Was very happy with this baskin Robbins location!!! My wife was craving a specific ice cream from baskin Robbins at about 9:50pm one night. So I call to make sure they are still open, the owner says yes but we close in 10 minutes! Shoot ok I can’t be there for about 20 minutes! I tell the owner I’m about 25 minutes from being able to arrive at his store but my wife really wants some ice cream! Lol! He… being the awesome person he is says… no problem get here as quick as you can I will wait for you! WOW really! So cool! So I arrive about 20 minutes later all the lights are off in the store, oh crap he’s gone! Nope he was standing there waiting for me and politely takes my order and never acted like he was irritated or upset for staying there for me! Customer service doesn’t even exist anymore and he just showed us that there is still good customer service every now and then! Thank you fairwood baskin Robbins you are awesome!!!

Best place to get shakes made from your favorite ice cream my friends and I would go there when I was in college and in the summer my dad and I would go there to get ice cream their ice cream is also really good.

Not a pleasent owner operator at this location. We ordered a birthday cake for our little boy three days in advance. They are very happy to take our order and our money and a receipt to pickup three days later. The ice cream cake was NEVER made and when my son came into the store and was told he forgot about his cake. How can this happened? I personally went in the store and asked why, owner out right was was rude. My son walked out crying and said, I will NEVER come back and he is 11^th today. Owner hestitate to even refund our money after complaining got my money back and finally told him I will place this on Unilocal,and he was like go ahead. I personally do not recommend anyone to order cake here or else this will happened.

Since the inception of Cold Stone, Marble Slab and other gourmet franchises, I left 31 Flavors in my rear view mirror. This week I had a craving and didn’t want to drive far. The reviews were also strong, so I thought I was in for a treat. I entered the store and a young lady entered seconds after me, before the owner could ask what I want, this girl blurted out an order. I thought the owner would say, This person is fits”, but he didn’t. I ordered a shake and asked that he add nuts to it. After a my long wait for the previous rude customer, this clown actually charged me extra for the nuts and didn’t acknowledge the rude customer or his lack of service. Milkshake was also sloppy and runny, like the owners nose. Don’t even ask, I won’t be back.

This is most definitely one of the better Baskin Robbins locations, and close to home, which is great! The people who work there are very nice, and give a generous size scoop. We love BR ice cream cakes for birthdays, and I was able to order one for my son with only a day’s notice, which was fantastic! There are many frozen treats to choose from these days, but every so often you just want a standard ice cream cone, and for me, there is nothing like a double-​scoop with half praline pecan, and half jamoca almond fudge… yum!

I love this place, it’s so different from the one in Renton on Rainier. I wish I could’ve gone here since I was a child back in the 1970s, but no I had to go to the aforementioned one b/​c it was closest to where I live in Skyway. This one in Fairwood is where I go to get birthday cakes for my family and they always accept coupons, which the one in Renton on Rainier *never* does. And I agree with Nate, this one is the way the old B&Rs used to be! :)

I love stopping in here for a treat. Family owned and they are all very sweet! Pun intended.

This place reminds me of the way «B&R» all used to be!
Lately most are pretty run down, staffed by unenthusiastic scoopers, and miserly about samples. This location is none of that — this guy cares about the customers and service first!

I absolutely love this place! There is only one guy that works there usually and I have never got his name «I am so bad». But he is always very respectful and always makes me smile with his great accent lol. The ice cream here is top notch not your watered down milkshake you get from Dairy Queen. I always get the Banana Royal! Comes with your choice of ice cream 2 or 3 scoops, bananas, caramel or chocolate, peanuts, whip cream and cherries! Yum Yum! Check it out if you ever head down to the fair wood area. Dining room is small as these place usually are. It is also close to Safeway and several other restaurants if you get sent on a mission for food you can stop by and get some ice cream.
