I came here once awhile ago, they weren’t very good. But now they are closed. Slap Yo Mama has bought their truck.

I’ve seen this truck cruising around work a couple of times and wanted to try it. I finally caught them around the block from work one day and decided to try it. They told me they were going to be ready in about 20 minutes and gave a me a biz card. On the card it said they had a twitter so I looked them up. They offered a free drink if you followed them. 20 min later I hit them up, ordered about three different kinds of wings. I thought they were going to be good. They disappointed! Their sauce was OK, but the flavor was not sunk into the wing itself. They weren’t crispy, more like soggy. I wouldn’t try or recommend.

Wings World sure knows the magic word to get me to try their truck. That word is «FREE». They had(and may still have) the following ad on Unilocal. «Yelp about us, follow us on Twitter or like us on Facebook and you’ll get a free wings/slider combo. Only 1 per person» Well I don;t know how you Unilocal about them before you eat there, but I gave them a like and asked about the special, Well they don’t offer a slider anymore(too hard to obtain suitable buns they say) but have a regular sized cheeseburger, which they include in a combo with 4 wings. That’s a $ 7.00 order right there. Drinks don’t come with this combo; but since the meal was free, I didn’t mind paying the $ 1.50 for a can of Diet Coke. While they didn’t offer fries to make a more traditional combo, I did decide to honor my Unilocal friend Kelly B, by eating the wings first. They offer about 5 varieties and I chose the Buffalo wings. I asked for them spicy and they delivered. The meat literally fell off the bone into my mouth. The sauce was sharp but did not bury the chicken flavor. As for the burger, it was alright but not awesome. Grill em All has nothing to worry about here. had I been ordering on my own likely would have loaded up with one of the options with bacon, but the stand alone burger with the typical toppings was just average. They do offer habanero mayo as an option, and I did ask for that; but that may have been a mistake on my part as it overwhelmed the rest of the burger. I have a feeling that if I had gone with he regular olé thousand island, the burger would be a 4 instead of a 3 Even so a 5 on the wings and a 3 on the cheeseburger equals 4 stars. «Gourmet Food Truck #77 on my never-ending quest to try every truck in So Cal» . .

After a really bad start to my morning and then forgetting my lunch as well, I was pretty thrilled to see that the Wings World truck was going to be pretty close to my work for dinner service. Plus, I had not tried them yet, so I got to check out a new truck as well, which is always cool. I was all set to try their wings, but then I get a tweet about this WTF burger that was going to be on the menu. First of all, I loved the name. But then I saw it had bacon, mac & cheese, and jalapeños. How could I resist the sound of sweet temptation(bacon & jalapeños) calling my name? I place my order with Elizabeth, who was very nice, and kick back to wait for my food. It is ready in about 5 minutes. They were just opening so I think it might have taken less time normally, but I was the first customer. This HUGE burger is given to me, and I have to say… it was pretty darn good. The Dee Snider is STILL my favorite burger from Grill Em All. but I would come back to this truck again. But next time… I WILL actually get the wings. I just had to try the burger this time.

Best chicken wings in the SF Valley by far! The habanero is killer(if you like spicy… and I mean spicy… you’ll love this one. The asian wing is not like any chicken wing I’ve tasted and its dee-lish-ous! I recommend coming out the Northridge Farmer’s Market to try the wings.
