Uno Pizzeria & Grill

Went to Uno’s tonight for a burger for their Monday burger deal after 9PM. And we’ll they did not have any burgers at all. Oh well how about bone in wings? Nope no wings either. Very disappointed. Had a beer flight 2 of the 5 beers were stale. Really lame.

I was staying in the hotel next door, so I stopped by to pick up a pizza one night. The people were nice, and the pizza was exactly what I expected from an Uno, but things seemed a little disorganized, and the whole place is kind of run down. And not run down in a cool kind of way, just kind of a sad way.

Always a decent meal. I love the baked stuffed chicken and the farro salad! The thin crust pizzas are also very tasty. They have online ordering and curb side pickup which makes take out an easy option. It is hard to go here and not order the deep dish chocolate chip cookie ice cream sundae (it is fantastic)! A good week night or lunch option if you are in the area.

We went there Sunday around 6pm and the place was very busy. I asked for a table at the lounge and the hostess got one cleaned for us immediately.
A young and nice gentleman greeted us and brought the menus. I got the lobster sliders and my friend tried the French onion soup. Both meals were yummy and I didn’t expect to find seafood at this place.
For dessert I had a special order for chocolate martini and the bartender paid attention to make it the way I wanted it! Great place, great guys working here:)

Walked in at an off time. Was seated immediately and the host was also my waiter (Marcelo).
He checked on me often and my food came out in a timely manner. Herbed rubbed chicken was seasoned and cooked well.

Typically I enjoy coming here so I’ll say they’re having a bad night although it’s not even full…
Fiancé dinner tasted burnt (pasta) and they tried to fix it by giving us a free dessert that took 20 mins before we just said forget it and walked out.

Never tried their pizza, this will be our 1^st time & they have special today. If you buy 1 large pizza & get the 2^nd 1 for $ 5! Their pizza is out of this world, the Best 1 so far is the Shroom pizza & add it w/​sausage!
I always order my fav.,“Rattlesnake pasta,“Sautéed chicken & spicy alfredo tossed w/​penne & topped w/​cheddar & slices of jalapeño. It’s so effin Good!
They also have Ziosk for kids to keep them busy!

Last night my friend and I came here for something quick to eat before our movie started down the street. 45 minutes later.
My friend ordered a sandwich and I got the mushroom flatbread. The food took close to 30 minutes to come out, which was really cutting it. Atleast the food was good. My only complaint was the mushrooms on my flatbread were a little burnt. Not to the point where it was dry and disgusting, but just enough to leave a slight bitter taste. Either way it was still really good.
I have been here twice and both times the waiters have been nice, but they’ve disappeared for a while. It seems to be a thing of the norm. Our waiter last night never came over to see if we needed drink re-​fills and to see how our food was. There were a few times where he would run right past us. We also had to flag him down for ketchup seeing as the tables do not have any… which is sort of weird. I don’t wanna interrupt someone doing their job for something like ketchup. That should be on the tables anyway.

We waited 15 mins and had to press the button on the table kiosk before someone took our drink order. Then we waited another 10 mins before we were asked to order food. The food eventually came 25 mins later and they brought the wrong order. We had to go ask for ketchup for our 4 year old daughter as the server disappeared. Been here 50 minutes and I still have no food. This is probably the worst restaurant experience I have had for as long as I can remember. Would never come here again.

Poor service. We were told a table would be ready in «minutes», but instead waited for at least 15 minutes without a table. We then decided to sit in the self-​seating area, and waited another 20 minutes for a waiter to show up. Hostess often disappears as we were waiting so we have no idea how much longer we would have to wait. We don’t recommend coming here if you are hungry.

I have never had a good meal, drink or waiter! I keep trying due to its convenience but time and time again, I leave unsatisfied and surprised on how terrible service and quality was.
It is my own fault for continue to go there but needless to say don’t sit in the bar — you’re doomed for terrible service!
Needs major improvements; staff + management wise.

This was my second time trying unos. The herb chicken salad was to die or a definite must have. I ordered the fish and chips from the kids menu big disappointment, it was so grease soaked i peeled batter of and still ridiculous greasy like it sat in the fryer or fryer wasn’t hot enough, Had some issues with the food but overall this location was alot better than the precious one i went. Staff and manager were fantastic. I wish they would updated there regular menu to include new food items, not just lobster for the season. Definitely an improvement this go round for me

Place is ok. Food is good. Good for kids. Sometimes it takes a long time for service but overall ok.

Ordered here because they were the only local place that had gluten free for a guest at our house. We were told regular size was good for 3 people. We ordered 4 pizzas thinking it was enough. What a mistake. Their regular size was a personal pan pizza size from Pizza Hut. Embarrassing. I wouldn’t mind but it was 60 $ and a regular person could eat 2 without a problem. I gave it two stars because they tasted okay. I had to order from somewhere else to have enough food for my company. Don’t ever get pizza here unless you’re alone, even still I’d doubt it would fill a regular person.

I came here with my brother when we were starving and there wasn’t much else available besides McDonald’s or Taco Bell. This place is a basic Uno’s, nothing special. The food was mehh, but cheap so can’t complain too much. The drinks at Uno’s, no matter which branch, are always spot on delicious. Though I’ve been to other branches multiple times, today was the first I’ve ever visited this one specifically. We received a very warm welcome when we came through the door. The waiter named Ashley was also very sweet. There was a little mishap when my brother ordered the «guac-​licious burger» and received one without any guacamole. Guess the cooks were working so fast they forgot. It wasn’t a big deal as the waiter promptly brought him some on the side. All in all, the menu and food is the same as the other chains, pretty much mediocre. The service though was exceptional compared to other Uno’s.

Unos used to be a place I loved going to. Now the food is mediocre. The hostesses and servers are not very busy but also not very attentive. They are friendly though. Will not be returning to ANY Unos because they have gotten worse.

Food was standard, but wanted to thank our waiter Eric for his hard work.

I love the brewmaster steak always cooked to perfection. Has that rich grilled taste and melts like butter in your mouth. If the hilltop served steaks like this they would still be in business. The burgers just as good. Service can be hit or miss but it seems like they are working on it. Management I’m not sure what other reviewers were complaint about but I have found them very nice and accommodating especially Tom at this location. I’m here at least a few times a week for lunch and highly recommend it.

I love Unos… My Son likes Unos (They have nuggets and not just Chicken Fingers) and the BF Likes Unos (which says alot for him)… Plus its close to the house & usually not that bad a wait…
They have re-​done the place in the last few years and spruced up the menu some. Its actually really good & I love the soup!

We were staying at Four Points across the street and this place came in recommended. Very good typical salad, sandwich, pizza place — with a lot of options. What impressed me was the friendliness of people working here and how fast my to-​go order was filled. Also impressive was their daily soup list, which consisted of about 6 – 8 soups, including vegetarian and low-​fat versions. Salad came out fresh (a little too much cheese for my taste, but guess that’s a plus for most), turkey sandwich was accompanied with delicious seasoned french fries.
Seeing how we still have few more nights here — will be back!
