Great deal and great food. Chicken Biscuit and the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit are amazing. Service is great as well. They said they will deliver or cater if you call ahead for large orders as well. Going to be a goto spot for work breakfasts in the future.

More than just a food truck, this is an under the radar gem: an award winning Chef straight killing it with the worlds best bacon and other gems. If you’ve seen the movie Chef it’s worth a pilgrimage. Great staff, menu and food.

The best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had, and at a great price. I have not tried the lunch fare, but if it’s as good as the breakfast options then you will not be disappointed. So good!

Best deal in town! If they’re open, give them a chance. Ed is also a really nice guy. I like what they are doing with the food trucks outside the metro stop in Reston. Soft pretzel was a steal — world of beer has the same appetizer for $ 5 more Bahn Mi was ok, a little too salty Forget what all else I’ve had, but I always stop if they’re open.

I’m a regular customer. I have Ed create my egg sandwich with a variety of herds, spices, veggies and NOMEAT. I go there about three times a week with something different each time. You carnivores will love it here. I took my wife there and she loved the chicken biscuit sandwich. Take the time to go by there and tell him I sent you. Stay and have a little conversation with him. Your job not going anywhere.

There are few«Oh. my. god!» sandwiches I’ve had in my life time– fewer than there are fingers on one hand. There have been several«holy cow!», «Dayem!», and troll-grunting sandwiches, but very, very few religious experiences. Furthermore, I rarely, rarely write reviews after only one meal at an establishment. I had just this biblical experience on a cold day last week– my very first trip to D.C. I had just landed in Dulles, and was taking a train to DCA to pick up my luggage(some ridiculous error by Southwest Air that these days just seems par for the course.). I had no idea where i was going, and found myself on some bus-metro route from the airport that landed me in what I now know as Reston Station. I was lost, cold, and hungry… sort of like the day of my wedding, but not as bad. I happened upon this Bacon N Ed’s food truck, skeptical that anything he had was remotely edible, but Ed and his patrons, who seemed to know him quite well as one girl tasted some experimental combos, were very welcoming to this very lost beach boy. I asked for something hearty and savory, and in unison, everyone said«the fried chicken Ban Mi». Who was I to argue? After only a few minutes, I took the sandwich, and continued on my lonely walk to the nether regions of dimension metro. I carefully unwrapped the sandwich, contemplating why the universe hated me so much, and took my first bite of… … Ok… imagine your greatest sexual, epicurean, freebie celebrity(for you married folks), and 90s hair-metal band groupie fantasies, all converged and transmogrified into a sandwich. Insert whatever word, thought, sound, or physical convulsion, and end that sentence above. There is no word that exists in my vocabulary– just a sound that resembles R2D2 and a walrus mating. SOGOOD was this sandwich, that I seriously considered getting off my train and going back the other way to get another. This inner debate seriously bothered me for a good 10 minutes before I realized I should just let go… — that perfect, PERFECT girl/guy you fell in love with at first site on your first freshman day of highschool… — that first home-made peanut butter sandwich in your first apartment away from home… — the first time you heard a song on the radio that totally identified you… After decades of dancing in my fantasy memory banks, these memories have a new welcomed guest in Bacon N Ed’s fried chicken Ban Mi. Ed… and you, sandwich… I think I love you…
