Been shopping here since the late 80s when it was a Hughes. Used to be a pretty good store some years back when Karl was the manager. Now you’re lucky if they even have any milk on the shelves. And the meat, well let’s just say that Ralphs isn’t strong in that area in any of their stores — this one being no different. Honestly their meat always looks like it’s past the use-by date and has simply been repackaged and re-dated. I tried the one over on Sierra Lakes and it’s even worse than this one.

This store is my local neighborhood Ralphs. Top quality food and produce. Come early for warm french breads. Great alcohol/beer selection too. Has not one, but TWO RedBox kiosks, lol! Great store, meets my expectations of a Ralphs. I enjoy riding my bike here when making small shopping trips but they have no bike racks!!! NEEDTOFIXTHAT!

We’ve lived in this area for almost 17 years and I have mainly done my shopping here. There for a while it was run down and I thought it would probably close down. Then Fresh and Easy went out of business and Ralph’s clientele went back up. Overall, the managers are very kind and cashiers are great. I’ve never had any issues returning anything here. The store is pretty basic in comparison to some of the other Ralph’s but then again what do expect from Rialto.

This is my neighborhood grocery store. I either go here or SB. I like how this Ralph’s isn’t too big. The staff is helpful and friendly. The managers are always available and willing to assist. They always have good fresh ingredients at a decent price.

This store just sold me expired food and called me a liar when I called them! Stopped by here after work one day to pick up some food. Paid full price for a box of crossiants, came home, bite into one and I thought I was eating concret and mortar! It was dried up, tasted weird, and very stale. Looked at the box and noticed that it had expired the day before — that explains alot! Called the store only to have the bakery insisting that I had picked up the item from the discount table and that they do not sale expired food. Ummm, I have the box AND the receipt to prove it! First of all, all other Ralph locations mark down baked goods a day before they expire and throws them away once they expire to ensure they never sell bad food. Not only did this store not mark it down like they are suppose to, they continue to sell even after food expires and accuse customers of lying. Horrible location!

wow, really no reviews?(ok why was that one filtered???) Its true this market was pretty decent, its right off the Riverside Exit, already a plus, its not that big, but it serves its purpose, the produce/meat/dairy appear to be fresh, theres always something thats marked down(another plus for me), the lines aren’t ever that long, and I think I’ve even seen them doing demos in the store(like for knives??) you hardly see that nowadays, so that was really refreshing to see, also the customer service has been good, & again its in a good location right off the 210 fwy & near a starbucks, gas station, rite aid, some fast food places & across the way, Fresh & Easy, if you like to go to both… can’t beat that…
