Service was horrible. Initially, I wanted to wash my hands in the restroom. It was locked. I asked the lady if someone was in there. She said yes. After I paid my order, I asked if someone was still in the restroom, as I noticed that no one still had walked out. She handed me the key to the restroom. Like seriously… this is not downtown New York…

I wish I could give no stars. Guy was a complete ass. Didn’t smile once say a word. He asked me to repeat what I wanted a couple times. He burnt my sandwich. Put old lettuce on it. And all this was about a 10+ minutes process because of how slow he was. He rewrapped my sub 5 times cause he couldn’t get it right. Didn’t give me my receipt just tossed it without asking if I wanted it I assumed it was in the bag. And above all I misunderstood the 5 $ sub of the day sign and he rudley said show me where it says that said in blind and just had a rude grump tone. Tbh I was so damn close to decking this guy. Don’t go here.

Poor service at this location. I love close by and used to visit this place often, but I just don’t want to deal with the poor service. I’m going to the new subway that is a little further away from my home.

I was sad when they raised their prices. But I love the guy that works nights here. He’s always on top of his game! They really should consider giving him a raise so he enjoys being there more though.

I think I’d enjoy it better if I weren’t ignored when I walked in. Don’t ask for my order if you aren’t going to start taking it down.
The service is really unfriendly. Sorry, but no matter what time of night it is, have some decent customer service, because really, the product you offer is no different or better than the other Subways in the area.

The manager is very cheap whenever I ask for extra veggies. Then he asked why I stopped coming?!? I used to come here everyday because I went to school down the street and work right by here so why be cheap to a daily customer? It’s fine it’s your business run it the way you want just don’t expect to see me there.

Been stopping by this subway for a couple of months now on my way to work. Super nice owner and he basically memorized my sandwich now. I call in the morning and its done by the time I get there. How better customer service than that? I’ve been trying to eat healthier to loose some weight and subway was a good fast easy option for me. I have lost 18 pounds in 2 months by just changing my diet… no extra workout.
I usually get the footlong wheat, turkey, bacon, cheddar and American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, black olives and light mayo. Try it! Its a super tasty sandwich. Oh an by the way… I diet or no diet, I can never pass on those delicious cheesecake cookies. ;)
