If you want a quick and efficient battery change for your watch come here. I brought in my Michael Kors watch for a battery replacement and it was completed in just a few minutes. They made sure to set the date and time for me which I appreciated. The lady who helped me was courteous and engaging. Will definitely be in again next time a watch needs to be serviced.

After being turned away from other watch repair shops & told no one could work on my watch because it was a very hard watch to work on. Time Square Jewelers fixed my watch with no problem, fast and great service for a really great price! I highly recommend this place

Eek! NEVERCOMEHERE to get your watch battery replaced. They scratched the heck out of the back of my watch and didn’t even offer to buff the scratches out. They quoted me 10 dollars then raised it to 15 after changing the battery, you think after damaging my watch they could at least stay at the quoted price right? WRONG. They did not set the time on my watch afterwords, I have never gotten a battery changed and not had the time set that’s just lazy.

Took my lovely Seiko analog watch, bought in Hong Kong in 2000, in to have the battery changed. When I got the watch back, I did not notice until the next day that the day of month display no longer worked. On taking it back and complaining, they said mechanism was plastic and whole mechanism needed replaced– $ 60 estimate. Will never go back!

I have quite a few watches(I think of them as jewelry), so when the battery died in one of them, I would just switch to another. Eventually, though, the dead watches were piling up, and worse yet, they were brands that department store jewelry counters didn’t want to work on(Fossil, Skagen). Luckily, I found Time Square. I brought in several watches in varying sizes and brands, and they got right to work, replacing all the batteries in about ten minutes total. Only one of the batteries was over $ 10(including labor), because it was really small and required more labor. The total for three watches was less than $ 25. Quick, friendly, and capable, Time Square is my new go-to place for drop-in watch repairs. Isn’t it time you tried them, too?
