There seems to be a pretty high turn over rate… o well. I come in here every so often to check out new phones and accessories. By far, The guy that helped me, PEDRO (Doesn’t look like a Pedro but it’s cool) was the best employee that I have ever worked with in a T-mobile location. I am a very hyper person by nature and he dealt with me well. The other guy…“NEW HIRE” was nice too (The guy that can eat a whole pizza to himself), but Pedro was the best! Thanks for your assistance. It took me a while to get time to write this but I truly do appreciate this guy. He is awesome sauce LOL!

When i came into the store i was bewildered and confused. I had puchased a phone and i was in an impass. I walked in and i was welcomed by Corina. Not only did she explained the explain the producted. Which made my thoughts clearer and she introduced me to the true tmobile plan. Listening to her i became overwhelmed to purchase a new phone that i was able to understand. From that point on i had under tutoring. It became clear to me that i was finally on the right track. She was very helpful and understanding to my situation. I appreciate her knowledge and good salesmanship. Tmobile is wise enough to hire people with great understanding to bring other peoples situations and problems together.

Always had great customer service here! The first time I came in I worked with Kyle. He has exceptional customer service and was very knowledgable about the products. Ever since then I always call ahead to make sure Kyle is working before I head over just to assure another great T-Mobile experience! Recommend and refer to everyone I know!

This was probably the best t-mobile store experience I’ve ever received. I came into the store with my grandma since she wanted to start a new plan with the company but she isn’t fluent with English at all. She didn’t know how to approach the employees but Kyle Vu approached us with the up most respect. He is Vietnamese as well and he was able to translate everything for us so that my grandma could have a easier understanding. She was very appreciative towards his patiences and his attitude. He kept his professionalism throughout the entire conversation and was able to help and answer every answer we have asked. Throughout the T-mobile stores I’ve come across to, the employees weren’t patient with me but Kyle Vu had demonstrated a great performance and gave us a memorable great customer service. Thank you once again, I will definitely come again!
