your card anyways each time and have to void the card). But, we just know now to call our order in!

Chicken wings are chicken wings, right? No! The best on the menu, if you’re not afraid of a little spice(truly, not that spicy) is the Louisiana Rub. It’s not saucy and is quite delicious. I’m a little adventurous, so I always order whatever they have as a new flavor. If I remember correctly, there was a lime flavor just last week that was perfect and(hint hint) worth keeping on the menu. A couple of tips, if you’re in a hurry order ahead. I usually place an order online before I leave the office and it’s ready by the time I get there. You can also phone in orders. It makes for a quick and delicious trip. Next one, if you missed out on ordering ahead, order the boneless. They take half the time to finish than the regular wings do. It’s amazing what you learn when you go as a group!

Food is great but when you order take out over the phone and they tell you that it’s going to be 7 – 11 mins, what they really mean is it’s going to take 30 – 45. Booo

Good service however for $ 40 spent with a tip I don’t expect hardly any sauce and the meat to be extremely dry. Beef jerky has more taste to it. Very dissatisfied. It smelled wonderful. I was so sad.

So other than the one day they seemed under staffed, this really is a good location with really nice staff and they are typically quick and the food is always hot, fresh and consistently good. I’ve only had one bad experience and again, it was only to do with the wait time as they appear to have been under staffed. Overall they are consistent, polite and turn out good food.

Everything was good, but I think that the Mango Habenaro needs to be above the atomic on the flavor board. I think that the people who put the chicken pieces for two different orders needs to have the two different flavors in their own boxes, so that the chicken pieces get the different sauces on them. The lemon pepper is really great and so are the fries.

Went online and placed an order of 15 wings. By the time I drove there, which I was only 1.7 miles away, my order was ready. That is very good service! Then top it off, they were very friendly. What more could you ask for. The wings are good. Come on you gotta love Wing Stop!!!
