McDonald’s

I mean when you are sitting in the drive thru waiting for your order to be handed to you, it’s rather unsettling watching a group of teenagers walk out from the bushes in front of your car and attempt to steal a bike that’s chained to the rail of the restaurant, and then laugh and run away. That is the first sign of this place being a no-​go. Sketchy.
It’s McDonalds, so don’t expect much, as with any location. Cold, dinky, little cheeseburgers, a large fry that wasn’t even full. Not a fan of this location, and that sucks cause this is like my guilty cheat food. Them fries… I usually would mob on them. This time, no thank you. Cold and crunchy — the bottom of the fryer fries. Yuck.
«Can we get 3 tartar sauces?»
«Sure, here you go» — hands us 1.

Not a fan of this location. Bummer, cause it’s the closest location to where I live. But maybe that’s a good thing… it will make me cut back on those munchies trips for fries and sundae… haha.

Closed for delivery’s? Go fuck yourself. As long as I live I will never eat at McDonalds ever again. This place sucks l around. I’d rather eat out of s garbage can.

Tried several times to get hold of customer service through corporate. NO ONE bothered to call me back. McDonalds is going under for a reason.

The slowest drive through McDonalds I’ve ever experienced! Everytime I try it– I’m floored at how the line just doesn’t move! Don’t drive through if in a hurry!!!

I don’t usually review fast food places, but I’ve had so many awful experiences at this McDonald’s location, that I felt compelled to warn people to STAY AWAY.
They always forget something in the order
Fries are always cold
Ice cream machine is always broken
I could add more, but you get the picture.

Crappy service, crappy food, always understaffed. Go away and let us get a real burger joint. Hell, if a jack in the box moved in this place would go out of business in a heartbeat

Just don’t ever go here. But, if you do expect a very very long wait time, rude service, disgusting food, and the wrong order.

Slow. Was a huge line at the drive thru. It was 10:58 and they wouldn’t let us order off the lunch menu. We declined to order so we had to wait in the line to get out. By the time we got to the window it was 11:10. Well past they started serving lunch.

Worst McDonads I have ever been to! I used to go here all the time about 20 yrs ago, but it has definitely gone down hill! I tried to order in one of the drive-​through speakers, but no one was speaking to me! I wasn’t sure if it was broken or if I was being ignored, but I watched cars pass me in the other lane so I decided to just wait in line & order @ the window. It was taking FOREVER. When I finally got up to the window the drive through employee totally ignored me there too! I had now been in line for so long & wasn’t sure how much longer it was going to be so I seized my chance to escape. I had already been warned that it was gonna be bad here, but thought I would give them a chance. They totally blew it. I just drove off having been there about 15 minutes & never talking to a sole. Lame. Would give no stars if I could.

this is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. they mess up the order just about every time by either putting in the wrong burger or miss a burger when delivering the order to me. I have to wait on average of 10 minutes and one time waited 25 minutes where at a competitors restaurant I wait 2 minutes and one time I received my order even before I was finished paying for my meal.

Ok, so I have mixed feelings about this place. About half the time it’s great and the food and customer service are on par, however the other half of the time my eating experience is deplorable, from waiting half an hour in the drive through to getting my entire order wrong. However that being said, I will speak about the experience I had here today. So my order consisted of 4 triple cheeseburgers, crispy chicken clubhouse and fries. The triple cheeseburgers tasted pretty good, they were put together quite sloppily and I have an odd feeling that I’ll feel much better when these leave my body. The fries were quite good, possibly some of the best fries I’ve gotten from a McDonald’s, tasted fresh and weren’t overly greasy or salty. The chicken clubhouse that was ordered contains no chicken whatsoever, instead of poultry they decided to give me slaughtered bovine flesh, however, that being said, it was delicious anyway. There were also two apple pies added to our order that we did not pay for so that was a plus. As I have said before, I have mixed feelings about this location. In the past I’ve gotten chocolate chips in my lemonade, Apple chunks in my lattes and gotten cold fries among many other things… so if you decide on going to this McDonald’s, be cautious, you could have a great time, or it could be deplorable. You’re better off playing slot machines or the lotto where nobody wins

I just worked a 10 hour shift and starving so ran through drive through to get a filet of fish only to be told they are out of them then tried to order a chicken snack wrap to find out they are also out of those. So my husband ordered a cheeseburger and quarter pounder which I don’t eat. So I decided to eat just fries and almost choked on them since they were so cold and hard and covered in salt. What a waste of $
I will never go back there !!! I’ve had some bad experiences there but this was the last straw. Why even be open if nothing is available. Plus the girl with all the piercings was so rude I heard her talking mess about the other customers. Who owns that one and why? What a waste of space in Fairwood.

Used the drive thru last night in order to feed 3 hungry teenage boys. We left under 25 $! Thought that was pretty good, got some Big Macs and McNuggets. We had really hot fries and new nuggets, so all were happy in our car. We had to ask for napkins for one bag. but otherwise we received enough sauces and straws all around!

Stopped by this 24 hour McD’s for a midnight snack after working swing shift.

Finally got chicken nuggets (why they have nuggets, and not snack wraps containing nuggets, is beyond me).
They gave me one — ONE — paper napkin, about like a piece of toilet paper.
Very, very poorly run «restaurant». I can see whey McDonald’s is heading for business failure and bankruptcy.
Too big to fail? Yeah, just like TWA and the Pennsylvania Railroad…

20 minutes in the drive thru for a large fry and the manager not doing a damn thing about the problem. I had to leave my husband and kids in the car while I went in to investigate. Found one manager on break three employees having a meeting in the lobby. How about you jump in and do something about it!

Disappointed, came here wanting an ice cream, but it was «too» late. Does every Mcdees do this? Just a very disappointing ending to the day!

I have been trying to think of a way to drive this wretched McDonald’s out of Fairwood for several weeks now. This review on Unilocal is the first volley.
So, nobody expects a sublime gastronomic experience at Mickey-D’s, right? But, we do expect consistency, efficiency, and competence. All these are missing from the Fairwood McDonald’s, which is, without question, the worst McDonald’s on the face of the earth.
In our one measly family alone, we have myriad horror stories of this location’s utter inability to fulfill even the most basic fast food protocols. First, the drive-​through, which is really a park-​and-​sit-​and-​wait-​and-​wait. I timed it the last time we went through: 10 minutes. This, however, was a great improvement over the previous wait in drive-​through, which timed out at 20 minutes! 20 minutes, forsooth! And who knows how long it really would have been, had I not gotten out of my car and marched into the store and demanded our paltry meal? And then, nary a word of apology or explanation. Terrible service!
My husband shudders to recall the day that drive-​through intercom broke down, so they just closed the whole store! (I was going to write «closed the whole restaurant,» but this place does not deserve the dignity of that moniker.) He would have been happy to go inside and order, but, nein, es war verboten! This is not a place where customer service is their number one priority.
Throw in the nigh constant complaint that this diner on Dante’s fourth ring never seems to be 100% operational («We only have Coke today.» «We’re out of ice cream.» «We have no idea about this Seattle Mariners promotion of which you speak.»), and there is really no reason for it to continue to plague the good folks of Fairwood. Why-​oh-​why could we not have a better burger joint on the Fairwood plateau? I’m thinking a Sonic or an In-​N-​Out (wouldn’t you LOVE to have the first In-​N-​Out in WA?) or a Five Guys or a Culver’s. Do we not deserve it, fellow Fairwoodians? And, barring that bit of bliss, how about just a better McDonald’s? One that rises to a competency of sorts and meets the very undemanding expectations of mediocrity harbored in the breast of the average McDonald’s patron?

Time to write this location off. They’ve totally lost the edge that was once McDonalds… Might as well be «Eat at Joes» now…

I went to your restaurant again it was my birthday. You gave me the toy I was so happy. You gave me napkins and i thought we had no napkins. The mcmuffin sausage was good. The burrito and apple juice was good too. Thank you.

This is by far the SLOWEST McD’s I have ever been to. Every time I go I totally regret it because I always have to park on the side and wait 5 – 10 mins for a basic combo meal. Staff is friendly, but maybe they need more staff to help out.
