Expo Nails

I called to make an appointment specifically so I could get my nails done in a timely manner. Tony answered and said to come right now. I would not have come if he did not say come. So I arrived in a few min, only one customer was there, and 2 ladies were available to do the work. I informed Tony that I needed an acrylic removal and a gel full set on my real nails. Again, if they did not have time for that, Tony should have told me this over the phone. The lady who took me, sat me down, had my hands soaking in acetone for almost an hour, while she did a full set on another lady who came in after me. Total disrespect of my time! I kindly walked out. Please be more respectful of your customers time, especially when they call for an appointment. Will never go here again.

I like this place nice little salon. The staff are very friendly, you can tell by all the ladies coming in that greet the staff by their names and the staff knows everyone’s name! My nails are not rushed through like other places.

Mae is the best and ANN Does the best pedicure sometimes you have to wait a few minutes but it’s well worth the wait

Staff here are super friendly! Got a pedi with white tip for $ 19 and gel mani for $ 25! They only take cash too!

I love this nail salon! Tony does acrylic nails the best. He takes his time and they last a long time. My nails for prom look beautiful !

I went there today to get my fills & a pedicure, only because Diana’s Nails is closed right now! It took them almost 2 HOURS to finish! My pedicure was blah, I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing! May did a wack job my nails. Some guy was so rude & hurt my finger when he was taking off the gel on my nails! I will NEVER go back!

Excellent customer service… Tony fixed my nails. I first went to Euphoria Nails in Rancho and the lady did a horrible job… I then stop by Expo nails and my nails look beautiful! Thanks Tony!

Came in with my daughter and they told us the wait was 15 minutes, so we stayed…47 minutes later they started on her nails. They only accept cash so we were told to go to Rite Aid and buy something and get cash back. I was going to get a pedicure, However as I sat there watching people finish up with their pedi the lady was just wiping down the bowl… never disinfected or anything just wiped down. I am not a fan of foot infections so that was a huge red flag!

I Absolutely love the way my nails come out, they are perfect. I like them not too bulky, I like them thin and natural looking. (even though their acrylic)
At times it Could be a bit busy, just call ahead for an appointment that’s always better. They open at 9 AM which is great.
Tony always does my acrylic nails and Anna always does my pedicures. Anna does such a great job I recommend her for pedicures.

Really nice people and I’m happy with with the way my toes and nails came out. Will be going back for my fill :)

I was at this salon yesterday evening for a mani pedi, I waited about 15 minutes with my fingers in acetone to have the gel color removed until one of the staff (Tony) finally came out to do my manicure. I was then asked to twist so that my pedicure could be done at the same time all the while I was seated at a regular manicure table. It didn’t seem so bad throughout the time because Ann did an extremely good job on my pedicure. Tony, however, sucked at doing a manicure, it seemed like he barely trimmed my cuticles or filed my nails and when I asked if he could do a cheetah print on a red base he was very hesitant but obliged anyway. He tried to dissuade me from electing a red base stating the cheetah print would not show on the red base. I had this done at a different salon so I knew how it would look. What I was not expecting was dabs of black and gold on my beautiful red nails. When I expressed to Tony my dissatisfaction he wouldn’t admit that his attempt at cheetah print had FAILED, he wanted to convince me that «he told me many times that it would not show». Well after my unsuccessful attempt at getting him to admit that he couldn’t do cheetah print he reluctantly gave me an $ 8 refund for the design and removed the nail polish, he didn’t even offer to polish my nails, he simply half ass removed the polish and told me to go wash my hands. I failed to mention that I asked a couple of girls that were waiting what their opinion of my so called cheetah print was and they both said that it DIDN’T look like cheetah print. Again, Ann did an excellent job on my pedicure, however, Tony’s arrogant attitude took away from the experience. I would not recommend going here, but if you decide to give them a try anyway, I would definitely not let Tony do any of the services.
