Just had the most enjoyable experience (service) from Destonee L. at this Sprint store.
Went in today to inquire about a suspicious charge/​phone number popping up on my cell phone (messages). Destonee L. was super helpful, pleasant (smiling the entire time), and most informative.
The service she provided us was 110% better than what we’ve experienced in the past at other Sprint stores in Southcenter Mall area. What a breath of fresh air she was.
I’ve got a small balance left on my current phone contract (Note-​3) & I will definitely return to see Destonee L. when upgrading to another phone. (Can’t make up my mind if I want the Note-​5 or an Apple iPhone 6s-​plus).
Thank you Destonee L. for a great customer experience. You are a definite asset to Sprint.
