This Phó place is super close to where I live so I go here whenever I’m craving some yummy Phó! It’s always fast and delicious! I love to get my Thai bubble tea afterwards to complete the perfect meal

I have order from here in the past got an very bad 1st experience with them. Thought I would give it try. Food was ok and service was ok too. Today my kids wanted phở so I called in an order. He told me it will be 15 mins. Which I was ok with it. When I got there I told him I was there to pick up my food. 1st thing he said to me was«u just called u have to wait 15 mins!» When I told him I called 15 mins ago. He replying back by saying«We’re really busy u have to wait 15 mins» without any apology. NEVEREVERGOTHEREAGAIN. u have just lost a customer. I understand Resturant gets busy but would a simple sorry kill u?

Poor quality veggies and service. The soup was very skimpy on contents, having small undesirable parts of onion. It’s a shame my home town doesn’t have a better place for a favorite meal.

Sub par food that they never get right. I order phở with tofu and veggies, I’ll get no veggies. Order more than three things one will be missing. I don’t know why I’ve been here more than once. I won’t be going back.

My fiancé and I recently moved to the area and have been here twice. Once to eat in and once we ordered to go. The first time the food was decent. Service was as good as can be for one person serving. Last night we decided on phở and called ahead to place our order. We asked for extra hoisin sauce to go with the meal. The young man serving that night repeated the order. We got 2 chicken phở, two bbq pork sandwiches and two tai ice tea bubble teas and extra sauce. When I brought the order home… there was no sauce at ALL. None for our phở and none extra. No rooster sauce either. It was very disappointing. He repeated the order twice and still failed. He failed again when we called to complain and was combative with my fiancé and basically called her a liar. The bbq pork sandwiches barely had anything on them and were dry. The best part was the bubble tea. Both of us are having stomach issues today too. I do not recommend this place if you want decent food or customer service. We paid almost 50 bucks for the meal and expect a lot better treatment for that. I don’t care who you are, the customer is ALWAYS right. Is that going by the wayside now?

I ate phở there today and found one long thick hair in my soup, because I was so hungry I just took it out and told myself… well okay hopeful already cooked, I know it sounds gross and when I took another bite and found another hair, in that time I feel I want to throw up… Called the guy and told him, I found 2 hair in my soup and he told me he will make another one but I don’t have appetites anymore, but he said he was sorry and will make one to go. Just be careful and watch for hair when you eat there. The other thing was bother me too, when I was eating my soup he was sweeping the floor… That’s is just wrong.

I was down at the parents house in Fairwood and was craving some Phở. I dropped by Phở Hut. It is a nice little place next to Safeway the service on Sat is great the older son runs the front on Sat. The rare beef Phở was a letdown though. It just lacked flavor I found my self adding twice the amount of condiments to try and spice it up. The noodles are good but need about 10−15% more and the meat was nicely sliced but very tough. Overall a ok Phở but most of the placed I have had are much better. Good for Fairwood but not Seattle standards.

So yummy. One of my favorite places to get phở. The people there are so nice also. I usually get the phở with everything in it. The small is very filling. The only thing is to go orders only come in one size.

It was my first time here tonight. Even though the service was a little slow the food was well prepared and the price was fair. I got the impression they were caught a little off guard by how busy it was in there. They were rockin’ a busy dining room and a smooth flow of take-out orders. I love seeing small businesses succeed like this! For a Wednesday night the numbers of customers they had tells me that they are a neighborhood favorite.

I have yet to receive my food but just being here for 5 minutes I’m regretting coming in here. No greeting upon walking inside or even eye contact, the guy taking out to go order was so rude and basically yelled at us trying to understand what we wanted to order, refused to sell us a small bowl of phở to go and tried overcharging us. Unless this bowl of phở is life changing we will never be back.

Judging only on the usual I get(phở gau without noodles). Yes, I’m weird but I’m a lean, mean type of weird, lol. Plus to me phở is all about the broth. And no complaints there. Nice depth and I essentially judge a broth on if I have to add sriracha or hoisin or not(I didn’t). What makes the«hut» stand out a little bit is that the man that served me was pretty friendly. I can’t go above a 4 because no wow factor but I wouldn’t be surprised if the rest of the menu would round this place up to a 4. I’d go back, especially because of proximity to my «hood.»

I’m not sure if it was the freezing weather or the fact that I was starving, but this place hit the spot. My mom and I both got phở, beef for her and tofu and veggies for me, and we both found it to be delicious. The server was friendly and helpful, and we got our food very quickly. The atmosphere is cheerful and the space was clean and well decorated. I will be back the next time I’m wanting some yummy soup nearby!

Owners are very nice and the phở is always decent. My favorite thing to order here is the banh mi and the thai tea bubble tea, something thats consistently delicious. Its always busy here during the lunch period, so try going before the rush!

Love this place! They always remember which number I get and even when I call in my order! They are always super nice and the egg rolls are super tasty. Very generous portions, and the prices are very reasonable. Locally owned and operated, great prices, great food, what more can you ask for?

** This rating is ONLY for the BOKHO #24! I repeat this rating is ONLY for the BOKHO #24! ** I have tried many dishes at Phở Hut and nothing wowed me enough to write a review. Not the service nor the food. However, I have uploaded some disappointing pictures of some items that I’ve ordered from this place. But I never wanted to write a review. I felt that their phở, rice dishes, banh mi, spring rolls, and vermicelli bowls(bun thit nuong) were all very disappointing. Not worthy enough of my time to write a review. Alas! Today I had this huge craving for Bo Kho so I decided to order it Togo with an extra loaf of bread. I was a little nervous at first considering I know that their food isn’t too great. But I just couldn’t shake this craving and I was way too lazy to make it. So I decided to take my chances! Let me tell you! I am sooo glad I did. I was the LEAST bit disappointed. The beef stew was packed with tons of flavor and the beef was so tender it literally melted in my mouth. My taste buds were super happy. I finished the whole thing! It was that good. For those of you who don’t know; Bo Kho is a beef stew with carrots made with different spices. It can be served with noodles or bread. You must try it with the bread! Or both! But don’t skip out on the bread! Anyways! I have finally found my go to meal at Phở Hut. The Bo Kho will be a winner every time. Soo good. Highly recommend it if you aren’t feeling phở or rice dishes! Give it a try! Maybe they’ll win you over as they did to me!

I wanted to check this place out since I drive past it all the time and it had a nice look to it. the establishment was clean and they had a decent size menu. the food was mediocre and the server seemed overwhelmed with the three tables he had. I may give it another chance one of these days but I’m definitely not in a hurry to do so.

The food was decent but the service is absolutely the worst!!! We have been waiting for assistance for 30 mins. The waiter keeps ignoring our eye contact to sit and chat with his friends. Never coming back!!!

Tiny family run restaurant, every time I’ve gone, it’s just one server, 2 – 3 people running around the kitchen, and his kids are always there too. So my theory, if you’re going to cook, at least make an attempt to have the dish turn out how its supposed to. Don’t just throw something together and hope I don’t know the difference. I ordered a couple dishes to go, 2 phở, a bo kho(Viet beef stew) and chicken & shrimp rice dish. Phở: Decent flavor, very skimpy on the meat. Maybe because I ordered to go, but my large was the size of the regular, and I definitely was charged for a large. Pretty pricey for phở. Go to Seattle, it’s closer to $ 6 for a large. Down the hill to the 99 Ranch Market area, looking at maybe $ 6.95! I guess you pay more for convenience! Bo Kho: Ummm… just no. They took a couple chunks of brisket, threw it in phở broth and called it stew? Naw dog. Never again. First time I ordered this here, but because of this, I will never return. I counted five 1 — 1 ½ inch cubes of beef. They may have been able to fool a couple Americans who have never had the dish before, but even as a Chinese, I still know this is not what it’s supposed to be. Honestly, I can cook a better one Grilled chicken with shrimp: they ran out of rice. It was only 7pm. It only takes 20 minutes to cook rice, and the kitchen guys obviously know when they are running out. You really couldn’t make more rice??? They served it with vermicelli instead. I would have ordered a bun dish if I wanted noodles. I had about 8 slivers of 2″ x ¼″ chicken. Not even the good kind of chicken, it was kind of rubbery and plastic looking. Not seasoned, if it’s possible to stamp grill marks on your food, I swear, that’s what they did! 3 pale little shrimp on a skewer. Looked like it was maybe rubbed around in soot for a little color, but otherwise flavorless and unappealing. I have learned my lesson. Don’t eat Asian food in Fairwood. Take the extra 7 minutes to drive to Great Wall!

Ok Phò with their ‘large’ size fairly similar to the medium everywhere else so I was disappointed with that. The portions of noodle and meat served was less than most Phò places I’ve been to. The broth was alright, almost nondescript, definitely had better else where. Since I was ignored for over 20 mins with an empty cup of water, I knocked it down a star. For those of you that love Phó Than Brothers, this is DEFNOT it.

I wish they had negative stars because this place deserves to be shut down. I went here when they first opened and would like to order the spring rolls. However I would get them without the bean sprouts. Since I ordered them with no sprouts the woman in the back had to make them fresh because they had the others pre-made with sprouts. One day I came home late from work and decided to do 4 orders for dinner that’s a total of 8 rolls. I got home and inside every single roll was chunks of hair!!! Not just one or two strands. It was like someone had trimmed their hair and wrapped it in the rolls! I’m talking chunks of hair with 20 or more strands in the chunks. I ended up tossing the whole lot and have never gone back. Should have taken a picture and posted it now that i think back. Don’t go here. Who knows what you’re really eating.
