Turn Key Decor

While enjoying breakfast with friends one Saturday morning, I overheard a conversation of home transformation. I had these ideas of making turning my home around too. I wanted to knock out a wall, expand the closet, reshape the bathroom to create a better space, a more useful space. I had to ask for a card.
As time carried on, the purpose of this remodel changed too. I was promoted and relocating. My needs changed. I needed a professional to help stage my home and help with some minor repair work.
Erica and her team accepted the challenge. There were and there are always hurdles to overcome. The first hurdle was a timeline that included a professional photographer provided by my real estate agent. The second hurdle was my schedule. My new job included weekly travel. I wouldn’t be around for the Q&A that might arise. I needed someone that I could trust with a key and very little supervision. Except for those calls where the voicemail message begins with ‘we need to talk’.
From the initial consultation to the pictures, Erica had everything under control. She had a blank canvas and an appropriate budget. Within a few weeks, I had plants, mirrors, many new pictures, and a variety of shaped vases. I almost forgot about the new throw pillows. It worked. Erica’s about the details. Her setup even included the tissue boxes scattered through out my home. The day of the pictures, Erica assisted while my real estate agent and her photographer found new ways to use flash photography in my home.
In the 24 days that my home was listed, we had 25+ showings. Many of the showing feedback sheets noted the staging and professionalism of my home. I owe those compliments to Erica and her team at Turn Key Décor.

Let me just start by saying what fabulous eye Erica has for decorating! I live in a small space with an oblong front room. I had been having some trouble with arranging the room. Erica came in a flipped her magic decorating wand and arranged the space so it was efficient and pleasing to the eye. She also took time out to browse for couches checking to see which one would be best for our space without closing the space and as a bonus sent me a follow up email of some couches at different stores in the area. Erica is amazing! I could not believe I had everything in the room all along and she put it together so quickly!

As a new Mom I have very little time to dedicate to decorating our home. I turned to Erica at Turn Key Décor and could not have been happier with the results. Not only did she stay within my budget but used items already in my home to create an inviting and updated living room. I would have never rearranged my living room like she did but both my husband and I agree it flows so much better. Erica also did my daughter’s nursery with custom made crib bedding that didn’t cost a fortune! She chose artwork and accessories that pulled the whole room together. She also gave us great ideas for other rooms in our home.
