I’ve been a customer for 3 years and the rates were reasonable given that it’s an older building, not heated, etc. In November 2015 the rates went up by 40%! Rate increases are to be expected but this is shocking and unreasonable. I’ve moved to a different storage company and while the unit is 2 cubic feet smaller, it’s heated, new, closer to my residence and at the current price before the increase. Sunset Highway Self Storage rates are not in line with their competition as they stated — they’re comparing apples to oranges. You would be better served by looking elsewhere.

Bothell, WA
They have a great facility and staff. Good security measures and on-​site employees make this even better. Rates are reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this business.
