If you’re looking for good food on a budget go here! Everything tastes fresh and came out in a reasonable time. Haven’t tried everything here yet but it’s one of my favorites!

Went for their Sunday brunch today, and damn, it was awesome! The huge mimosa made with apricot nectar, orange juice, and champagne was perfect. A complimentary blueberry muffin with a powdered sugar top was delightful. The caprese omelet with grape tomatoes, mozzarella, and a wonderful pesto was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It came with crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside breakfast potatoes and buttered, thick ciabatta toast. For those with a sweet tooth, order the cinnamon roll French toast. It’s a ridiculous stack of thick French toast ciabatta bread that tastes like a decadent cinnamon roll. This place is tiny but it puts out some huge breakfasts that will satisfy even the hungriest. Prices are between $ 8 — $ 12! Bargain! You get to enjoy not only the amazing Revere Beach views and people watching, but the friendly staff too.

Seriously some of the best food I have had. Certainly the best food in Revere. The Weekend brunch is amazing. They have different specials every week. You must try the homemade potato chips. Everything I have ordered has been delicious. My favorite things are the Graceland and campfire eggs. The sandwiches are also amazing. If your in the area and they are open you should not miss this place :)

I hit up Angelo’s while in town for the weekend, based solely on the Unilocal review, and it was great! I got the caprese sandwich and the risotto balls(which have a much cooler, fancier name that I can’t remember). The sandwich bread was fresh with an excellent consistency, their pesto has a rich, unique flavor, and the pesto combined perfectly with the cheese and avocado. The risotto balls were even better — their combination of cheeses worked very well, and the breading was good too. The store itself has a lovely local charm, with a view of the… sound? bay?, and our service was friendly and accommodating.

Big fans of this establishment, the Cajun chips are out of this world! The menu is limited but the specials never disappoint. A bit pricey(for a sub shop) but you can absolutely tell the difference in the quality of food.

Do yourself a favor and eat at this restaurant. The pork sandwich on ciabatta is something special. The rosemary potato chips are out of this world. It isn’t fast food– it’s real food… done well by people that take pride in their craft.

Awesome staff & even better brunch! I got the breakfast BLT(which was so damn good I ate every last bite even though it was huge and I was stuffed by the end) and my husband got the bacon, egg and cheese wrap — and devoured it! We will be back — noticed they have deals for Friday & Saturday night dinner!

I had the brunch here yesterday and although I left very full and satisfied, I can not wait to return for my next meal! We ordered 2 meals(crab cakes and el gringo) and«breakfast dessert»(the cinnamon French toast). EVERYTHING was phenomenal! You can tell the sandwiches/burritos are made with care because with every bite you taste all the ingredients. The food is presented well. The mimosas are giant and delicious! Couldn’t have been happier… Well maybe if I could have eaten more than half the meal :) but they were awesome as leftovers too!!!

Had the Sony sandwich — very much like a burrito with chicken, rice, peppers, cheese — absolutely delicious. Huge sandwich — can definitely be split. The rosemary chips were delectable — crisp, with fantastic house sauce. Took about 15 minutes, staff was friendly. Would be glad to go back to try their other sandwiches.

Marvelous little sandwich shop on Revere Beach. I tried the meatloaf sandwich special, and was blown away. Skip Kelly’s and go here.

This place is right next to my grandmothers house. It’s a small place mostly sandwiches, but they had some pastas. Was hoping for more seafood considering the location of this place. Server was nice, wine selection was great, the best part was the Rosemary chips they will blow your mind you won’t be able to stop eating them. I enjoyed this place, but the seating is limited and my grandmother thought it was too cold inside. The food was great, the wine was great, food was quick and fresh. Totally worth a trip back next time.

FIGAROFIGAROFIGAROOOOO Those are my tastebuds literally singing. I’m sitting here writing this review while taking bites of my Sonny Corleone Wrap, which has to be one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in years. I placed my order for takeout on Grubhub and brought it back to my girlfriend’s condo. I went with the Sonny Corleone for me, Nonna’s Meatball Sub for her, and sides of Arancini and Rosemary Chips to share. The Sonny Corleone is a grilled wrap with grilled chicken, rice, pepperoni, red peppers, mozzarella, and chipotle mayo. It is such a unique combination of flavors and extremely well executed. It’s also not messy at all — which shows they know how to craft a perfect sandwich. Kristina could only eat half of her sub, but she said it was the«neatest» meatball sub she’s ever had. It didn’t fall apart and ooze tomato sauce all over the place. I think these subtle attentions to detail are really important in distinguishing a 5-star restaurant from the rest of the pack. The Rosemary Chips with dip are a perfect accompaniment and well worth the $ 3. As others have said, they are like really thick chips or really thin fries — these are not your mother’s Cape Cod Chips. The Arancini was delicious and served with marinara on the side. I reached out to Figaro’s on Twitter and received a response back right away, so I have to give them kuddos for that as well. I do want to mention one negative and that is that their website is not up to date. The hours are incorrect(they close at 9pm not 10pm) and some of the pricing is off as well. For example, the Arancini is $ 4 on the website, but $ 6 on Grubhub. Kristina’s sub was $ 8 on the website, but $ 9 on Grubhub. The owner told me that she has been trying to get their 3rd party web developer to make the changes. We will definintely be back many times. The portions here are gigantic and the quality is outstanding. Bravo.

We went here on Mothers day and had a VERY strange experience. For starters we called Saturday to make a reservation and they told us they were serving brunch and lunch and if we came in at 330 we would be able to have both. We started driving on Sunday at 3 when they called to tell us they were running an hour behind and we wouldnt be sat until 430(which was totally fine and helpful that they called to warn us) We arrived at 4:15 and they sat us about 4:25-two people then came over and pointed to a board menu of 9 items and said thats all they were serving. no sandwiches, no apps, just eggs or pancakes. We were very confused after we specifically called and asked if they would have the whole menu and they said yes then told us we couldnt get anything besides the specials. After sitting for fifteen minutes debating what we were going to do-two people came in and ordered sandwiches!!! one of the cooks walked by so we grabbed him and asked if we were allowed to order sandwiches-to which he replied«of course you can order the whole menu»… No idea why two people told us we couldnt order off the regular menu but after walking a mile in the 90 degree heat to get there we ended up staying and ordering a couple of sandwiches and the potato chips. All of the food was very good. I ordered a chicken salad wrap and they came back to tell me they were out so i switched to a salad and i got a salad in a wrap? no big deal prob just didnt hear me. The whole time we felt rushed and uncomfortable you could tell everyone wanted to leave. What really annoyed me-after we finished eating and left we were talking outside and I looked in and noticed them smoking INSIDE the restaurant right at the tables and in the kitchen. NOT sanitary. Bottom line-The food was good, but the customer service was really lacking.

The food here is awesome! I got the Apple Rosemary Chicken Salad sandwich and rosemary chips and they did not disappoint. The chips were served warm and were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle and came with a little dipping sauce. The sandwich was quite large and the chicken salad did not have an overpowering mayo taste like some chicken salads do. There isn’t much seating in there but I went at about 4:30 on a Saturday and was the only customer for a good fifteen minutes. Staff was friendly and kind and service was quick. Food was decently priced as well. Will definitely eat here again.

The hype is legitimate, surely one of the best lunch options in the area. The menu items are far more creative and globally informed in terms of flavors than one might suspect at first considering the name and its location in what is likely the areas most hardcore old school Italian meccas; basically Boston’s version of Howard Beach or Bensonhurst. The much cited and very tasty Bob Marley wrap with its jerk chicken and coconut rice is a good example of this. Ditto the tasty but decidedly un-Italian leaning chipotle chili. They still do the family heritage proud however with delicious huge gut bombs of rice balls of various traditional flavors that could go toe to toe with Brooklyn rice ball legends of both old and new school alike(Carroll Gardens’s Esposito & sons pork Store, and the roving Arancini Bros formerly based in the defunct Wreck Room of Bushwick, respectively). A chicken bacon ranch hero daily special did the All-American flavor combination proud. The list of pastas was short, but apparently changes, though it wound up being the same the entire month I was recently working in the areas. Of the available options I wound up sampling the places distinct and original take on Carbonara. There was no doubt whatsoever this time around whether or not cream was used, it clearly wasn’t the egg and cheese were clearly doing all the work, and the sauce was thick and pasty, in an interesting yet tasty, but very very heavy way. Everything, including the wraps and sandwiches were made completely to order and the effort pays off in quality. Apparently beer & wine has only recently been available here, and the options are cheap and good. The staff are both professional, friendly and appreciative of the many regulars that keep the place busy. The setting across from the boardwalk overlooking the beach only further serves to remind you this place, geographically, spiritually and psychically, could not be anywhere else then this wild and weird and wonderfully freaky city by the sea.

You all need to try it here if you haven’t. You will be hooked after first visit. If not then you need to get your Tastebuds checked out by a medical professional :) Everything is made with love. Food is fresh and tasty. I’ve now had everything from the chips(O M G), Mac and cheese(kids fav), sandwiches, grilled chicken salad is to die for(how many salads have had your mouth dancing?). I’ve now added the fancy wine paired meals to the list of one of my top dining experiences ever. Next up –brunch. Thank you Figaros for supplying good food at the beach!!!

The reviews are spot on. I have to say I was pretty blown away by this place. It is one of those places that is worth driving out of your way for. Located about a block away from Kelly’s, Figaro’s is going for quality over quantity. The menu is fairly expansive and they deliver. The interior is quaint and has big windows for a great view of the beach as well. If you done in they also serve beer and wine. The owners are so friendly as well and I hear they are about to be featured on the show Chopped. I will definitely be returning here to try some other items. Here is what I had: Rosemary & Cajun Chips — The owner, Rosie, recommended combining the two flavors and boy was she right. The are more like thin potato skins than chips and I highly recommend ordering these The Sonny Corleone –I’ve had this wrap at both of their locations and essentially a grilled chicken, chipotle mayo, seasoned rice, and coated with mozzarella flavor bomb. This thing was good! The Whitey Wrap — Some of the tastiest, crispiest fried chicken I have had inside a wrap. I asked the owner where they source it and they actually make it in house. The buffalo chicken was coated in a ranch sauce with chunks of bacon. This will be my go to item next time. Arancini Rice Balls — Like the Tiramisu below, another perfect execution of a classic dish. The owner/chef told me they import the rice from Italy and use fresh cheeses. You can really taste the flavor and was better than many I have had in the North End. Tiramisu — Classic execution of the dish. Up there with some of the best Tiramisu I have had. They freshly whip the mascarpone frosting.
