Wasted my time, didn’t have a clue.
They told me to be down there between 4:30 and 5pm. I told them i had a sleeping child and i would do my best. We had 3 conversations and i confirmed i’d be there before 5. I get there at 440 and he their tech had left for at least 30 minutes. I guess he was hungry.
The lady says she wasn’t sure if they could fix the phone because it wouldn’t power up. Funny part: she didn’t even have the battery in.
Go to 10,000 phones in Tukwila instead. Much friendlier.
