Went here this morning, and had a very pleasant experience. Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. She brought out various flavors of coffee creamers for us, and even had the cooks make me the chicken cheese breakfast crêpe that they no longer had on the menu. Food was good, hot and came out in a timely manner. I wish I remembered the waitress’s name but I dont. I’m unsure of why all the bad reviews but our experience this morning was perfect.

Good food and great service with a Seahawk smile. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is parking is horrible.

Came to this IHOP yesterday. Ordered the Colorado Omelette and have been puking ever since. Normally I wouldn’t outright accuse a restaurant for making me ill, but considering I hadn’t had anything else to eat yesterday(nor have had anything to eat since then as I now can’t keep anything down) so I can only assume that it was either a sick server or sick linecook. Either way, I’ve now had to miss a day of work and probably will miss another one tomorrow because this store allows ill employees to show up to work. I definitely will not be returning to this IHOP.

Arrived at 710a today really wanting breakfast before work. My buddy and I were sat rather fast and gotten drinks within 5 mins. It was super slow at the time there was 2 tables including myself and roommate, gave our order and then the server never came back. After 25mins I no longer had time to eat I had to get to work. Terri was an okish server, except the fact shy lied to our faces about the order being asked about, we were right next to the kitchen so it is easy to hear. After 16 years in the restaurant business, this is by far the worst experience. Thanks IHOP for ruining my morning.

Horrible. Take out or dining in, they find a way to neglect their customers. When I ate there, the waitress took my card to pay the bill and she took a break! We waited for 10 min and I asked someone else where my card was and the waitress left it at the counter without even bringing it back before going on break! Another time I tried calling in a take out order, and the girl who picked up said she couldn’t hear me so she was going to try another phone. I waited on the phone for 5 min just listening to her talk to her coworker. I tried hanging up and calling back but I kept getting a busy signal. Absolutely horrible staff with no respect at all for their customers.

Popped in to iHop for breakfast. First thing I find is a dirty spoon in my napkin wrapped silverware. Next, the table top had coffee stains & what appeared to be sticky syrup on it. Glad I always carry my Handi-Wipes. Yuck! Won’t be coming back soon.

Best IHOP I have ever been to! The customer service is excellent. They are prompt and courteous. The food comes out quick and is always made great and warm. If something isn’t to my liking they gladly return it for something else.

I would like to say I am a little bias when it comes to breakfast foods. I love Tommy’s Café and they are my go to place but sometimes marketing gimmicks gets me. In this case, it got my girl and she wanted to try the crêpe cake as shown on tv. Now giving her the choice between the two location near us, she decided to go to this one because it was closer. We arrived went in and notice several changes to the floor plans and foods. Here are some of the things. They removed a separator wall which made the establishment bigger. My girl saw a cockroach and the server freaked out for a second. Our food came out slightly cold. Pancakes were alright but the hash-brown tasted stale. Menus were sticky. The staff’s aura felt unpleasant but were professional. In short, we should’ve avoided this place and went to the South Center location. Its newer and cleaner

I haven’t been to IHOP for over 10 years. It all started with a bad server incident/being overcharged for food that was never brought out to us. Except this was in Portland, OR. I also never visited IHOP when I lived in AZ because there were better options in the neighborhood. So what brings me to IHOP? Christmas of course. I did not want to cook and I wanted some breakfast. Luckily this location was open on Christmas– although there was a line, it moved rather quickly. I settled for a salted caramel hot chocolate, this was really good tasting and came in a larger mug than the regular hot cocoa. The platter I picked had hashbrowns, eggs and a piece of stuffed french toast. Everything was the typical diner food. The bacon was soggy and the french toast was stuffed with what tasted like vanilla cake frosting. Damn, Should have just stuck with getting a Belgium Waffle. My husband ordered french toast as well and his were round shaped. Again he had soggy bacon and an extra large portion of hash browns compared to my tiny bit. Service was prompt and friendly. I can see myself visiting again to nurse a hangover or something and I plan to stay away from the stuffed french toast.

We havent been to ihop in years and the lady wanted breakfast one random Saturday morning so we drove up the the closest breakfast joint. The food is always predictable here and thats a good things when you want a solid tasty breakfast for a decent price. Obviously weekend mornings are super busy but they turn tables fast here and serve the food quickly, The omelettes are huge and pancakes are fluffy and tasty. The staff is not the friendlest in the world but its so busy in there I dont blame them. A great place to go morning noon or night for some good grub.

This seems to be a cut above most IHOPs. Food is great and the staff are friendly. I had the appetizer sampler and the pancakes, and my wife had the whole wheat pancakes. Everything was delicious. This is the best place for breakfast we’ve found so far in Renton.

The roaches at this location ruined this spot for me forever. To be fair they could have been attributed to the street construction taking place at the time.

**DONOTGOHERE. PERIOD.** I read some reviews before coming here, but I chalked it up to the usual chain reviews. Nope. It’s terrible. If I could leave less than a 1 star I would. So first my girlfriend and I are seated in a corner, which at first I thought nothing of but later on realized this was incredibly inefficient considering there was only one waiter working the entire restaurant. So, we were seated and waited a short bit for the waiter who comes up and says«So are you ready to order orrrrrrr???» That was literally his introduction, no hello, no my name is, nothing. That was my first red flag for bad service, but I figured eh it’s IHOP. Then, when he returns, he uses the exact same line«Are you ready to order orrrrrr???»(Not to mention he used that classic on the table right next to us as well.) Yes, we were ready to order. When I placed my order I asked for only one substitute to the norm, and ordered the rest of the options as normal. I said something along the lines of «is that good?» attempting to confirm he got all of my requests, and he said yes and moved onto my girlfriend’s order. Then comes the wait for the food. While it wasn’t excessively long, it was definitely longer than a near empty IHOP should be, and there was no explanation from the waiter at any time. So the food comes out, and there are two things wrong and I call them out immediately. The waiter says«Oh, okay» and then wanders off. The food was actually warm, but there were some chunks of who knows in my scrambled eggs, so I avoided that and ate the rest. For the most part the food was actually pretty decent, however the fact it was hot after waiting so long meant that either A. The Kitchen took a while to get to the order(doubtful considering the lack of people,) or B. The waiter didn’t put the order into the system and then made the cooks«hurry» for his mistake. I’m going with the latter. This was confirmed by the fact that he explained to these poor customers next to me that their food was taking a while because«the ordering system was messed up.» Now, I’ve worked at restaurants before, and I know the lines servers give to try to shove the blame onto someone else. Trust me, it was not the system’s fault. So I’ve finished my food, and my «fix» still hadn’t come yet. When it finally did, it was hard and the butter was already melted and I just didn’t want any of it. The second part I didn’t even want to mention, but the misses did and I said«Don’t worry about it, forget it.» However apparently he forgot that he actually ordered it because two seconds later voila he brings out some hot bacon. Surprise. Yet again, this is somewhere I am never coming again. I have been to plenty of IHOPS, and have had some not so good experiences, but this was absolutely terrible and this man should NOT be serving people. Are you ready to order orrrrrr??? I’m ready to never come back.

I love pancakes. I am enamored with IHOP pancakes. Maybe it’s the syrup. Maybe it’s light golden brown color of the pancakes. Maybe it’s the fact that a bite tastes like Christmas morning, a first skydive, Folgers in your cup, and starting the car after getting someone to pay for your gas… combined into one. The pancakes are good. And I tend to want them whenever I can get them. However, this is the only location that makes me second guess my desire for the fluffy silver dollars. I mean seriously, this is a ridiculously inept location. I cannot begin to explain how much of a 65.465% bad idea you are likely to have by coming here. From wrong orders, forgotten orders, unfavorable conversation from the kitchen(that can be heard anywhere sometimes), faulty silverware, lackadaisical service, seating you to a table that still needs to be wiped down and reset, and an outlandish wait staff selection that has me believing that the interview process might need… an interview process. And I won’t even bring up that open time I cut my mouth with a jagged fork. The manager did come and visit me to make sure I was ok and then justify everything by telling me how much she couldn’t understand how it happened. Something about a garbage disposal and a dishwasher and hold on, I can’t hear you past the blood in my mouth. I love IHOP pancakes. And carafes of orange juice. But not here. Not now. Not ever. It is easily the most poorly run IHOP I have ever stepped foot in. Go to this IHOP if you… umm… Hmm… Don’t go to this IHOP if you seriously value the sanctity of delicious pancake morsels within this long-time breakfast dynasty.

Pretty good for what you’re expecting out of this type of restaurant. Syrup dispensers on the table could be a little cleaner. Some of the paint job on the inside walls could use touching up. Generous portion sizes, eggs cooked decently to order(over-medium). I had to ask for water, it’s not brought to the table automatically. Virtually all the coffee carafes have lids that say«decaf» and when asked about it the server was not exactly clear about explaining whether or not it was regular or decaf coffee, only saying, «it just says that.» The honey packet that came with the hot tea had honey from another packet all over it when it came to the table. The food came up reasonably fast for the amount of customers at the time we visited(around 4 p.m. on a Saturday 6÷2÷12). The service was okay, had to ask for things like water to be refilled. When asked for something the return was quick to fulfill the request, which was appreciated. We were seated in the hallway area near the kitchen, which was very noisy, but it seemed to be preferable to be seated out in the main part of the dining room.

ouch. I don’t expect much from an IHOP, multiple flavors of syrup on the table: check, reasonably friendly waitstaff: check, pancakes galore: check, but items that look/are even remotely the same as described/shown: FAIL and worse, no hair in my food: FAIL. Yup, I ordered a crêpe combo and while there was the option for ‘turkey bacon’ to sub, which I was happy about, it was completely floppy and lukewarm when it arrived, nothing crisp about it, folks. Should I have eaten it from a health-safety position? Probably not. Then, to top it off, my daughter begins digging into her chocolate chip pancake(yes, I’ll win the healthy parent of the year, I know this) and about ¼ in, finds a thick black hair, and since we’re blondish, we’re sure this came from the back and not us. Yuck. I did not complain or ask for comp for this, from my previous experiences here, I should have known better, and trust me, that was my last visit.
