Pizza Hut

Ordered two medium speciality pizzas. Pizzas were 25min late and arrived doughy and cold. Never ordering from here again, waste of money.

I’m going to sound old school, but I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut for about 20 years since I was barely out of college. Back in the day Pizza Hut was about the only option and it was the cheapest… I think we paid $ 10.99 per each medium pizza.
Then I got a grown-​up life and lived in Ballard all that time so WHY ON EARTH would anyone order from PIzza Hut with a zillion other better choices?
But I will say this: The pizza now tastes exactly the same. It’s terrible in a really yummy kind of way. It’s AWFUL for you. I mean BAD. But it fits the bill when it’s called for. And $ 5.99 per medium any way you want it? Talk about deflation…
I’ve ordered twice this month and each time had a correct order delivered within five minutes of estimated delivery by polite drivers. Pizza was warm. No complaints. Wish Pizza was better, but not going to complain for the price — plus they deliver to me out in timbuktu.

The pizza was okay, however we ordered extra pepperoni and extra mushroom. Looked pretty until extra if you ask me. But other than that tasted like pizza.

Ordered a pizza last night. It was the deal for Two toppings stuffed crust for $ 10. I ordered online and was quoted at 1 hour and 20 minutes. It showed up 5 minutes late. On top of that, it was COLD, DRY, and FLAT like cardboard. Sooo not impressed. Not only that, but apparently they do NOT know how to cut a pizza. Really? It’s not rocket science. I’ve worked for pizza places before AND managed a successful pizza business. It is simple. You cut a plus sign, then an X. That’s it. Then you have 8 equal pieces. The slices I received were completely uneven. Some were 2 inches wide and some were about 5 to 6 inches wide. Ultimate FAIL. They advertise that they will «make it right if you are not satisfied». Oh yeah? Then make mine right. Hot, fresh, and cut evenly. Until then, I think I will order from Papa John’s or Jet City. Or another place.

Could it be that I’m just hangry? Then again I think it’s reasonable to be upset about my order taking 1.5 hours to arrive, especially when I live just down the street.
The food came just barely warm, as though it had been sitting around for a while. I understand sometimes drivers may have a lot of deliveries at once, but again, we live right down the street.
Worst of all, the chicken wings were horrible, worse than the cheap frozen dinner wings you get from grocery stores.
The ONE positive thing was our delivery driver was very nice and friendly, which was the only reason I didn’t mind tipping 20%.
Management here needs to step it up! Orders from my previous go-​to Pizza Hut in Kirkland took 45 minutes at most and the food was always hot.

It was… Pizza Hut. Expensive and not very tasty.

Ordered pizza toady at 230pm, had a 1 and a half hour wait until the pizza was to show up (on a thursday). When my order showed up everything was cold and they forgot the soda I ordered. The delivery guy was short and just said he would be back with the soda. Now I was willing to look past all of this, but I sat down to eat and there was a hair in my food. I called and asked why it took so long and why it was cold, the reasoning is they had a lot of orders and only one driver. The only reason they are getting a 2 star is they were more then apologetic and comp’d the order and still brought me the soda. Here is a tip though, if you know you have long wait times (as the other reviews have said) staff more drivers that way you don’t have to continue to give out free pizzas.

Consistently underbaked, doughy pizza. This location also chooses not to honor any TV promotions or coupon codes– so you’re paying full price PLUS $ 3.50 delivery fee for mediocre quality. Fail.

Really inconsistent service and quality here at this pizza hut. Some times it will be spot on and perfect other times completely butchered pizza and they will put meat on veggie pizza or you will find a hair on it as i have experienced both of those issues multiple times. Also the manger i think his name is Robert older short bald headed white dude… next time you go in take a good look at his hands and knuckles they are GROSS, they are red, flakey, ashey, have like dried blood or idk something on it idk they dont look right i hope he is not the once who makes my pizza because i dont think they wear gloves either.

My pizza was late and when they did show up they didn’t bother to verify my address and left. When i called the guy was rude didn’t even want to accept that they were wrong. Not going to order pizza from there again.

Worst experience ever last night! I order pizza every Friday night. Last night I place my order at 7:15 p.m. Online it was supposed to be ready at 7:52 p.m. At 8:30 myself as well as a bunch of others were refunded our money as the pieces were not even made yet. They were out of large cross for the people that did get their pizzas we’re getting pizzas that were mediums instead of large. I completely understand that it was Halloween night and it was Friday night they should have thought about that too instead I waited in ur lobby as well as several others for an hour after I placed my order only to be told it wasn’t made yet and here’s your refund.

Pizza is good, and they do a good job keeping things consistent. Which is what I like about pizza hut.
The down side is they have a few horrible drivers that I have seen speeding through my neighborhood. One was within about a foot from hitting me in my car as he speed through a private driveway, and he was laughing about it. I went to the store he worked spoke to a manager, and the driver denied everything at first until caught him in his lie, an he started making new excuses. I figured they would get rid of this driver, but no he is still there.
1. I am going to stop patronizing this location, I just think having this driver out on the streets is just a bad accident waiting to happen.
2. So watch out for the driver with an Idaho license plate, who has been in the area probable long enough to have to get a Washington plate.

Stay away from the Sunset Pizza Hut. This is the worst Pizza Hut restaurant that I’ve ever ordered from. While nowadays I think everyone orders online, you may be compelled to call the restaurant when the estimated delivery time you receive with your online confirmation states it’ll be two hours until you receive your pizza (I’ve tried this location 3 times). When you do call, about half of the time (because you’ll call more than once) no one will answer and a fax machine will come on. Once you finally get on the phone with someone (to either cancel your order or find out where your order is), the person on the other end of the line is unapologetic. The worst customer service. For my third and final order today: I received my pizza 2 hours and 40 minutes after ordering, receiving the WRONG pizza, and having to call the restaurant 4 times before I finally received my correct order. Save yourself the time and trouble. Find another Pizza Hut. BTW, I joined Unilocal just to post this review.

It’s a good place to dine in if your waiting for you car to get fixed but not for a night out. They also have a new cheese bacon stuffed crust, which is very good. Although they have a limited variety of meal options. It’s a tad dirty but not to bad, it smells like they clean the floors a lot which leaves a fruity smell in the air. :) over all not a bad experience.

Ordered online, via Unilocal!and my pizza was ready exactly when at the time it was quoted for! When I arrived to pick up and pay, there was an issue with the card processing systems but the staff was very apologetic and doing everything they could to process all the transactions by phone while their DSL was coming back up.
I would definitely go back!

Just like others, our wait time for a pizza was an hour and a half! I also thought that maybe there was a miscommunication with our address or something but the girl on the phone was rude and argued with me over what time I put the order in and what time it left. I find it kind of silly that the receipt even confirms that I was correct on my time and she blatantly lied to me. Horrible customer service. I’m not sure how this place is still open. Who knows maybe it won’t be for much longer.

Can someone tell me why it is going to take 2 hours to get my food?! When I saw the estimate, I tried to call the location to see if it was an error. There has been no answer for over an hour now. I figured if it was correct then I would just pick it up, but I have no idea if I should because no one is answering. This is ridiculous.
After an hour and a half of calling, someone finally answered and ended up comping my pizza. Apparently, their oven was broken. I think they should have answered the phone to let people know that something was going on. Anyway, it was nice that they comped my meal. Thank you.

SOOO ticked off by the completely inept, stupid staff. My son called for a pizza. We confirmed that we were talking to the Pizza Hut in the Renton Highlands.
My son asked (phone was on speaker) what specials they had for a one topping pizza. The girl who answered put the phone down and we could hear her for about 8 minutes wandering around asking other people what the specials were… geez, shouldn’t she know? How unprofessional to handle it that way.
She finally came back to the phone and seemed confused and not to know what the specials were, even after all that time. My son then said, «well I should have asked: do you still have the $ 10 one topping special?». There she went again, put the phone down, had to ask around.
She came back «Yes». So we ordered one. We requested cheesy crust. Son asked for final price. She said «$ 13.14, cheesy crust is $ 2 more». She asked for our phone no. and confirmed our last name from the computer. «Got your order, it will be ready in 15 minutes» she said.
We drove there and THERE WAS NO RECORD OF US ORDERING A PIZZA AT ALL! huh??? What an inept staff person! What a waste of our time!
We will NEVER go there again for pizza hut. Jet City has better pizza anyway– but if we did want a Pizza Hut, we’ll go to the one in Eastgate. This place SUCKS!

Very, rude and highly disappointed. I called not knowing the delivery times. It was 10:59 and they close at 11:00 pm.
When the man so rude answered the phone «Pizza Hut We’re Closed» I said oh ok may I ask you a question, he replied «you better hurry we’re closed!» I was simply going to ask what are your delivery hours so I know in the future since I work mid-​shifts now. But instead I got hung up on mid sentence! I’m new to this area and can’t believe how rudely I was treated! I understand being closed and wanting to go home but I can tell you they lost a customer and I will go else where when ordering from now on from home or parties at my place of business in Renton. I have a crew of 40 I buy pizza’s for and I will not be back without an apology from the corporate office!

Recently ordered here and their pizzas aren’t as good as I remembered them. Stale tasting crust and toppings were not very welcoming. Maybe I am just spoiled by wood fired pizza at the Rock. $ 10 pizza deals are now over. Boo hoo.
