The new owners amazing!!! My girls get extra cherries if they accidentally drop theres. If i get a cone but still need a cup so i dont spill they give with no problem. Previous owner wanted to charge me for a empty cup? Love the happy family feel the new owners interact with you. Awesome. Even on a busy day they run smoothly. Will be there tomorrow for some ice cream!

Recently ordered a cake for my husbands birthday. I ordered it a week in advance and when I came in to pick it up, it took them over 10 minutes to find it and they kept asking me if I was sure I ordered it from them. I had already provided them the receipt for the order. Once they had finally found it, I realized they had not written on it. At this point I am ready to go, so I say that’s fine and they stick a happy birthday plastic piece in the cake. I could tell the guy felt bad and gave my daughter a free scoop of ice cream. I thought ok all is fine, thanked him and left. Fast forward to cutting into his cake and the order is completely wrong. I ordered a vanilla cake with jamocha almond fudge ice cream and got a chocolate cake with coffee ice cream, to say my husband was disappointed was an understatement. I have been getting cakes from this location for years and I have never had an issue, I am hoping that this is a one off occurrence but I am not sure about the new ownership.

We came by yesterday to have ice cream after dinner. There was only one employee who was helping customers. Shop like this should have at least two employees. They most ice creams, but they didn’t have strawberry banana favor one and so we ended up going to the mall instead. Please add more selections because we want to come back.

Like the previous review, I came in with a coupon. Unlike his coupon, mine was from the GREATER SEATTLE AREA entertainment book. How can a location inside of the Seattle metro area not take this coupon. Highly disappointed.

Ice cream is yummy, that’s a given. Unfortunately that’s the end of a positive review. April 22 – 24 is $ 1 single scoop, $ 2 double scoop, etc. The owner refused to do anything other than single scoops. And was flat out rude when people asked. Very disappointed in the customer service.

This is the second time that I’ve been super disappointed by this place. I came in with a national coupon. They do not accept those. Fine. Crappy, but fine. So I got my expectant kids each a cone and they were the skimpiest cones every. Not only did they not honor the national coupon but they ripped off the kids. I will not be going back every. Who knew that Ice cream was going to be such a downer. I’ll make the trip to Molly Moons!
