Stopped by last week but the staff was lazy and rude. I ordered tuna sandwich but she gave two last scoops. I asked if you have a fresh new container of tuna– she was upset and said if I could wait !!!
C’on people. I pay for my food not ask free for it. Never come back this store!

ordered a philly steak and noticed the bread seemed smaller and the meat looked dry. I would hate to compare the philly steak sandwich you can get at WalMart for $ 2.50 that is actually better looking and larger than this $ 4.75 here. will I come back here? aaa dont think so.

Just when you thought it was near impossible to suck at even the most basic things like, for example, «making a sandwich»…Welcome to SuckWay!
First failure: Having the cooked chicken breasts just sitting out in a bin with the veggies, just drying out. Every other subway I’ve been to keeps them warm and covered, if not in water, so that they DON’T have to microwave them, drying them out even further.
Second failure: Going from eating to just throwing on gloves and working? How’s about you toss a little soap and water on them hands first, huh Chief?
Third failure: When I ask for «Spinach instead of shredded lettuce, and then everything else, including jalapenos and shakers, oil and vinegar»… What I’m ACTUALLY trying to say is… wait for it… «Spinach instead of shredded lettuce, and then everything else, including jalapenos and shakers, oil and vinegar». Sorry if I wasn’t clear about that when I said it the first time. What I SHOULD have said was «Spinach instead of shredded lettuce, and then everything else, including jalapenos and shakers, oil and vinegar». I can understand how that would be confusing to you.
OH, WAIT…
Fourth failure: I’d rather not be referred to as anything in particular, than to be referred to as «Man». As in: «Anything else, man? Chips or a drink, man?» Though I suppose that’s still better than hearing «Anything else, Ma’am?»
Fifth failure: Not taking American Express. Automatic minus one star.
I won’t be going here again, but rather sticking to my local location on South Meadows.

I am so pissed… i went there today on my 30 minute lunch. spent 15 inutes in line and then when the guy was making my sandwich he put the sauce my bf wanted on mine instead so when i said something he said «oh ill make yooh a new one» then he took the sandwich turned around and wiped the sauce off then gave me the sandwich. why would you tell me you were going to make me a new one then turn around right in front of me and wipe it off and think that was ok…
but i took the sandwich paid for and everything with nothing more than a sorry. i got back to work one minute before i had too. buht i am not going back there… i will rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the one on mc carren!
