Spinach was a little salty and the eggplant was lacking in salt, but it was super yummy. Good ingredients, good flavors, great service.

This place is just okay. The taste is good, but quality mediocre. Ate at the buffet, and selection was limited. Dessert was TERRIBLE. The worst at any Indian buffet. It’s not a comfortable place either. So I’d give them 2.5 stars but I’ll round up.

Finally, not only Indian food in the Renton Highlands, but Indian buffet! Folks, wake up and smell the chicken tiki. It doesn’t get any better than this. Fresh nan, the best vegetable pakoras I’ve had, a great variety of curries, and really nice people running the place. A warning though, this place is way too empty at lunchtime for this to last, so if you’re reading this, live in the area, and enjoy a good Indian buffet, SUPPORTYOURLOCALBUSINESS and go, go, go.(I believe Unilocal even has a 10% off coupon on their mobile app.)

The Garlic Naan was wonderful! The owner was very chatty and very happy to adjust the dish to your taste and spice tolerance. It’s like visiting your Indian Auntie’s kitchen. It’s not comfortable seating, but someplace you want to drop by often.

The nice woman who took my order and made my food was very sensitive to my gluten-free request. Plus, the food was fresh and delicious. I had the chicken palaak, which they call«chicken in spinach sauce» on the menu. I really liked the gluten-free flat corn bread!

Awesome! The Garlic Naan is very thin and flaky which is delicious. I have tried a great variety of the menu including the Tandoori Chicken** Great taste lots of fresh veggies and seasoned very well. The Achar Gosht is my favorite and the owner is so kind to increase the spice level each time to help me build up my tolerance. My Girlfriend absolutely loves the Veggie Korma and rarely will do anything different, she will not even eat it form other Indian places anymore. Even though they are presented as fast food, the food is quality and the service is great. Highly Recommend anyone in the area to give it a try! –Great Prices– –Home Cooked Feel– –Quick Service–

I don’t have a habit of posting reviews, but after eating this HOT curry in Lazeez restaurant Renton I feel guilty of not posting a good review. Chef made some excellent HOT!!! Curry and I don’t think this kind of product is available in Indian restaurant anywhere in Washington. On top of that I was served hot fresh NAAN bread and Chilled Indian Beer. O man live is good after this meal. I went home with stomach full, however my hart was still stuck in that food. If you like hot stuff then you must dare to try this curry GOFOR(PHAALCURRY) Check out the preparationI don’t have a habit of posting reviews, but after eating this HOT curry in Lazeez restaurant Renton I feel guilty of not posting a good review. I ordered chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. In my experience, chicken tikka masala has a reddish brown coloring and a thicker sauce then the dish I received here. the chicken was dry and the sauce was pretty flavorless. The garlic naan was tasty though. two stars. wouldn’t order chicken tikka masala again though.

This wasn’t here when I lived here a year and a half ago and am a huge fan of ethnic food so I was pleasantly surprised to find this when I moved back to the area. The owners are incredibly friendly, yes it’s «fast» food… but not cooked then left under a heat lamp fast. They use fresh ingredients… I was surprised to see fresh parsely on the garlic naan(which I agree with another reviewer could have had a bit more garlic). The food is generally pretty good, have only tried a few things so far and have not been disappointed.

This is fast food. They don’t try to be more than that which is the main reason this place is excellent. The food I’ve had was delicious and made from good ingredients. I have a fussy stomach and it has been totally satisfied. We’ve eaten there twice in five days and we’ll be back often. Prices are good and service is friendly. UPDATE: We’ve ordered food to go once a week for nearly a year now. Service is quite good, food is consistently excellent. In the beginning they used all disposable plates and forks for sit down meals, these days they have regular(if modest) restaurant utensils. We would probably eat in, but have become accustomed to ordering takeout by phone. Oh, and it is not all that fast. It generally takes half an hour to get take out food, this is why I always call in my pickup order. I am not disappointed by this because they make most everything to order. It still gets five stars in my book. I’ve never been disappointed by either the service or the food.

Love the décor, very trendy and clean. The owners were very friendly. They offered me a take out menu when I had trouble reading the one behind the counter(I forgot my glasses). Food is excellent. I enjoyed the lamb biryani, butter chicken, vegetable pakora and garlic naan. I got it to go, so they packed extra sauce for me without even asking and jasmine rice was included. It was a great experience and I will be returning again soon!

You know when reviews start off by saying how nice the owners are? That usually means the food isn’t so hot. That’s true in this case. The owners also own taco del mar next store. This has the same business model. It’s basically Indian fast food. Like Indian buffet food. We ordered the butter chicken(very runny and chicken lacked flavor), ooli goba(lacked flavor and was cold), samosas(spicy), and garlic naan(tasty). Everything is brought out in styrofoam containers and they give you a mini paper plate. I think they got one of our sizes wrong and they said we never ordered the naan(even though she asked if we wanted one or two at the counter). My Indian standard is cedars in u district. This paled in comparison.

I stopped by Lazeez Rasoi last weekend for lunch and brought my appetite with me, ordering the chicken tikka masala platter with rice, lentil dahl, eggplant bharta, and a side of garlic naan. I also got a tropical lassi to wash it all down with. The food was alright, though I found the chicken a little dry and overcooked and the garlic naan less flavorful than I had hoped. For the price and convenience it’s nice to finally have a decent Indian place in the Renton Highlands, though I still prefer Naan –n– Curry down the hill for a finer Indian food experience. If you’re looking for inexpensive good food fast, rather than cheap fast food, I would definitely try out Lazeez Rasoi.

I was there for the first time today, and the food was pretty good. They seem to have a good variety in curries and I liked their concept of veggie platter and chicken platter. It’s the first lndian restaurant in the highlands and I am sure I am going to end up going there pretty often now. The owner seems friendly and efficient. I wish the roti and naan were a little softer though. Overall my experience was very positive.

I’ve had my eye on the place since their sign went up. :D Finally an Indian restaurant in the Renton Highlands. The channa masala(pindi channa) was flavorful and the veggie pakora were fresh and soft. The tamarind chutney was nice n spicey, and the pakora plate came with 2 salads, 1 bean sprout and the other greens with sliced bell peppers, cucumbers, and beets. They just opened Saturday(6÷4÷11). The owner was nice and she wanted all my feedback, so I gave it to her. I do like my food a bit less salty, and they did not have Pilau or Biryani rice; I like more vegan options(non dairy/animal product). I like cauliflower, carrot, and bell pepper pakora. I like to order entrees to go as I eat them with pilau rice for lunch during the week. She said she wants everything to be fresh so just specify what I want different next time. Technically, they don’t wait on your table, but they do bring you your food. The owner gave me a mango lassi on the house; though I don’t eat dairy, I snuck a sip. Tasty. Took home for spouse. Friendly, laid back, bright and fun ambiance. All in all a nice place to eat. For grocery, I go to Pabla near Fred Meyer(Renton).
