When I pay $ 3.99 for a burger, I expect a full hamburger patty. Not half of one. We ordered 4 famous stars and 2 of the burgers were missing a huge chunk of the patty. Are you kidding me??? I will contact the corporate office because after reading the other reviews, management could care less about quality, so I won’t waste my time with them.

This is probably the worst Charbroiled Chicken Salad I’ve ever had at Carl’s Jr. The lettuce was wilted and just didn’t seem fresh at all. I’ll never order a salad here again.

Drive through I should have read the reviews first. She kept my order out of reach as I paid. Even as I paid she went to get my change she still didn’t give me the bag. She held on to my two breakfast burritos as long as she could. Two egg and cheese breakfast burritos $ 3.34 with coupon, way over priced for the quality and quantity. It’s okay you can hold on to your food forever, because I’ll never return.

This Carls jr is amazing the employees are awesome also cause I am an employee as well we do our very best here ! I honesty gained weight eating here so much lol have you guys heard about our new most American burger? What you guys think? Lol it may look nasty but it’s pretty good:) and our el Diablo is yummy but spicy so get a drink and don’t forget our new ding_dong icecream sandwiches there yummy !!

Don’t do drive thru. About 3rd time I have sat in drive thru for close half hour, it’s ridiculous. Or they make you park on the side to wait for order. I’ve been to other Carl Jr’s and this is not normal. Easy to blame employees, but management must be horrible to let it get this bad. Avoid at all costs.

I’m really confused about most of the reviews here. I live right by this location so come here fairly frequently. I have never had a problem with slow wait times or cold food. My orders are always accurate and the staff is very friendly. Now that Del Taco next door… you wanna talk about some slow inaccurate non caring service…

Went through the drive thru they made me wait for my food in front because they were waiting on «fresh fries». I had to go back thru the drive thru because they forgot a taco. And when i get home there is no napkins the bacon ranch fries have hardly any ranch on them my taco had no lettuce barely any cheese and my chicken sandwich was not fresh ! Seriously Carls Jr get it together if you wouldn’t eat it why would you serve it to your paying customer.

This store needs some serious retraining. They make you wait forever yet your food is always cold when you get it. They always make you pull up front even if your the only car waiting so they can cheat the clock.

Taking a Drive-thru order is not rocket science, so making a mistake is ridiculous. Teach your employees to effectively listen. Also, if a customer calls in with a complaint, please don’t challenge them and tell they are wrong. A customer knows what they ordered and is clearly not at fault if the employee fails to understand. Another thing, telling a 14yr old to tell her mother that«Next time she needs to speak clearly» is UNPROFFESIONAL&RUDE. I speak, read and write perfect English which is more than I can say for the manager Ana T. who took my phone call. Having to take a lesson from a 14yr on how to take an order should be embarrassing you should not have to be explained that you overcharged a customer and shorted the order by several items. Please use better judgment when is comes to customer service. Managers like these give Carl’s Jr. an unprofessional image that I’m sure they don’t want to be associated with.

Their service indoors is absolutely lacking. They focus on drive-thru more than they do inside. There should be a balance. Even as my order was being taken, they were taking an order through their headset which confused me, I wasn’t sure who they were talking to.
