Oh yay, hooray… more bad food in Reseda. What should have I expected? Normalcy?! Nope, not here. But thanks for the under-cooked and runny eggs, overly greasy sausage that wreaks of fat since, you didn’t clean the pan… plus your rude employees. Oh, what a privilege.

Not a fan of this particular Denny’s. It’s always crowded and the location is too small. But the other day my babe and I wanted breakfast at 5:30AM so we rushed here. We were only a few at that time… Our service was decent and the food was Great!

Wow i use too enjoy coming to this denny’s don’t get me wrong i still do but not as much as before to this particular dennys, the experience is not the same anymore since the last incident i had with the night manager a few months ago. I was just there a few days ago around 8 or 9pm there were only two table waiters for the night everything was under control, then the night manager was just relaxing like if nothing is going on doesn’t acknowledge anyone she must think she’s above everyone else lol like always typical night manager, suddenly the waiters get bombarded with customers on a tuesday night that they had to open the other side of the diner lol. I thought she was going to help out her coworkers but she did the opposite she clocked out/went home and left the diner pretended like her coworkers«the two waiters» clearly needed the help. Management position or title regardless of the circumstances should always be on top of things and lead by example, i just believe in treating everyone as equal and being humble i hate giving bad reviews but i also can’t lie how management takes care of business, other than that good food most of the waiters acknowledge customers when they walk in.

Some of the staff are really nice. But I stopped going here. My coworker and I went here for breakfast. We ordered coffee and her cup was really dirty on the outside and mine had a lipstick stain. I was horrified. I’ve been going here for years and the experiences became worse.

This is the best Denny’s we’ve found, and have eaten at many in our travels around the U.S. Service from Sonia was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I liked the calorie count accompanying the menu selections, which saved me from ruining my January diet. My egg white omelet was cooked perfectly and so was my husbands more piggy Belgian waffle slam. We’ll be in Reseda two more mornings and will be back.

Took FOREVER to get my meal. They got it wrong. Took FOREVER to get my second meal. Had mushrooms in my hash browns. Charged me for an extra orange juice. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that this was the first complaint they ever got, which is funny considering the people seated behind me had a hair in their eggs and then the people behind me while I was complaining had a complaint. Not only was the chef and waitress incompetent, but so was the manager. Won’t be returning, wouldn’t recommend.

The food is always good here but for some reason they just can’t seem to package an entire order correctly . It’s happened at least twice already where I order a few things and one or two is always missing, it’s like they don’t want to give you your food unless you remember to check. It really isn’t my job to check what is in the bag, it’s real simple to check the receipt or the order I made over the phone and look at what the hell youre packaging. When I order over the phone I expect you to do your job because I’ve obviously don’t have the time to walk you through it since I’m ordering to –go! I’ve got things to do and reminding you TWICE(on the phone and again in person) to put my food in a bag is ridiculous. I won’t order pick up here anymore it’s so stupid.

Food is great but a manager named Neelam was so rude to me and my brother there was no attempt in customer service I immediately left the restaurant in disgust how a manager could be so uncooperative with their guests I have lived by this Denny’s my whole life and I can’t believe they let someone so Arrogant to manage a restaurant that I visit consecutively.

This is the worst Denny’s in Southern California. I ordered some stuff for takeout, when I arrived they had no clue what I ordered and it took them 10 minutes to retrieve it from the computer. The lady in the front I should have got her name, middle aged probably Middle Eastern very bad teeth was what made this experience horrible. So instead of take out we decided to eat in since it was taking wayyy to long, she brought me coffee no spoon to make it with. I asked for a napkin and a spoon and she raised her voice and said«hold on sir I have other customers too» it wasn’t like I asked in a rude way or anything like that. WEGOTUPANDLEFT! Never going back their again. I hope they close down soon

This location gets pretty busy on the weekends especially on Sunday. The wait this past Sunday was about 20 minutes. To my surprise. I would only come here for Breakfast, nothing more or less. The Breakfast was was pretty good. The eggs, hash-browns, sausage and most of the pancakes where all the same temperature. Very surprised. The one thing that stood out was the amount of running around that the Hostesses where doing and checking on the tables. So I would suggest that they invest in radios or some type of communication device to help your employees do a better job in accommodating your guests. It would help help your service time a lot better. Provide your employees with the tools to do a better job. Set them up for success. Overall not a bad visit, for a Denny’s.My server was attentive, but they should have put a additional server or a runner to help with their customers. Just to provide in re-filling coffee or other condiments to your customers. 2015 Unilocal Challenge.056/100

Customer service was good but they place could use a good cleaning. You can see the dust on the blinds, dirt on ledge and the surrounding just looked dirty. I didn’t want to get to close to the windows – I started looking around seeing what else what dirty. Can’t stand feeling like I’m eating in a dirty environment. Please clean.
