The Home Depot

My husband is remodeling our kitchen. Whenever he goes to Home Depot, he looks for Zach. Zach is very helpful and knowledgeable. Zach has been the only one that has gone beyond what any other worker there has done to help me out with what I need. He has wonderful customer service skills and I have to say, Zach is a great asset to Home Depot.

The Home Depot. Do I need to say more. It has your house fixer-​upper items. It has your gardening items. And so much more. This place has your building needs.
The location of this facility has easy access on and off the freeway. The building has been here for many of years!
I did give this facility is three-​star because I feel their parking spaces too small. For example if I wanted to bring a truck to pick up some two by fours, other big materials it’s a tight squeeze. As for getting in and out of your vehicle, door dings must be a little bit of a worry! So if you really like your car park far!
Home Depot is nice on the inside it seems well kept up! However some of the staff members you don’t seem to be willing to help. But other staff members make it a great experience for you. It just depends on your luck and if you’re looking for someone to help you! My luck is people will be so nice to help me out when I don’t need it but then when I really need it nobody’s there.
Overall it’s like any other Home Depot that I have been to!

The box that my freezer came in had graffitti on it… What? The blond «chick» that returned my item was nasty and clearly not interested in being there. Not only that she blatantly said to the other employee I’m not interested in learning how to do that because I will have to do it in the future… Huh, if your that lazy don’t say it in front of customers. What kind of place let’s their employees deface other people’s property…, you will NEVER get another contractor dollar from me… third house this year.

I’ve experienced one of the best customer service experiences with Todd at this location.
It was so good that I highly suggest coming in to Home Depot even if it’s out of your way

Staff here is super friendly and helpful. I’ve enjoyed the few trips Max and I have made to buy things for our new house!
The lady in the paint department (who helped Max and I the last two times) is super amazing. She remembered Max and I the second time we showed up. It’s that kind of recognition and staff going above and beyond that make a place worth coming back to.
We have a lot more to do for the house, I can’t see us going anywhere else to get our house the way we want!

The closest full service everything to do with building store. That’s why I go, otherwise I would go somewhere else.
It’s really tiresome to have the store in constant disarray as they have to put all the must haves for the holiday season in the aisles. I actually had an associate huff and puff the other day because I couldn’t get through and they needed through with their forklift to put out more crap blocking the aisles. Hey HD, find a nice big spot in the store that isn’t the aisles to put all these great deals, that way the people that come in to actually accomplish projects don’t have to hear your associates whine that a customer needs to get out of their way and we can actually navigate the store. Or try not taking a main aisle and blocking it down to ¹⁄₃ it’s actual size effectively making it one way traffic.

This is my favorite HD in the Reno area. Nearly every time I come in I am treated well and never left wanting for assistance.
This time I ordered online. Unfortunately the fence pickets weren’t available. I went in and got the last things I needed and they adjusted my order so that I could take advantage of the 24 months no interest in my HD card for spending over $ 2,000. Carmen handled all of this like a pro!
Lori in paint was also very helpful. With the big paint sale I wanted 15 gallons of a specific paint they don’t keep in stock. She worked with Carmen to order it today for delivery to the store so she can tint it for me.
Finally, Austin in lumber was outstanding. He helped load the 550 pickets, 100+ 2x4s, 30+ posts, and 48 bags of concrete. He works really hard. While the kid they sent to help him was not very motivated to be there, he was awesome.

Matt was super helpful. Store was out of what we needed and he found nearest location with what we were looking for, called the store to get eyes on the inventory and gave precise directions. A+++

This store is full of incompetent untrained employees! We ordered a sliding glass door and it showed up and hour and a half late, damaged, and with a torn screen! We will never spend money in this store again, spend a few bucks more and go to lowes, it’s worth it!

In general, I’m not the greatest fan of The Home Depot and tend to prefer «the other guys.» However, I LOVE this particular location. The employees at this store are incredibly friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint with the chain in general is that I often feel like I’m being treated like «a dumb girl,» but I’ve never had that experience at this location. I always walk out feeling confident that I not only have all the supplies I need but that I can take on the project I am plotting. Add a convenient location to my North Valleys abode and reasonable prices, and this Home Depot has become my go-​to spot for all things home project related.

We are absolutely disappointed in the service we are receiving from Home Depot’s blinds company Bali. We were told it would be 10 – 14 days and it has been two weeks later and we are still waiting. Home Depot said they would find out the status on our blinds on a Monday and we had to call them back Friday. Terrible follow up after we’ve given them $ 1800 for blinds for our whole house.

I obviously love this place since I am here 4 days a week for something regarding the house!
They always have friendly service and anytime I need to find someone or get advice someone is always there to help.
You can bring your dogs to the store and it’s such a huge location you never feel crowded in the isles!

It’s Home Depot :) and if you love to garden and do improvements this is my go to place.
The service is always helpful and friendly, plus Luna May (my doggy) goes with me and gets a treats which she always looks forward too.

Watch out… plants are still being treated with bee killing pesticides. The disclosure is sometimes hidden behind the labei.
Lowe’s and other stores have stopped this…

This is the closest Home Depot to the north valleys and (living out there) my husband and I find ourselves going here often.
I have never received bad service here, but admittedly we ask for little beyond checking out (we are wanderers and tend to wander a long time looking for what we need rather than asking for help).
I like the varieties of Home Depot, their prices and the arrangement of the store. The reason why this is not a five star review is simply because this store can often be messy. It is a busier Home Depot because of the location and so it is often crowded. This does lead to a lot of disarray in the store and ofttimes I will find myself tripping over things left in random places by customers.
Other than this there is not too much room for… Improvement (wink wink) here.

I spend a lot of time at this place since it seems to have everything I need for my house. The service is always friendly and I love their return policy. I just bought over $ 3k in flooring from them and some of it has been damaged and they were great with the return process.
I also appreciate that they will honor coupons from Lowes as well as other home improvement stores. The garden center is pretty good for the most part and I really like the employees there. They are very helpful.

My husband is a disabled veteran unable to walk due to a service related injury recently tried to purchase several items. To be independent he must rely on a VA issued mobility scooter. He presented his VA identification card to obtain the veteran’s discount that he has received at other home depots for the last two years. This store refused to honor his veteran status.

Love this store!!! I personally think The Home Depot is much better than Lowe’s. The prices that I find are better and I think the staff is much more helpful and knowledgeable. I come to this location on a monthly basis.

I don’t shop here often but I have to say the staff here is fantastic.
I occasionally find myself on a trip to the hardware store sans hubby with kids tagging along. Trying to manage awkward or heavy items while keeping the kids out of trouble can be tricky at best. On three separate occasions the staff has gone out of their way to help me out. Each one was cheerful and kind to my children and to me. Kudos to the staff and a big thumbs up to the manager in charge of hiring.
As a mom I give this place a solid 5 stars.

Despite being difficult to find things is such s large building; their app is great.
Check inventory online. Find the aisle of the product before going to the store. Even pay online and pick up at CS desk.
The inventory numbers have always been accurate to the actual store. A great time saver for casual shoppers.
