Alta Creekside

I’ve been at Alta Creekside for over 2 years & have been very satisfied with the service, location & management team. My apartment if on the service road of George Bush & rarely hear the traffic. I disagree with the 1 star rating!

I disagree with the previous post, I’ve never stayed longer than my lease term at any other place and this is by far the most chilled back and easy going staff I have ever dealt with. I might be going to my 3^rd year here and if prices don’t drastically change (Most of Dallas is going up!) while yes there are a few things that we have experienced (like in all new properties) it’s minor compared to other places we have lived in. The only thing I would do differently is to have easier access to the office personnel as opposed to enter orders online, it’s my always convenient, but aside from that I love the place, it’s centric and the floor plans are great. Give it a try. Great for families and young entrepreneurs. Maintenance is also great!

Horrible place to live. Paper thin walls. A lot of college kids making noise at —ht/​early morning. Management will suck every cent they can out of you when you leave — $ 700+ for carpeting stating it had heavy wear despite that I am one person, not that heavy, and only lived there for a year. Massive insect problem — roaches, ants, etc — upon move-​in (and I had a second floor place). Management stated they took care of it — didn’t do anything.
