A Fire Inside Wood Fired Pizza

This «truck» is often (Tues & Thurs) parked on King St. and 1^st ave. near the Capital One offices in Seattle’s Pioneer Square.
Delicious wood fired pizza with Neapolitan-​like thin crust. Both the crust and the sauce were good and the sauce (unlike many Neapolitan pizzas) was not at all runny. Good cheese & toppings are always plentiful (I’ve had the Hawaiian, Rancher, and custom pizzas with basil pesto, peppers, mushroom, tomato, and chicken). Pizzas always prepared & baked quickly (as constrained by demand). At about $ 9-​$ 10 for a tasty 10-​inch pizza, the prices aren’t too bad (particularly for a food truck/​trailer/​whatever). I will definitely recommend to others.

This is my friday routine. Always look forward to seeing Tim pull up in front of Harley by Renton Honda at noon every week. My co workers and I really enjoy his great pizza and quick service.

Great lunch spot if you’re in the Renton area near Boeing Triton Towers.
The wood fire pizza oven is great! You can smell the smoke as you walk up to order.
The menu is also great with good options for vegetarians!
I had the Mediterranean pizza. It had artichokes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, peperoncino. It was so delicious, tangy, sweet and cooked to perfection. The crust was thin and crunchy, just how I like it!
It’s a family owned business and the service was great. It did take a while for my order to come out but it’s fresh and made to order so it is expected.
I think the pizza is definitely worth coming out to Renton to check them out :)

Wood-​fired pizza from a truck (actually a trailer).
My favorite is the mediterranean, but other pizzas are good too (barbecued chicken is another good one). Once you get to the front of the line, it’s less than 10-​minutes until your pizza is ready, often less.
The flavor is exquisite — with each pizza made to order, and fresh ingredients — This is a great food truck experience.

I’d grant 10 stars if possible. My boss and me look foward to placing an order for this delicious pizza every week. Tim, the owner, is a great guy. He truly appreciates your business and always remembers your order.

I’ve been craving New York style pizza for years… And I’ve finally found a place that satisfies my craving! It’s delicious, it’s quick, it’s economical. I am one happy woman. Eat here, you won’t regret it, in fact you’ll thank me. We went to their location in Fairwood.

Ive been wanting to write a review for this place for a very long time but then I forgot what the name was. just remembering it had wood fire in the name .
anyhowww they came to a Unilocal event a few months ago held at axis in pioneer square. and their pizza were yummy (but I really like thin crust) so if you don’t like thin pizza this place is NOT for you :)
I felt really bad for the owner, I assume, b/​c he could not keep up with demand. people were hounding the table he had his pizzas on. and sometimes before he even put down the tray of pizza. hands would be in his face grabbing a slice before it even hit the table (RUDE!) it was like they’ve never seen thin crust pizza before –_​-​x
and he was just so pleasant even with all that. I wish he had more signage as to his name/​truck b/​c I couldn’t remember this place for the life of me and that way all his free pizzas weren’t for nothing.

I was shocked when I tasted this pizza. The reviews were amazing and so were the pics but the food itself was NOT. The crust was too thin and burnt the cheese wasn’t good and even the pepperoni wasn’t good. I tried the rancher and the chicken bacon ranch. Both were disappointing. The chicken bacon ranch didn’t even have bacon on it that I could tell.

Went to the location near the Triton Towers in Renton, the dude was super friendly, pizza came out fast and was great. Wife had the Pepperoni and I had the Rancher. Price was reasonable as well. Two small pizzas and a soda. Wife paid but I think it was $ 18 or $ 19 all together.
We will definitely go back.

So friendly, so fast, so delicious! I’ve had 2 pizzas from here & find it hard to stop eating. You can taste the quality ingredients. I’m not normally a thin crust girl, but this is perfection. The price is just right.
They are at Triton Towers by Sbux Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri. Wed they are now on the corner of Lind Ave SW & SW 16^th St.

Legit the best pizza I ever had. Ordered a Hawaiian/​BBQ chicken. Dude was friendly and fast and was definitely not expecting the quality of it. Which was on point. Also the price isn’t too bad also. This low key place deserves more credit.

Great pizza at a great price. Had the chicken bacon ranch it was awesome! Took about 7 minutes total from the time I picked my pizza till I walked away.

The pizza here is delicious! The staff are super friendly! They have a good variety sold by the slice or 12″ pie. I came to see them at their newest location, Triton Towers in Renton. I suggest the co-​owners favorite, Carnivore with Pineapple & Jalapeño, that’s what I had, YUM!

Very Very Very Very Very good pizza… crispy crunchy crust. MMMMM, I bought two slices one hawaiian and other meat lovers. Next time i will try a whole pizza to split with someone (maybe I’ll split it). =) I’m happy I came here for lunch.

Great pizza and a nice variety of different ones to try. Sold by the slice or by the full pie — this fun pizza truck is normally located in front of McLendon’s in Renton each day. The only way to make it better would be to offer a small Caesar salad to go with a slice and I’d each lunch there every day!

Best pizza I’ve ever eaten!!! Cooked to order and so good right out of the oven!
