Always come here when I am in the Reston area for lunch. Steak and cheese is great! Good selection on the hot bar and salad bar. Lots of variety and fairly priced. Staff is friendly and always looking to please. Highly recommend!

Getting 1 star solely based on my experience with them for lunch today. I eat here in the morning about 2 – 3 times a week and they have normal decent breakfast. which would get a 3 star rating from me.
Today, however, I had a slammed day and wasn’t able to get any lunch until 3:15pm. I headed down to Sunrise for a HOT sandwich since its freezing out. I was told i could only order cold subs as they «turn the kitchen off an hour before they close»
WHY NOT JUST CLOSE AT 3? This recent experience with them has left me extremely pissed off at the way this place is run. I just wanted a damn grilled chicken.

This is a small deli style establishment located in what appears to be an office park. Most of your basic staples of this kind of place kind be found here. A hot bar with a pay by the pound system, that offers a variety of items. If you’re not interested in a hot bar you can always take advantage of the different hot and cold sandwiches they offer.
I picked up a decent chicken Philly steak at this place for lunch. Sandwich was just okay, the bread overwhelmed the meat. Chicken was cooked well but lacked any great flavor. The accompanying lettuce and tomatoes were fresh.
If you work in the surrounding office area, I say give it a shot because your other options are limited. Definitely wouldn’t make a special trip for it though.

It took a really long time for the staff to notice us an take our order. I had a chicken cheesesteak and fries. The sandwich had a few soggy spots, and there were no onions, peppers or mushrooms, which I consider to be standard on a cheesesteak. The fries were just plain Jane with no special shape, crunch, seasoning, etc.
I took a look at the hot bar stuff before ordering, but it just didn’t look appetizing. Oh, and they charge for refills. Seriously?

The sub was so-​so. The asian buffet looked better. I will try that next time. The staff was friendly. The price was ok and they sell good chips to go with your sandwich if that is what you order.

Chantilly, VA
had an excellent breakfast sandwich — was blown away with a double bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough. The people are also very nice — I work down the street so will be back to check out their hot bar. So nice to find a new grub zone spot!
