Look no further for the best storage facility in Renton. I’ve stored my belongings at many places over the years at several location, and I’ve been the most satisfied with my experience here. The facility is clean and secure, everything you’d expect from a well oiled machine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Carmen does an exceptional job in all areas of managing, and making sure everything is taken care of in a highly professional manner If I move back to the area, I’ll certainly be going back to Storage One on 4th. Thanks for everything!

Really, storage units are all alike but what differentiates the most is customer service –and Carmen exemplifies the best. I was never a fan of storage units but if ever anyone needed one, I would definitely recommend Storage One on 4th. Carmen caters to her customers and to no one else – I cannot get into specifics, but Carmen has proven her loyalty beyond any doubt. Storage One is absolutely the best place to house your things. In addition to Storage One’s customer service, Carmen and her colleagues keep a very well maintained and clean environment – not a speck of litter anywhere.

My condo building was burned down and I needed storage space to store my salvaged belongings from the fire. The manager and her assistant, they both provided prompt professional service. They were friendly and personable too. I can’t speak on pricing as I don’t use rental storage space too often, but the service is great!

Love the staffs working at Storage One on 4th! They are friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and secure. Location is great. Check-​in and out are easy. Great rate too!

Lots of options in Renton for public storage… So, save yourself the aggravation of using this one. The girl who runs the desk is nice in the beginning and then she becomes a really nasty person. I always paid on time and had the account for almost a year had 3 calls with her on the phone and she is really unpleasant. Lots of others up near this one so save yourself and go someplace else.

This place is nice and clean, and the gal who runs this place is great too. She always provides great service and is very personable.
And she doesn’t mind you stopping by to talk or have a cup of coffee. Their rent is okay when it comes to prices. Fairly comparable.
