This place used to have a bad service time ago, but has changed since months ago, they have better service and friendly staff.

Every single time I come to this location, whether inside or in the drive-thru, the service is horrible. Many times some items from my order are missing, or the ladies taking my order can’t pay attention to what I want. They take forever to make it, and it’s just not worth the effort of coming here. I recommend going somewhere else.

Absultely horrible service every time I come to this location. Long wait times, inaccurate orders, lethargic and untrained staff and stale fries to boot. But Wendy’s is too big to fail as we all know.

This one of those places that’s just too big to fail. My boyfriend and I came in here and stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes while 4 crew members and 1 manager worked in the back. All of them made eye contact with us, but still didn’t help us. Finally, a young woman took our order. A younger employee was told 4 times«Dr. Pepper» and stilllll poured Sprite. I don’t expect a lot from fast food joints, but this was just appalling. I’ve logged onto Unilocal to write this review and am still waiting for my food.

If only I could give it zero stars I would. I usually like eating at Wendy’s but this particular location is less than desirable for many reasons. The staff talks in the view of customers in an unprofessional manner and is not friendly to the customer at all. They made my food cold and nuggets were missing. They made sexual comments in public and were very rude. Never again.

seriously how hard is it to stop f*****g around flirting with the other employee and listen to what I actually ordered ? I asked for it fresh cause I could tell the food was sitting there a while. they were grabbing on eachother while taking the order. After repeating myself ten times and they guy takkng the order repeated it back. they still managed to mess it up and give me the wrong. Cold. Food. Seriously dont grab eachother then touch my food and for real take my order correctly. Its not that hard. Its really not. If there was a manager there they didnt care at all the girl in the black shirt was just as nasty. They all made fun of me in Spanish behind the counter. I speak spanish fat chola b****h. How rude. Im so annoyed.

They need too learn how to put some salt on fries the fries was plain. only customer who ordered and they take 10mims plus to get you a value chicken sandwich. The mayo is liquidy sucks -.- jr bacon chese burger buns was wet wtf? And learn how to mix a milkshake not enough chocolate the service sucks LOL

Wendy’s is the only fast food chain that can rival McDonald’s. I love this place and the staff are so cool and friendly I can’t stop coming back. The square burgers really make me happy. They’re dank yo.

Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations in town. Service and employees have never been a problem. Slightly bigger, carpeted dining room with a mini-greenhouse type seating area. Got a chance to try out the new Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger combo, and gotta admit, they do a pretty good pretzel roll for being such a big franchise. I agree, the prices have inflated here a bit, but I’m noticing that most of the«Dollar Menus» franchises like this once held should now be dubbed«Closer to Two Dollar Menus.»

First of all, I was a dine-in customer. They did not give me the correct sandwich, and I had to return back to the restaurant to get what I ordered. I had asked for the new Asiago Ranch Flatbread, but I received the Honey Mustard. The Ranch was listed on my receipt correctly, but somehow they made the other one… My main concern is while I was waiting for my food, I witnessed some unsafe food handling. I saw a Hispanic female set some equipment on the counter, it fell on the floor, then she picked it up, and set it back on the counter. Then the other portion of the equipment fell on the floor, she then picked that up and placed it on the counter. Then she went back to a food prep area, and continued handling the food, filling the orders. I believe this was where the fries are. She then picked up the parts of the equipment that had dropped, and took them out of view. At no time did she wash these items, or her hands before handing other items, or the food she was giving customers. The equipment I witnessed hit the floor looked like some type of applicator, like a sour cream gun, or something similar. Part of it was blue, and looked like a lid of some sort, the other part was kind of clear to yellowish plastic. After seeing this, I pointed it out to another customer waiting for his food, to see if he saw what I saw. Upon my return to get my correct sandwich I ordered, I brought this to the attention of Shaun and Yolanda. Yolanda smiled and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I wasn’t sure if that was the female that I had witnessed earlier. The female I witnessed was involved in the food prep and order filling.

I actually like Wendy’s, but this place is an absolute no-go. Staff was really really bad. They got way backed up, and it was taking like 10 minutes to get a single order out. Instead of being apologetic, the workers were rude and making it seem like the wait was somehow the customers fault.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in about 4 years … didn’t they used to have bigger burgers? They also used to have the best dollar menu by far. Now everything, at least at this location, is like 1.29 to 1.79. Not that there’s anything wrong with this location, looks like every other Wendy’s I’ve been to across the U.S., food came up superfast, and I still think their burgers taste the best out of the inexpensive national chains(fries a different story, still pretty meh). Just felt like grousing. They have a 24 hour drive-through and that $ 5 after-10pm «double stack» and chili cheese fries meal deal in case the binge drinking wasn’t enough on your body

the lady at the window was SORUDE! i couldnt even order! i was looking at the menu in the drive thru and she was being so snotty! i pulled up to the window and she was chowing down on fries, i was so grossed out so i just left. this has happend twice here(except the fry part); the second time i went i thought she wasnt going to be working there because it was over a year later, but she was there, so i just left. i am never going here again.

Incredibly slow despite empty lobby and empty drive through. Staff was rude and disrespectful. This place needs an employee and management overhaul, like NOW! Will not be coming back here… Ever…
